Lennys und Carstens Gedanken drehen sich rund um die Uhr, um den Prozess und die anstehende Haftstrafe. Außerdem macht Lenny der Verrat an den Kumpels sehr zu schaffen. Auch Carsten leidet zusehends unter der Situation, ist jedoch entschlossen, etwas dagegen zu unternehmen.
Lucy sehnt sich nach Trost, weil sie mitanhören muss, dass Philip sie für unreif hält. Doch in ihrer Familie sind alle mit Lenny beschäftigt. Ihre Verletzung wandelt sich in Wut um, und die bekommt Philip ab. Statt einer klärenden Aussprache kommt es zum Streit und die Situation spitzt sich weiter zu.

Lucy has a heavy start after her return from Paris. Nobody seems to care that she came back earlier to support her family in their concern about Lenny.
Her parents, Carsten and Lenny only think about the court case and Philip's always out and about with Ayla.

Lucy is happy to be with Philip again, but the concern about Lenny gets to her. She doesn't find an excuse for the assault, but she doesn't want Lenny to go to jail on no account. Philip disagrees and therefore a fight is inevatible.

Lenny's and Carsten's thoughts revolve around the courtcase and the impending prison sentence 24/7. Also Lenny's treason on his buddies gets to him. Even Carsten noticibly suffers from the situation, (?) but he is determined to do something about it.
Lucy craves for comfort, because she listens in on Philip saying she's immature. But her family is busy with Lenny. Her hurt turns into anger and she takes it out on Philip. Instead of a clearing talk they have a fight and the situation gets worse.

Well that ought to be an interesting little exchange between those two characters...desperately crazed Lenny vs intolerant bigot father.

Als Lucy in ihrem Frust jedoch gegen Lenny schießt, fängt sie sich eine harsche Ansage ihrer Mutter ein - und begreift nun erst, wie schlimm es um Lenny steht.

Gerner wurmt es, dass Katrin ihn offensichtlich nicht für attraktiv hält, da sie unentwegt auf Alexanders Hintern starrt. Während er eifersüchtig vor sich hin grummelt, erfährt Katrin von Lennys Prozess. Schuldbewusst erinnert sie sich an ihren eigenen Prozess und glaubt, Alexander dafür noch etwas schuldig zu sein. Sie bittet Gerner um Hilfe, doch der denkt nicht dran.
Alexander fällt siedendheiß ein, dass sie alle Lucys 18. Geburtstag vergessen haben. Um das zu kaschieren, planen er und Iris kurzerhand eine Überraschungsparty, die sogar gelingt - bis eine katastrophale Nachricht die Party sprengt.

At the pool Lenny and Carsten can finally enjoy their love untroubled for a moment. But back at home reality seems more cruel than ever: Scholzi threatens to beat Lenny up and Lenny's parents have apparently lost all hope after their talk with Gerner [the lawyer]. In his despair Lenny makes a decision...
Lucy feels left alone with her heartache: Everyone's too busy with Lenny and nobody cares about her. Luckily, Iris notices that her daughter needs some of her love too and consoles her. But when Lucy frustratedly speaks bad about Lenny, she's told off harshly by her mother - and it is only then that Lucy realizes how bad Lenny's situation is.

Lucy thinks she can help Lenny by explaining Becker [the shop owner] that earlier Lenny only wanted to apologize. But her interference backfires and Becker mistakes her intentions as an effort to manipulate him. Because she doesn't want to blame herself for the mistake she blames Philip instead.
Carsten thinks that Lenny is too negative about his situation and that Lenny's intention to flee together is nonsense. But he soon must admit that Lenny is right: A prison sentence seems inevitable. Suddenly, the idea of fleeing together is not nonsense anymore.

Lenny and Carsten agree: They have to leave the country, because it's the only way Lenny can avoid his imminent prison sentence. But Lenny is troubled, because he would bring anger and worries to his family once again. However, the two guys start to plan their flight to Barcelona.

Alexander is horrified by Lenny's plans to flee together with Carsten. Lenny doesn't want his father to stop him, but Alexander threatens to tell the police. Carsten realizes their plan has failed. But will Lenny also realize that it's better to stay?

Gerner is bothered that Katrin apparently thinks he's not attractive, as she constantly stares at Alexander's backside. While he is breeding over his jealousy, Katrin hears about Lenny's trial. Guiltily she remembers her own trial and thinks she owes Alexander for it. She asks Gerner for help, but he refuses.
Alexander all of a sudden notices that they have forgotten about Lucy's 18th birthday. To make up for that he and Iris plan a surprise party and everything seems to work out - until a catastrophic message hits the party...

Lenny returns home tired and without results after having searched for Reimann for two weeks. The memories of his guilt and his feelings for Reimann are always present, and the fact that he can't explain himself to Reimann tortures him. Finally, he tries one last time to contact Reimann.


Lenny gets fired from the Mauerwerk by John.


Jo Gerner (Dominik’s father) also can’t stop Lenny from continuing to search for Carsten.

4427 - Wed 10 Feb 2010
Lenny's last desperate attempt to contact Carsten turns out to be in vain. Reimann doesn't want to deal with him. Lenny's pain over his lost love is overwhelming. He can't even say anything against Emily's accusations. While Iris and Alexander get closer over their worries for Lenny, Lenny is finished (devastated?).




Out of desperation, Lenny tries to wrest information about Carsten from Dominik.

Iris and Alexander manage to cheer Lenny up a bit. Lenny tries to ban every memory of Reimann and Emily from his room and look ahead. But he can't get rid of his shadow as easy as he thought.

Tayfun meets Lenny at the right moment on the bridge, because Lenny seriously toys with the idea of killing himself. But when Lenny hears of Tayfun's troubles, and he pours his heart out to Tayfun, he takes new courage.


When Tayfun meets Lenny on the bridge, he quickly realizes that Lenny has lost the will to live.

Lenny forces himself to apologize to the kiosk owner, who freaks out and calls the police. Lenny is shocked - he just wanted to take the responsibility for his actions. Will he be facing a prison sentence now?

Lenny is shocked because he's facing a prison sentence now. But he wants to take the blame for the robbery. He's realized that his inability to stand to Carsten destroyed everything and, since he believes that he's lost Carsten, he sees no sense in life.


Lenny confesses to Tayfun that he wants to take the blame for the attack, but he’s terribly afraid of jail.

When Lenny loses his courage, it's Iris who mobilizes everybody, to find allies for Lenny. She demands unrestricted solidarity from Alexander and she even manages to soften Emily's heart. But the only one who could really have an effect on Lenny is Reimann - but he never wants to see Lenny again.

Carsten still doesn't want to have anything to do with Lenny. Lenny even desperately declares his love, but Carsten remains relentless. In his desperation it is Emily, of all things, who comforts Lenny and unfortunately gets her hopes up again.

Nach der Schreckensnachricht, dass Lennys Anwalt einen Tag vor der Gerichtsverhandlung einen Autounfall hatte und im Krankenhaus liegt, sehen die Cösters keinen Ausweg mehr. Die einzige Möglichkeit ist nun, dass Gerner Lenny vertritt. Doch der stellt sich aus Eifersucht auf Alexander quer und so kämpfen Iris und Alexander zunächst vergeblich darum, dass Gerner den Fall übernimmt. Gerner wird jedoch bewusst, dass er bei Iris noch etwas gutzumachen hat, seit er damals die Affäre beendet hat.

Gerner hat sich bereit erklärt, Lenny vor Gericht zu vertreten. Nun hängt viel von dem Gutachten ab, das Gerners Psychologe auf den letzten Drücker von Lenny erstellt. Lenny and his family are more and more flustered by the trial. He has to witness how the Scholzens [Scholzi brothers] defame him and he’s ashamed when Becker shows him the brutality of his actions. Gerner does his best to put Lenny and his guilt back into perspective, but therefore Lenny also has to open up his inner feelings publicly.

After Lenny is severely incriminated by the opposing lawyer, Carsten cannot hold back and clarifies that not Lenny has beaten him up but the Scholz-brothers and Krüger. Krüger confirms that and thus the proceedings again look better for Lenny. His family and friends await the judgment nervously but also with hope. The judge, however, has his very own view on the case.

Lenny’s penalty has been decided - one year in prison without any parole! Lenny and his family are in shock. Nobody knows how to help Lenny cope with that conviction.

Carsten weiß nach der Urteilsverkündung nicht, wie er Lenny helfen kann. Als er sich näher mit den Haftbedingungen auseinandersetzt, erkennt er fassungslos, was da auf Lenny zukommt. Carsten klammert sich an jede Möglichkeit, Lennys Strafe abzumildern - doch damit handelt er gegen Lennys Willen.
Lucy leidet nach der Urteilsverkündung sehr - keiner benötigt ihre Hilfe. Sie ist froh, dass Philip ihr wenigstens zuhört.

Carsten versucht verzweifelt, Becker zu überreden, Lenny die Chance einer Entschuldigung zu geben und damit einen Täter-Opfer-Ausgleich anzusteuern, der die Strafe mildern könnte. Doch vergeblich, Becker stellt sich quer. Lenny bittet Carsten, die Zeit bis zum Haftantritt einfach nur so angenehm wie möglich verbringen zu können.
Lucy kann es nicht fassen: Anstatt ihr jetzt, wo ihr Bruder ins Gefängnis muss, beizustehen, scheint Philip lieber mit Ayla zu plaudern.
