Like the person who did the clip, I enjoyed the begining of the Cornellà Festival, with the Adrian's opening pregón and the first happening of the Festival, the "Correcorn". But unfortunately I was late because my train was also late (I arrived that evening from Alicante, where I live, to Barcelona to enjoy the St. John Eve festival with my friends here. Well, this festival is more important in Alicante, but I have my older friends in Barcelona). But I listened Adrian voice almost from the moment I came out of the Metro Station (Cornellà Center), and I run to the City Hall Square. I met my friends not in the first line, above the balcony, where the person that shoted the clip was. This balcony isn't too high, so the clip has a good quality. Not as my photos, too far to do it.

But my friends were in a good and wise place to listen Adrian and see him, and also to watch the first act of the Festival, the "Correcorn" (the Correfoc [running the fire] of Cornellà. At the top of the stairs of the high part of the square. This year, the evening of the Corpus day was also the Saing John's eve, and it makes clearer that the celebration of those festivals, as the Saint Georges one, are spring/ fertility ones specially in Catalonia, with prechristian rites of fire and water.

The Corpus festival is celeberated in several towns in Catalonia with mitilogical beasts that throw fire. Te main one are the dragons (the S. George's animal), but there are another ones. And with those beasts that breath fire, there are groups of devils that dance with fire. When beasts and devils go in the streets, it's said "Correfoc" (runing the fire) because they move around themselfs and did some spectacular fires over them. From the site I was, I did good photos of dragons and devils' fire.

When these festivals were made christian ones, it's said that Christ's sacrifice won the devil, and the beasts represent the evil. But people enjoy specially the fire! As can be seen when they jump over the fire in the S. John's Eve (only wise people like my friends avoid to be accidentally burnt!). The most famous Corpus Festival in Catalonia is "la Patum" of de town of Berga. This is a link in English about this festival:

Dragons are also the main animals linked with S. George, the patron of Catalonia. His festival is also a spring one of fertility. Catalonia are full of dragons's images, and S. George Day is in Catalonia the day of lovers, as Valentine, because S. George saved a young girl from the dragon.

Firens, are you dessapeared?

Unluckly, Adri nor Javi went to the Orgullo. It isn't clair the reasons to (not) do it. What is known is, the day before Adri was in Huelva (south of Spain), and he didn't arrive to Madrid in time. Or, another version of the reason, because hd was annoyed with Bakala.org because his concert in Plaza de Callao was cancelled, so he decided not to take part in its truck.

Anyway, Adri apologized to his fans in a tweet. In fact, he wrote several tweets, what is unusual in him. He knows now he was wrong, not going in the Orgullo.

"Hola, chic@s, os pido disculpas a todos aquellos que pensaron que me verían en el orgullo, os compensaré!!" "Compensaré con twitcamp"

He apologizes the people that wanted to see him in the pride, and that he's going to compensate them with twitcamp.

Javi didn't go too to the pride. It seems he had a play in a small hall, and the orgullo lasted until midnight (6 hours), so he couldn't do it. But the little play he did, it talked about the pride. It happens in a bed, where a gay (Javi) and a lesbian have a sexual relationship the pride day.

I don't know the real reason of Adrian about him not going to the Orgullo;but maybe a message the day before the pride would have been right because i know that many people went to the Orgullo especially to see him (and Javier too). But we can absolutely forgive him; for me remain a good person (and great actor and a beautiful boy ;D ).
About this italian's event i have to admit that this is the first time that i hear about it. And for this reason i can't add news about it. What i know is what you said,carmela (that will take place in the region of Sardegna ,in the city of Alghero). Jos87, I think you're right, they seem to be the winners; and a curious thing, almost all of the winners are Italian; but Alghero has a Catalan dialect and Adri has been chosen among Catalan TV actors and shows. The information about him is in Italian and in Catalan.

thanks carmela for the picture of the Orgullo. It's impressive to see all this people;but it does not surprise me at all,because the Madrid's orgullo is one of the most important one in the world. Great Spain.How much I love that(your, carmela) country???!!!
About the Italian's Gala i think the same of you about the fact that Adrian will receive the award because in Sardegna,especially in some cities the dialect is very similar to the catalan;but i think that the fact that Adrian will have this award is super!!! In Italy not all the people know him and only because we have not seen the Season 3 and we don't know,at the moment, when that season will be aired here.But however thanks to internet many italians like me have seen all the season of FoQ in the antena3'site;and now there are a facebook group of FoQ (italian) that work to subtitle the season 3.And this will help who don't know spanish to see this amazing series, increasing the popularity of Adrian (and Javier and the other actors too)

Yesterday Adrian was in an antena 3's show called "El diario" where he did a surprise for a girl that is obsessed with him. You can see this going here:

He is so beautiful.it is strange to see him with the beard but i have to admit that i prefer him in this way,with the beard;he is more sexy ;D
This girl is obsessed by him; her friend Victor called "El diario" to say to her that she have to stop to be obsessed by him because in that way she will lose all her friends. Because she talks about Adrian very often. She loves Adrian Rodriguez and for this reason she has Adrian's name (in Arabic) tattooed on a finger;she compared all her boyfriends to Adrian,she will call her son Adrian,she was in Madrid to see the premiere of FoQ (season6) and take a picture with him,she changed her plans with her friends to see FoQ.
She want to be an actress and for this "El diario" want her to play a part.She starts to read her "script" and after this Adrian start to talk (i think to continue the script) and then he enter in the tv studio where he talks to her saying that she has to think about her stuffs (and not only be obsessed by him;this is how i interpreted these words),that if she want to be an actress must fight for this,he wishes to her the best and He gave her a shirt used in the series. From the facebook's page "Yo tambien quiero que Adrian Rodriguez saque un disco" i read that Adrian will not be at the Orgullo. But this time was an error of the site who talked about the Pride.So we can't say that Adrian has disappointed his fans again,because he never planned to go to the pride.

Yes, I'm the same Carmela of the forum, and, as I have just writen, I have found and interview with Adri in a LGBT radio program in Alicante, and it's clear they talk with him about to take part in the Orgullo Alicante, doing the "pregon". This is the link;

The interview with Adri is at 1.01.30, aprox, First there is a song by him, and after, the interview. It was made by phone in June 24, at night, 24 hours after his pregon of the Cornellà festival, and he was there, in his town.

For me, it's clair he's wrong. A bad manager, or no manager? It's posible.

And the worst thing is, in the interview, they tell him that gay people is a faithful audience. So he has deceived them twice! (if he doesn't appear in the Orgullo Alicante).

So if he says that (and i believe in you even without listening the interview) i don't know what to think about. Maybe they (the people of the radio and the organizers of the event) believed that with his words Adrian confirms his presence in the Orgullo (and for this they put his name in the poster of the pride) but later they never mantained a contact with him,or he (or his manager) never really confirmed his participation to the event and now we are at this point where the people who organize the events of the Orgullo believe that he will be part of the "fiesta" and Adrian, who believe that he will not be there. It's very true what they said to Adrian about the faithful of gay people; if you win gay people's heart you will have success. Look at all the pop stars;and Adrian with his role in FoQ won the heart of many people,especially gay.So i want to believe that his manager is not so able to do his/her work well. Because this is the second time that happen something like this and it not very good from him. I like him and i appreciate him for his work in FoQ and i will follow him, from Italy,a stranger country, in others of his works in television or cinema and in music. But he has to avoid this kind of errors. And not respect only to gay people,but to all his fans,like you carmela,that are ready to follow him in every event (including the gay pride) only to see him and let him know how much he is loved. Well, i went to the Orgullo Alicante and they said Adri hasn't came for "problems of organisation", but he will do some kind of colaboration with them.

Some people was deceived, they would like to have seen him. But he wasn't the main reason for them to be in the party.

I don't know how to think about. Diversitat, the Alicante's LGTB asociation that organize the Orgullo, had ofered Adri to do the pregon, and he accepted, before the radio interview. And listening this one, it's clair Adri was going to do the pregon of the Orgullo Alicante (the only doubt about it is the date, because it's a month after the pride). At the end of the interview they said: "Esperamos conocerte el dia del Orgullo Gay en Alicante". And Adri answers: "Allí estaré dándolo todo".

Maybe hje's only thinking about the music, and the radio program waits him when will do the promo of his Cd. In the interview, he also says he won't take part in the new FoQ because his character have no sense without Fer (and I think he's now only interested in music and that is good for him). Also says the series has been useful for him to stay in Madrid for doing what he needed about the music, his main interest.

Well, I'm not so fan. I prefer Javi Calvo, but if Adri comes to Alicante, well, I go to see him! And the Orgullo demonstration, I watch it with or without Adri. I think it's important because LGTB rights are everybody rights, and the only thing I have done is to wait him in the party after the demonstration. In fact, I share the preocupation about what will happen with the same sex marriage if the PP wins the next elections (as seems). With the same sex marriage, it's the first time the Church and the Estate are really separated in Spain. And this a thing that matters everybody. Really.
