In case you're wondering what has happened with Thomas, he got married with Gabriel (soon after the law was passed in France in 2013), and then they adopted two children who are now something like 18 and 16 (haven't looked it up to be sure but the son finished lycée (french highschool)).

Nov 2nd, is the anniversary of Floran' death, it was seven years ago. Thomas is visited by Florian's ghost and goes on a sort of adventure with him. The episode has yet to be aired in France, it already has in Switzerland and Belgium I believe, so if you look up pblv ep3499, you'll find it easily enough (doesn't have english subtitles tho).

(Florian is not back, he was only in this episode. they're not bringing him back from the dead like they did already with one of thomas' boyfriend.)

Still pissed and hurt over Florian's death, I loved his character and his candy eyes. I watched this show because of him. They should have let him leave the town and still aive =( But glad for Thomas tho, he found the one and settled down. ><

I was very much taken with the old Thomas storylines up to Florian but English subbed posts stopped years ago and my French is just not good enough to follow the show without the subs. But I am so missing it I would be happy to watch the storyline with Gabriel in French. Any good location where there might be a BL cut version of the show?

There are several "new" queer characters : Antoine, a trans boy and Tom, who's pan. They're friends and in highschool. (they're not exactly new, they joined the cast last year)

Antoine's story arc about his coming out as trans happened last March. He wasn't yet sure about his sexuality and nothing has been said yet but he's fallen for a boy as school started again.
Tom has revealed to a secondary character who has now left the show that he is pansexual and I believe he hasn't said anything to anyone else yet. He's in love with Antoine's big brother Théo (who's oblivious to Tom's feelings).

The story so far: Victor is a refugee hidden in the school by his cousin until he can be sent to England. Antoine finds out about him one day and they decide to stay friends. Antoine's friends end up finding out about Victor and they all decide to help him. They bring him food and clothes, and decide to throw him a party. Victor's cousin is not too happy about it all, so Antoine & friends decide to hide Victor themselves and it is decided he will be staying at Antoine's place.
Antoine has fallen for him and Victor returns the feeling, kissing him during the party.

Sort of spoiler-ish : Victor will be sent to England at some point, so their love story has an end....

Tom tries something with Théo (that's the title of the video on the website, it's not really obvious)

The story so far : Tom has feelings for Théo. Théo hasn't noticed. Tom has tried to get closer to Théo but Théo isn't really keen on that. That's it.
The story will most likely move forward later on, but it will most likely be a deception for Tom : Théo is straight.


After writing all that, now i'm wondering if they might pair up Tom and Antoine. They shared a kiss when Antoine had just come out and was wondering about his sexuality. Tom offered to try kissing guys with him after a girl had kissed Antoine and he was pretty undecisive about it. (it had ended up on "i'm still figuring out my gender, I'll figure out my sexuality later")

Wow, it has been a long time since i watched this soap. I watched only for Florian so when he died, i didnt follow any news of this one. Glad to know that there is a new storyline going on

Looks like there is still gay representation on this show. Tom is in love with Luis, who is that old trope of the self-loathing homophobe who's violent towards the boy he's secretly attracted to (sigh - can we change the record?).

But we have English subtitles! Here's part 1, on the channel Tom & Luis, who are up to part 30. (Tom's ex Theo is also still on the show.) Fair warning though - it seems to start quite abruptly, I guess there is some backstory which is not part of the clips.
