I don't know anything about Adrian (and here in spain there are so many gay actors like in any other country but the truth is that almost nobody is openly gay).
I have the feeling than in tomorrow's episode Fer will tell David what he feel, and he will be totally rejected. But this storyline is very crazy, and FoQ has strange ways, so who knows.
I think David and Ruth will have something, and probably not in the next episode.
I like David, and want him to stay in the show, but come on, it's very unfair that Fer is the only one who doesn't have a relationship this season

Well the situation of gays in spain is quite good, specially if you think that 35 years ago being gay was illegal. In fact in the last years the thing are getting better very fast and the new generations are more visible than ever (and people get used to see gays everywhere).
The sunday magazine of El Pais a month ago, had an article about that entittle Generation without closet.
The headwriter of el cor the la ciutat explain very well the situation when he said that in the 90's the gay characters had an educational purpose, but right now they are equal, in fact Max and Iago relationship stars in a very physical way.
But i think most of gay characters in spanish television are pretty stereotypical.
Other important thing in terms of visibility is that here most of tv channels are pretty progresive, in fact antena3 is considered the most conservative (even when they are more centered than on the right wing) and as you can see they portray a gay character in his series (Fer is probably the best developed gay teen that i see in a spanish series).
Even we have catholic roots, and the spanish catholic church is very conservative, the truth is that their power is decreasing in the last 15-20 years.
Of course there are a lot problems, like in everywhere, but even when we are far from Netherlands, i think we're going in the right way

In fact no, of course there are skin heads here (like unfortunately in everywhere) but the problem was higher in the 90's. The main problem is most of this groups are linked to soccer teams, and most clubs don't do anything (with exceptions like the Barcelona).
About El internado, i think they go the nazi route (in this case the Nazi and not skin head or nazi related) because it was the only way to explain all the experiments and mysterys.
And the changes are in all the country, but of course is not the same living in a big city than in a small village, and some zones of spain are more conservative and others more liberal, but there are a lot of country villages which are gay friendly

Well if they recorded both seasons at the same time, they must be still recording the fourth, because it's imposible that they's finish two seasons in that time.
That (the two seasons recording at the same time) was published but i think it wasn't confirmed

I have already said that out of all of Fer's pairings Fer/David is my favorite. Javier and Adrian work as friends, and sizzle when they "turn it on", So you buy them as boyfriends too. The only thing I'd change would be those earrings David wears. They look like the tacks that hold up your posters. I never liked that style. I hope Adrian stays and becomes part of the regular cast. So we can keep enjoying our Fer/David.  |

I don't fancy David's earrings either but then he could wear anything and still be smokin', right? Adrian seems to like earrings in general. Maybe these are more appealing to you although I do believe the earrings will not be your main focus with that picture. ;D |
