Thanks for the answer. I really didn't know if it's legal or not. Just the fact that with those two last episodes, we didn't have any sex scenes, but you sure had lots of couples kissing, not just holding hands, giving long hugs OR just staring intensely into each other's eyes. They hadn't seen each other in 5 years and Diego HAD to call Ale over. He was hovering in the background, at his own going away party, filled with all of his friends. They behaved like they didn't even know each other. Compared to Miranda's "welcome home" party.
Did Ale even say a word?

I always found the way the show’s dealt with everything and in particular with all things gay so ridiculously laughable that I could not bring myself to take anything or anyone on it seriously enough to get offended. But this off-set open acknowledgment (and even advertising) of their own censorship considering what else was shown for this 'pairing' and the way it’s presented with all of these sad, sad warnings (both in the video and in its description) I find genuinely insulting, troubling and utterly pathetic.

Now that this train wreck is over, me and my team of soap forensic investigators are going to swoop in and cordon off the area. Yeah, we're going to put yellow police tape up all around the wreckage. Nobody touch anything! Every element of this show is going to be labeled, dusted for clues, and shipped back to Soap Analysis HQ where me, the team, and my trusty robot, Zintaar, will sort through it. We'll try to reconstruct the tragedy to determine what the hell went wrong and why. Hopefully our report will be taken to heart by the soap writing community and new industry safety standards will be put in place to prevent this level of asinine writing in the future. We can't allow innocent viewers to be subjected to such painfully ridiculous storytelling ever again!

We see it as nothing left to lose. They see it as IF they do push the envelop, they (the folks that are in charge of this cancelled show) might not get the chance to be in charge of ANOTHER show. These folks are all about saving their own asses right now, even when it means giving up any sense of artistic drive in what you're producing. I think those folks in charge of this fiasco will find it hard to get a job to do with a TV series anywhere! :-( They probably spent a tidy sum to use FOQ - end up they never need to use that show!

Well.. Álex Hernández has not been very lucky... Not only has he acted in one of the worst tv series ever, he has the same name of the actor who portrayed Jon in Fisica o chimica, too! And, of course... who do you think you'll find by searching his name through Google?

I really didn't watch this show, and what I did watch was horrible thank goodness it's over! They had a chance to make a good storyline with those two and they destroyed it! It's kind of sad really.

In the end, Diego and Ale did end up together. Diego did profess his love for Ale and he did say he doesn't care what his father thinks. It was very lame to do all of that in the final 30 seconds of the story line, but it was better than it not happening at all, I guess.
