At the picnic Lenny is surprise at Lucy's sudden disappearance, and thinks she still suffers from her separation from Philip. It's hard for Carsten to speculate about Lucy's problems with Lenny, as he lies to him all the time.

Lenny is surprised with the news that his sister is actually in love with his boyfriend. But when he sees how much she's suffering, he comforts her. But how can he be there for his sister with the short time he has, and enjoy his happy love?

4557 - 25 August 2010
Lenny has new hope: if a free space can be found on a social project, he would be released from prison earlier than expected. The whole family immediately starts searching, while he can do nothing more than wait in prison.

4559 - 27 August 2010
Carsten and the Cöster's search frantically for a place for Lenny in a social project. But all places are filled. Carsten has given up all hope, when he learns that one of his father's friends is the head of one of the social projects. But to get a place, he would have to ask his hated father for help.

Er organisiert eine Abschiedsparty für Lucy, mit all ihren Freunden. Doch trotz der fröhlichen Stimmung gelingt es Lucy nicht, ihre Wehmut zu unterdrücken.

Though it takes all his strength to do so Carsten finally brings himself to ask his father for help. In his desperation he makes a flaming speech about love but his father doesn’t seem to be softened by that. Frustrated Carsten gives up his last hope.

Lucy feels left alone: Should Lenny be released from prison it would mean that she’s the only one staying behind in Berlin. Without any expectations she sends some pictures to a famous photographer in Tokyo and is surprisingly offered an internship.

Iris conveys comfort and Lucy starts looking ahead more hopeful. Lenny who has finally been released from prison tries to cheer up his sister, too. He organizes a farewell party for Lucy with all her friends. But despite the happy atmosphere Lucy can’t suppress her melancholy.

At her farewell party Lucy realizes that she is especially missing one person: Philip. Inviting her ex-boyfriend takes her a lot of courage but finally both of them talk about everthing. Meanwhile the party is a huge success and the next morning a farewell with many surprises awaits Lucy…

Bye-bye Berin!
Lucy kann nicht fassen, dass sie Carsten geküsst hat. Sie weiß doch, dass Carsten schwul ist und mit ihrem Bruder zusammen. Lucy entscheidet sich für Offenheit und erzählt Carsten von ihren Gefühlen. Carsten reagiert verständnisvoll, macht ihr aber klar, dass er nur Lenny liebt. Während Lucy sich einredet, dass ihre Verliebtheit von allein wieder verschwinden wird, halt Carsten Abstand für das beste Mittel. Doch seine beste Freundin fehlt ihm und die Sehnsucht nach Lenny wird immer unerträglicher. Umso glücklicher stimmt ihn die Nachricht, dass Lennys zweitägiger Hafturlaub bewilligt worden ist. Doch was ist mit Lucy? Vorsichtig macht Carsten ihr klar, dass er die Zeit mit Lenny nutzen will und keine Rucksicht auf ihre Gefühle nehmen kann. Lucy muss schlucken. Wie soll sie das glückliche Paar ertragen? Lenny zuliebe reißt sie sich zusammen. Doch so leicht ist das nicht! Das verliebe Pärchen versetzt ihn ungewollt einen Stich und Lucy entflieht der Situation. Lenny fällt Lucys komisches Verhalten auf und alle Ausreden nutzen nichts. Schließlich gesteht Lucy, dass sie sich in Carsten verliebt hat. Lenny erkennt, wie sehn Lucy unter ihrem Liebeskummer leidet und tröstet seine Schwester liebevoll.

Sieg für die Liebe.
Kaum hat Lenny diese Nachricht verdaut, wartet die nächste Überraschung: Er kann mit einer vorzeitigen Entlassung rechnen, wenn er eine Stelle in einem Sozialprojekt findet. Carsten verspricht, alles zu tun, damit sie sich bald wiedersehen. Wirklich alles? Das muss Carsten bald beweisen, denn um Lenny in einem Projekt unterzubringen, muss er ausgerechnet seinen Vater um Hilfe bitten. Carsten überwindet seinen Stolz und redet mit seinem Vater. Vergebens… scheint es zumindest. Doch dann die Überraschung: Dank der Fürsprache von Carstens Vater bekommt Lenny die Stelle und er wird schon bald aus dem Gefängnis entlassen.

Abschied zu dritt.
Carsten stürzt sich in die Vorbereitungen für die Abreise und Lucy wird dadurch bewusst, dass sie keine Zukunftspläne hat. Sie will Fotografin werden, aber ist sie überhaupt gut genug? Spontan schickt sie ihre Fotos an einen bekannten Fotografen in Japan – und bekommt tatsächlich eine Antwort. Der Fotograf findet ihre Arbeit nicht nur gut, er bieten ihr auch noch ein Praktikum an! Lucy ist baff – das ist eine Wahnsinns-Chance! Zusammen mit Lenny und Carsten feiert sie eine Abschiedsparty. Alle ihre Freunde sind gekommen – alle? Nein, einer fehlt: Philip! Lucy überwindet sich und lädt ihn ein und die beiden sprechen sich endlich aus. Am nächsten Tag überrascht Iris Lucy damit, sie für drei Wochen begleiten zu wollen und Alexander bieten den Jungs an, sie nach Rosenheim zu fahren. Dann ist der Abschied gekommen und Lucy und Lenny liegen sich in der Armen. Die Wege der Geschwister trennen sich… für immer?

Lenny und Carsten liegen sich dank Hafturlaubs endlich wieder in der Armen. Umso schmerzhafter ist die Vorstellung für die beiden, sich wieder trennen zu müssen. Doch das Schicksal hält eine glückliche Überraschung für sie bereit.

Soo romantisch! Happy End für Carsten und Lenny.
Liebevoll streicht Carsten über Lennys Nacken. Es ist ein wunderschöner Sommertag am See, doch Carsten nimmt das gar nicht wahr. Wie in einer Blase des Glücks liegt er neben Lenny und kann kaum die Augen von ihm lassen. Jede Sekunde von Lennys Freigang will er nutzen und nicht daran denken, dass sie sich bald wieder trennen sollen. Und das müssen sie auch nicht! Gerners glückliche Nachricht trifft sie wie ein Blitz: Lenny kann vorzeitig entlassen werden, wenn er in einem sozialen Projekt unterkommt! Sofort setzt die Familie alle Hebel in Bewegung, um Lenny so eine Stelle zu besorgen, doch ohne Erfolg. Carsten ist verzweifelt – es kann doch nicht sein, dass Lenny nur im Gefängnis bleiben muss, well keine Stelle mehr frei ist! Da kommt Carsten der Zufall zur Hilfe: Oberst Borsche, ein alter Freund seines Vater, leitet ein Projekt in Bayern, das wie für Lenny gemacht ist. Doch dafür muss Carsten mit seinen verhassten Vater reden. Carstens Vater lässt seinen Sohn erstmal eiskalt abblitzen, aber Carsten gibt nicht auf. Und tatsachlich: Seine verzweifelte Bitte an seinen Vater tragt Fruchte und Lenny bekommt einen Platz bei dem Projekt in Bayern! Nur wenige Tage später steht Carsten überglücklich vor dem Gefängnistor. Er kann es kaum glauben, dass er seine große Liebe bald in den Armen halten kann… und nie wieder loslassen muss! Da kommt Lenny endlich heraus und während sie sich glücklich in die Arme fallen, schießen sich die Tore für immer hinter ihnen. Lenny ist frei und ihrer Liebe steht nichts mehr in Weg. Gemeinsam wollen sie in Rosenheim ein neues Leben beginnen. Und tief in ihren Herzen sind sich Carsten und Lenny sicher: Egal, was passiert – sie werden sich nie mehr trennen!

Bye-bye Berlin

Lucy can't believe she kissed Carsten. She knows that Carsten is gay and that he's with her brother. Lucy decides to be open and tell Carsten how she feels. Carsten is sympathetic, but makes it clear that he loves only Lenny. While Lucy persuades herself that her love will go away on its own, keeping Carsten at a distance is the best way. But his best friend [Lucy] misses him, and his longing for Lenny becomes unbearable [to her]. She's that much happier at the news that Lenny's two-day parole has been granted. But what about Lucy? Carsten carefully makes it clear to her that he wants to use the time with Lenny and that he can't consider her feelings. Lucy gulps *. How will she stand the happy couple? For Lenny's sake, she pulls herself together. But it's not that easy! The loving couple unintentionally makes her uneasy, and Lucy escapes the situation **. Lenny notices Lucy's strange behavior, and all her excuses are no use. Finally, Lucy admits that she's fallen in love with Carsten. Lenny realizes how much Lucy suffers from heartache and affectionately comforts his sister.

Victory for Love
Lenny has scarcely digested the latest news, and he waits for the next surprise: He can expect an early release if he can find a place in a social project. Carsten promises to do everything he can so they'll meet again soon. Really everything? Carsten soon realizes that, for Lenny to get into a project, all he has to do is ask his father for help. Carsten overcomes his pride and speaks with his father. Unsuccessfully … so it seems. But then the surprise: thanks to the recommendation from Carsten's father, Lenny gets a place and will soon be released from prison.

Farewell to three
Carsten throws himself into planning their departure, and Lucy is aware of the fact she has no future plans. She wants to be a photographer, but is she good enough? She spontaneously sends her photos to a famous photographer in Japan - and actually gets a response. The photographer thinks her work is not only good, he even offers her an internship! Lucy is stunned - this is an incredible opportunity! Together with Lenny and Carsten, she celebrates a going-away party. All her friends come - all of them? No, one is missing: Philip! Lucy overcomes herself and invites him, and the two speak at last. The next day, Iris surprises Lucy that she wants to come with her for three weeks, and Alexander offers the boys to drive her to Rosenheim. Then the farewell comes, and take each other in their arms. The paths of the siblings split ... forever?

Thanks to the parole, Lenny and Carsten are finally back in each other's arms. All the more painful for the two is the idea of having to be separated again. But fate holds a happy surprise for them.

So romantic! A happy end for Carsten and Lenny.
Carsten affectionately strokes Lenny's neck. Its a beautiful summer day at the lake, but Carsten notes that's not true. In a bubble of happiness, he's with Lenny and can hardly keep his eyes off of him. He plans to use every second of Lenny's freedom and doesn't want to think that they'll soon be separated again. And they don't have to! Gerner's happy news hits them like lightning: Lenny can be released early if he can get in a social project. The family immediately sets everything in motion to get Lenny a place, but without success. Carsten is desperate - it can't be that Lenny must stay in prison, but no more places are free! Then comes Carsten's chance to help: Colonel Borsche, an old friend of his father, leads a project in Bavaria that's perfect for Lenny. But to get it, Carsten must talk with his hated father. Carsten's father coldly turns him down, but Carsten doesn't give up. And actually: his desperate plea to his father bears fruit and Lenny gets a place on the project in Bavaria! Only a few days later, Carsten is very happy in front of the prison gate. He can hardly believe that he'll soon hold his true love in his arms ... and will never let go again! When Lenny is out at last and they are happily in each others arms, they leave the gates behind them forever. Lenny is free and nothing more stands in the way of their love. They want to start a new life together in Rosenheim. And deep in their hearts Carsten and Lenny are certain: no matter what happens - they will never be apart again!

I think the best translation for "versetzt ihr einen Stich" would be for Lucy "it's like being stabbed in the gut". Yup. that really is the correct translation.

So far Moritz as basically a supporting character in a semi-villainous role. I think this might change with the upcoming storyline, though. They have written in an affair for him, though he's only a supporting character, and I don't think it will amount to too much.

However, they have also recasted the character of Luis Ahrens, the teenage son of Nina Ahrens and brother of Toni: www.rtl.de/cms/recast-bei-gzsz-marc-weinmann-uebernimmt-die-rolle-luis-ahrens-4809056.html Luis went to Australia two years ago never having much of a storyline. He will return played by actor Marc Weinman at the end of September, having made "new experiences" according to the press release. I think the likelyhood is pretty high, that they'll write him in a gay storyline with Moritz.
