Things of note: () I will not interpret anything into Christian looking at Olli while Gregor asks him how come Christian was so fast today () Giggling extra in the scene where Christian turns around and gives Olli the chest bump () Gregor has a really hilarious smile on his face in the background right as the scene fades out () I'm sorry Olli, but the way he always steps/runs up to Christian, probably to give support comes across as kinda annoying. LOL, our guys really did look kinda silly when they were facing off with the boxers. But we forgive you because your eyes are gorgeous: In other news: Milan/Constantin really did a great job today. Didn't think he had it in him.

Today's episode was awesome and you are right lolaruns , Jo's eyes are beautiful they are one of the first things that attracted me to the show;) Seriously, it is wonderful to see our guys just being a couple, and Gregor did have a point, it seems to me that Christian and Oliver just can't really hide that they are a couple, it shows too completely.

I originally had this elsewhere, but it really belongs here, I think... Uh, interesting shirt there, Olli. What do you all think? Should we like it or not? Way to get into Axel's face, Olli! Stick up for yourself! You deserve it and so does Axel. I love Christian's expression here. They are such an adorable couple, aren't they? Sigh. He's dreamy. I don't think Christian has looked this shocked and confused since he and Olli finally got together. And, of course, I'd be remiss if I didn't say thank you to Ivan for the caps and the video.

Yeah, lola, on Olli running up to Christian all the time.
The way I see it is, he doesn't bother defending himself---but when he sees his guy coming into a threat, he can't help himself. I, *turns red*, did the same thing for a guy I was madly in love with...even though he was more in shape than me and could've handled the 'threat' quite easily. Something just takes over and the next thing I know, I'm standing between him and some obnoxious drunk making a scene----forgetting my friend was in the military and could've killed the guy, if he'd wanted to.
It's stupid, but you don't realize you're doing it until AFTER it happens. So, Jo is playing this right, IMO. What a great actor!
heh
ps: judging by the look on Christian's face when Olli, once again, runs to the rescue, I think he shares your point-of-view, lola. I can see him thinking: ok, I had this under control...would you stop playing the Knight-in-Shining-Armor for me, k? I got it.
heh heh

This is such a soap opera face that Olli makes here. It's like "happy, happy, happy, wait, now make sadface". ;D

In other news... Axel is gay! I was able to watch the ep on my phone... Gaytime, Ich liebe dich!!... and very cool. Olli's fish shirt is made of epic fail, though still not as hideous at the sweatshirt Deniz on AWZ had on after leaving the KILLER VIRUS locker room. Loved the twirl. ;D And love Gregor's ease with Christian and Olli's relationship.

In other news... Axel is gay! So, what makes you say that? Just that he's an immature bully over the sexuality thing (who seems to have halted his development on such matters shortly after puberty)? And, hasn't there been speculation or wishful thinking along those lines before?

Again, the fish shirt is too ugly for words... I can't believe they made him wear that! The white one is so much better.

I don't think I like the fish shirt, either. At least I don't like the strange, off-round, splotch of blue/purple. The fish itself isn't necessarily the problem for me. That element could maybe work if used differently.
But then, Christian's white T-shirt with black lettering/drawing that B-chick really likes was one I really didn't care for myself. So, what do I know about the hip T-shirts kids wear these days (especially in German soap operas)?

The boxers really were a bunch of Neanderthals weren't they? Axel is potentially cute but somehow I visualize in him as a WWII character.
Olli and Gregor now officially conspire together on Christian's behalf, which is both cute and annoying. There are few things more potentially explosive than one's partner and sibling hatching plots together.
As for Judith, well, Christian is cuter than Constantin and much cuter than Fabian. So in a way she's coming out ahead, at least in the public domain. Can you imagine what a disaster it would have been to try and use Olivia as the beard? The mere thought is terrifying!
I just want to say that Christian and Olli were doubly cute today. Olli picking Christian up was just so adorable.
However, the real winner was the look on Christian's face when Judith kissed him. Is he that gay already? You'd think he'd never been kissed by a girl before!

Actually I think aside from Olivia definitely blackmailing C&O for everything in their pockets, that would have been hilarious. Because you just know she would have snarked at the boxers to no end and spent the entire time about Christian's sexual prowess in A VERY LOUD VOICE.
Here is stuff that I wish would happen on monday after the boxers leave:
1.) Olli going: You bitch, which part of HANDHOLDING did you not understand? 2.) Christian going: You all KNEW about this? 3.) Fabian going: OMG, you are cheating on me and all the time I thought you were into Constantin!

Axel is potentially cute but somehow I visualize in him as a WWII character. He does look like a background character (I'm picturing him in a Nazi uniform) in a WWII film. It could be explosive, but I think it could work for the storyline. Here, you have Gregor and Olli, coming together, in the hopes of trying to make sure that their main goal, is to get Christian ready for his first major boxing fight. These two men, who each love and care for Christian are coming up with this plan for him. I just keep remembering back to the campfire discussion, in which Christian said that he wanted to know that someone cared about him for him and he has all these people around him that do. It's a wonderful thing to think about. I think it would also be hilarious. They can't stand each other anyway and the writers would probably have everyone assuming that they were one of those couples that "got off" by being mean and nasty towards each other. That scene DEFINITELY brought a huge smile to my face. They are so much in love with each other, that it's addicting to watch it being shown on screen. Well, I wasn't made aware of the plan that Judith, Gregor and Olli came up with, in dealing with those neaderthals, so I wasn't so surprised that he ended up with that look on his face. At least, he didn't wipe his mouth afterwards.

The look on Christian's face when Judith kissed him was just brilliant - it's like Ewwww - you're my little sister, what ARE you doing!
Have to admit - am a bit unimpressed with this episode - too many contrived elements to it.
Suddenly we've got boxer's frequenting No Limits? And, of course, they're all pathetically homophobic and immature.
Olli always running to Christian's defence in front of Axel - god, could he make it more obvious and yet there he is trying to organise a beard to keep Christian's sexuality a secret (WTF)
Oh - and of course - now that Gregor knows - let's have a snog in the hallway - surprise surprise, Gregor appears.
One bit I liked was when Christian made a fist and quite tenderly tapped Olli on the chest with it - a nice, but subtle gesture - sadly completely undone by Olli charging over to get in axel's face.
Axel is gay?? - Hmmm, I'm still in two minds on that one

Well, one has to consider that Axel and the Neanderthals (God, that sounds like a grunge/metal band doesn't it?) clearly are not very intelligent individuals. I would imagine that it takes all of them to operate any modestly complex piece of technology. The beard thing could work simply because they're too dumb to believe that a gay guy could successfully kiss a girl without vomiting (although granted Christian looked close there for a second) and the whole concept of bisexuality probably exceeds their comprehension entirely.
So despite the fact that Christian and Olli absolutely radiate love for each other the thugs might still be fooled. In fairness to the sloped cranium crowd, Judith was pretty much the only person to figure it out entirely on her own (and before Christian had even done so himself!). Gregor failed to get it, even when told. Even crafty Olivia had to find them in bed together to realize the truth. And don't get me started on Miriam!
(Although I wonder if Miriam would be interested in dating one of the Neanderthals? I firmly believe it's a good idea to keep the clueless and the stupid confined to a separate gene pool so that they don't drag the whole human race down)

Axel and the Neanderthals (God, that sounds like a grunge/metal band doesn't it?) ROTFL! That was absolutely great! The writers of VL leave nobody in any doubt whatsoever that only the most stupid guys are homophobes.

Axel definitely exudes the self-repressed Gay syndrome. Doesn't mean I think the writers are going for that---but they could. It would be funny as hell for Christian and Olliver to catch him in a compromising situation with some guy. And, the look he gives the neanderthals when C & J kiss---like, ruhroh! I told these guys he's Gay, now I look like even more of an idiot (duh, if dats possible). I really hope Christian beats this moron to the ground in front of everyone, then everyone finds out he's Gay, and finds out Christian is (or Bi, whatever). It would be hilarious. Geoff

Maybe Olli needs to introduce Axel to Timo? Axel looks like he could use a little "personal training".
Nanna, I think you're on to something here. The VL writing staff certainly seems to want to depict homophobes as sub-human scum. Oddly I have no problem with that.

Even if he were to figure out that he's gay, he's still be incredibly stupid. "College! That even more gay!" The one thing Axel could use is a new brain. Christian called Axel an "Einzeller". My dictionary translates that as "unicellular organism" ;D so I used amoeba. I know it's not the same, but both make it very clear that it's some low life form.

Nanna dear, I think that an amoeba has a higher level of intelligence than Axel.
Does anyone else feel that Christian is, well, out of place amongst these cave dwellers? I mean, don't get me wrong. I feel complete sympathy for them as they look like they're altogether too dumb to earn a living at anything other than hitting other people.
Being rather a bit of a prettyboy in comparison, and being bisexual, and having enough of a brain to get an education, and being able to keep himself amused without harrassing people, and being able to interact with others in an intelligent fashion Christian just seems like he doesn't really fit in their subculture.
