Interview with Willem (Robbe) and Nathan (Jens) with English subtitles - I think this is in preparation for Season 5. No idea if there are spoilers or not as I don't have the time to watch it this morning:

Season 5 has kicked off - it's Yasmina's season. No idea if Robbe and Sander will appear in any meaningful way.

I think Robbe will probably have some screen time with her - but I suspect Sander will be largely missing - just like last season I really like Yasmina - so I might watch this season. Wtfock has done a really good job. Wtfock English is already posting clips with English subtitles: www.youtube.com/channel/UCEZ_rUHfSmjWEh45s9Su2og

Seems like they have given part of the OG Even's storyline (an obsession with the Koran, likely gay) to an old friend of the "Yousef" character, but he died in the past. Do the rest of you think this is fine, since WTFock already introduced Sanders with a different back story (Not linked to the Balloon squad and seem to have held it together enough to graduate high school on time at his original school)?

Can't say I was impressed, this turn of events (Badr's suicide) actually makes Sana's arc even less credible when somebody's DEAD. I suppose having the whole thing happen offscreen to a character we never met is supposed to make it less personal/affecting, but they obviously overlooked the fact that a dead gay boy is never not personal.

I can completely understand why you took it that way. However, I personally think it was more about how destructive religion can be at times. And Yasmina's response illustrates how there can be for some people comfort in the routine of religion. Nothing is black or white there are varying shades of gray. However, for some people like Badr, there is a limit at which point they see no way out. He could not see a way to be a good Muslim and a gay man, and that's because he couldn't see that the two things do not have to be mutually exclusive. In my opinion it's not entirely fair to equate Badr's relationship to Islam (and his sexuality) with Yasmina's because they are coming from two completely different places. Mainly because Yasmina is more open minded otherwise she wouldn't be friends with Rob and Sander, nor would she be as close the girl squad as she is. For that matter she wouldn't have heard Younes out about why he doesn't believe. But then that's just the view from my particular bridge.

Nathan Bouts in the above video ... hot damn. I need to put my tongue back in my mouth, LOL. Anyway, it looks like wtFock is over - at least with the present cast. They released a set of videos of the entire cast, following the conclusion of this season. Here's Sobbe: http://instagram.com/p/CQlExo4nT7c

It looks like they are resuming, as expected with a new cast. The main character is Ada, but I suspect there may be a queer male among her friends? http://instagram.com/p/CrQ4w_9ovIa

Just saw a trailer for the 2nd season of 2DEZIT which stars Nathan Bouts (Jens from Generation 1 of wtFock). It begins with two guys kissing, but there's no continuation to it in the rest of the trailer so I don't know if they're two randoms or proper characters. https://www.instagram.com/p/CynKv_JrYX8

It seems the upcoming season 8 of wtFock (beginning May 17th) will revolve around the second generation's gay character Otis. "Otis is approached by Liv, a model scout who invites him for a photo shoot: the beginning of a rollercoaster in which the world of glamour, the catwalk and parties take center stage." www.goplay.be/otisI've not watched since the first generation (Robbe/Sander) exited so I'm curious to see how this second generation shapes up. (They have already had two seasons with the girls.)
