I found the dates on the Chryed livejournal community, I'm a little confused about them myself. If I remember correctly there will be a special day with 2 episodes broadcasted on the same night (with doctor who in the middle), maybe this is the reason of the confusion. You can probably find more info on the digital spy forum dedicated to Christian and Syed

About the photos I really can't help you because I had the same problem

Yes, but I think that Syed confess being gay and in love with Christian to his mother is a huge huge step on his part.
Considering also how she reacts I'll say his fears were absolutely proven right.

Syed was hot and all....but DAMN Christian in that grey suit just about did me in. Between the suit and that expression....just makes you want to make him feel better in oh so many ways ;D

Thanks for posting, maya. I figured that, in the end, Christian wouldn't derail the wedding. I suspect that we're in for a long(ish) period of Christian suffering and Syed discovering that his marriage isn't working.

The introductory paragraph to that interview with Marc Elliott (in the spoilers thread) is a bit contradictory: does Amira find out or not? I can't help but think of those wedding photos that we saw earlier in the fall: she certainly didn't look happy! Maybe that's related to her father showing up at the wedding, maybe something else?

Amira gives Syed quite the look after he says, "I'm sorry." (I'm still wondering.)

You're welcome. I've been lurking on this board for a few weeks and thought it was high time I contributed something.

I'm not sure how to read any of Amira's reactions, but I doubt she knows anything about Syed and Christian. I don't think she would go through with the wedding if she knew.

If this were a U.S. soap, I would've thought the start of the clip was a dream sequence. I'm looking forward to seeing Syed exhibiting some genuine barely controllable emotion towards Christian. It looks like we're going to get a few moments where we really get to see Marc showing that Syed is in love with Christian, that he can't take his eyes off of him, and that it hurt him to not have Christian around. I still find it interesting that Zainab will be the third to find out about relationship; I'd normally expect her reaction to be saved for last.

I did wonder for a while if Syed would tell Amira & then agree to a marriage of convenience but it seems she will be totally clueless about Syed being gay
As for Zainab I wonder if that was done to give Christian a reason for leaving MQ thus limiting his contact with Syed once he gets back off honeymoon. Also when it all inevitably comes out about them Zee could be cast as the villain in the piece because she forced Syed to get married even though she knew he was in love with Christian & wanted to back out of the marriage. This would then cause problems between her & Mas & then no doubt lead to him having an affair with Jane

Marc did say that Amira was clueless, so I guess that's that. I still find Amira's obliviousness a bit implausible, especially given the things that she's been saying of late, but I suppose that I'll have to put that down to a writing issue.

I suspect that you're right about the Zainab stuff, alisia41.

As for the latest spoiler clip: Oh. My. God. Are they going to show that? For real?

is it that Syed started the New Year kissing Christian.
