What was Paddy saying to Adam after Adam said about "Getting in touch with his gay side?" ( a hint at being bi ? I wish sigh). He was saying something about 'holding back on the aftershave' and something about 'urine' or was he saying 'you're in' ? Exact words used would be preferable.... if possible .

What did Ba (Adam) say to Ma (Moira) tonight? I'm missing a word or two. Ma: So I assume Aaron's taking this badly. Ba: Well I won't go off and buy a (...) just yet.

June 2nd 2010: Jackson: "Oi what you doing, not gonna have to call neighbourhood watch am I?" ;D Not exactly a brilliant quote, but I hope that Jackson get's some great one-liners

Great opening line from Rhona walking in on Andy's (almost) moment of passion
You really need to think about castration!

Just thought I'd post these here so people can find them easily. Thanks again to sheepiefarm & patroclus. ;D (For the episode that aired on 7th July 2010) Transcript of what was being said as they entered the bar.
J - Stay in here for a few and then go over to that place about eleven - yeah?
H - Sounds good
A - Listen - now that her mates here she might stop pecking our head, and when we go to that next place, stick close to her - we don't want the bouncers being funny - d'ya know what I mean.
J - Why would they......oh, you mean beacuse we're.....
A - No, no - just - well - two lads causing trouble and all that. next set of dialogue in the club:
J: So it ended up being licquorice icecream A: What, was it black? J: No, like a creamy colour like vanilla, only she'd flavoured it with Pernod A: Alright well that sounds disgusting, remind me never to let your mum make my tea J: Like she'd do that A: Oh, cheers!
A: Look at the state of her already J: She's just having a good time. We'll just keep an eye on her. I mean that's what her brother was asking, weren't it? A: As long as she dun't get too lairy with the bouncers ('lairy' means aggressive) J: Well, we'll just say we don't know her and if push comes to shove we can say we're a couple A: Wouldn't go that far J: Wounded. I need another beer to get over that A: Same again please, pal

Can someone please explain the term "push comes to shove"? Thanks a lot if you say that something can be done if push comes to shove, you mean that it can be done if the situation becomes so bad that you have to do it: Look, if push comes to shove we'll just have to sell the car. Also when matters must be confronted, when a crucial point is reached, as in If push comes to shove, the Federal Reserve Board will lower the interest rate, or They supposedly support equality, but when push comes to shove they always seem to promote a man instead of a woman. This term comes from rugby, where, after an infraction of rules, forwards from each team face off and push against one another until one player can kick the ball to a teammate and resume the game. Its figurative use dates from the 1950s^^^ These are some examples that I found checking several dictionaries...

Thank you mycatfox! I see I should use more dictionaries
When they come in they discuss about going to another place later. So maybe they just went to that straight bar because of Holly and had planned to go somewhere else originally. Because we were all wondering why they wouldn't go to a gay bar.

Just wondering if anybody was able to catch what Jackson said to Maisie in the Woolpack about cinema/watching DVD at home - something about better lighting and more food, I think.

I couldn't catch one word in the middle despite repeated viewings but he says 'Still the pictures ..... only with better lighting and more food' I think it could be 'I reckon' after still the pictures but I just can't catch it! Hope that helps a little bit?
