Just when you think you're going to get an episode featuring the boys we're back to bloody zoe and the brother of her boyfriend!

I think I can safely say that we're all beyond bored with Zoe's story now, so just stop it!

She will steal up a lot of scenes in season 4 also. |

Looks like the bipolar story is still on. It's just too much for this season, especially with the introduction of the gay-bashing plot, homophobic reaction from Robbe's friend, and Zoe's rape trial drama.

What a bizarre way to resolve Moyo's homophobia! Yes, indeed! It's almost as if the writer (or writers) has no fufffing idea about homophobia or how to deal with it- so we had that queerbashing incident which whilst shocking at first didn't go anywhere. (Or perhaps, and I am probably wrong, the queerbashing story will reappear in series 4 with the muslim story thing, considering that the two boys were statistically likely to have been attacked by muslim teens! So maybe it'll turn out the queerbashers were muslim boys known to the muslim girl in this story- Yasmina. But that's probably giving too much skill and ability to the writers!) But on a broader point- with this belgian Skam it feels to me as though the writer (or writers) produce good story when they follow the original story set out by the Norwegian Skam. But when they deviate they lose it, like the first two episodes of series 3 having no homosexual theme at all, no Sander. I think the writer (or writers) are not very good, are just 3rd rate hacks who've probably been given the 'gay story' as no one else wanted to do it, and it's a deviation from their true interest in Zoe's story. |

I think they just tried to be different and tried to get a lot done in a short amount time. I'm not sure its fair to say the writers are not good. Overall the 3 season together have been quite good. |
