Still no idea on when the old/new head writer transition happened in the episodes? Any guess Andre? Yay for Friday's ratings. Though I still get the impression that at least when it comes to actual viewership numbers the main influence seems to be whether the weather out there is nice or not

Quoting myself: Meanwhile I read an old description about the work of VL's writing team six years ago. You can find it in here, page 65. 209.85.229.132/search?q=cache:Z6aIjvxg-qQJ:www.hdm-stuttgart.de/ifak/pdfs/da_verbotene_liebe.pdf+verbotene+liebe+chefautorin+daniela+hildenbach&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&lr=lang_etBTW, this lady, Sofia Karassawas, who wrote it, is still working in VL and from all the other stuff, what I've seen, the system hasn't changed much. What surprised me a little bit is that there are even four months between air date and scene writing. I didn't thought that writing process is so long: episodes are filmed 10 weeks after the start of writing, Jo and Thore said in an interview that they get text three weeks before shooting. (Maybe they have cut this time meanwhile, with all the speech about effectivity I've read in official documents of UFA Grundy, but there are still probably at least eight weeks.) I have only Chroust as an example, he left at the beginning of July 2008 and was mentioned for the last time in credits around 20th of October (Schlesselmann was a co-producer since the end of September). Subtract three weeks summer vacation and you get three months, that I took as a reference point to Feiler, who appeared in official webpage at the end of March. My explanation is that the person, who gives final approval to the script, will be credited as head writer. ............................................. My another thought after reading this text is that very much still lays in the work of team, head writer can't control details and the devil is hidden there. We can see how well one of these Ollian ministories worked and how much the other sucks.

It will be interesting to see how Monday's rating's fair if Ollian are featured again. Andre... thank you so much for posting the ratings. Much appreciated

Thursday (Ollian fight day). Thanks Lola. I'm one of those who care quite a bit about how Ollian fair ratings wise when they are featured. So even though the numbers are disappointing for Thursday, I'm very pleased to see them come back strong on Friday. ;D And least we forget, Ollian were just 25% focus of the show, and are still just supporting not the main storyline in any of the episode at the moment, that honor goes to Gregor/Louise and Charlie/Stella to name just two. Ollian remain secondary for now. I have noticed regarding the ratings for VL that it's very uneven, as in one day we get really good ratings and the very next day with the same story-lines continued the ratings may come in low. There doesn't seem to be any consistency regarding any one storyline.

I'm curious, if the new writer isn't being listed, then these episodes are still the soon-to-be-ex-new writer? Is there some speculation that the new-new writer has been instrumental in designing these storylines for her own purposes? Just curious about how that works, if anyone knows.

New Stablist (June 24, 2009)
This is the team that will create episodes, which will air in 2-3 months.
Interesting for me is that VL has now story consultant: Pet Klömpges (who is current or former (?) head writer of "Unter Uns") and Katrin Esser is not working as story-editor anymore. Half of story-liners are new too.

I'm loving those percentages. And so pleased the viewership maintained it's Friday hold. Andre...you are so funny crossing out the yay! for Tuesday's numbers. Don't know who was on Tuesday since my interest is purely Ollian. I know only Olli made a brief appearance, but it was all about the other story-lines. Thank you so much Andre for posting. Now I can rest easy. ;D

I checked German domain database and found out that chrolli.de belongs to Das Erste (broadcaster). It's interesting because Lydia's blog loveburns.de and Youtube channel of Luise were managed by UFA Grundy (production company).
Das Erste has been always more receptive towards Ollian-hype IMO, making various features with Jo and Thore, but UFA Grundy hasn't used them very much in their promotion. So, I don't think that it means something very positive about the future of Ollian. .......................................................

VL target audience is different than what we would like to think which IMO does not mean they are going to remove everything that does not match that audience, it's just not the main focus of the show, it never was.

That's interesting. So I think this will be something bigger than just a fanpage then. Maybe it's really some kind of video- archive or outtakes or something like this. Something like the extras and additions like on DVD's maybe.

I never get the grundy Ufa and Das erste difference. Isn't the das erste homepage only posting/doing what they get from "the show"?

I never get the grundy Ufa and Das erste difference. Isn't the das erste homepage only posting/doing what they get from "the show"? There is a company (Picture Puzzle Medien), which is responsible for public relations of VL and it seems that they have a direct contract with Das Erste. Plus Das Erste has its own website team. UFA Grundy is just producing episodes and will get payed for that. www.picturepuzzlemedien.de/content/kundenI think that chrolli.de is an extension of official VL-website. Das Erste and UFA Grundy have signed a new contract, which will allow to put episodes in internet from this summer, maybe they will post there Ollian-clips? Probably there will be games and other stuff similar to "old" website.

FYI: Feiler is still not a head writer, she is credited as story-editor this week (at least until Thursday). Is there any connection between things like the Brisant Sendung and das erste/homepage too? Well, it's all Das Erste: Brisant is a program on their TV-channel and VL-homepage is part of daserste.de. I don't know how much cooperation they have between different editions.

Off topic: Tom Chroust is according to new Produktionspiegel head writer of AWZ. Barbara Neumann (current head writer) and Christoph Schulz (head writer script) are still there, so it's not clear if he is "one of three" or is Neumann leaving and it is just changeover time (I believe that the last version could be true, because ratings have been quite bad lately). www.ufa.de/index.php/Presse/UfactsSPOILER for AWZ: Connection to DeRo revival seems to be quite obvious.

It seems that VL's ratings jumped 1-1,5 percentage points, after they started using new measuring system, which includes data from DVD recorders.
July 1: 1,58 mln 12,7% July 2: 1,71 mln 13,5%

Good for them. Since ARD generally doesn't need ratings data anyway.
