Then I wonder what that spoiler about Gabi wanting Will to do the right thing is about? -Maybe Will is "ok" with it and thinks "Sonny is a great guy" but prefer to keep distance? and Gabi objects to this... (  ) -Maybe befriend Sonny if Sonny is a bit "alone" ( ;D ) -Maybe is another level of her pushing to have sex with her (  ) I am quite curious with that. |

I like the little signals Will is giving about hearing Sonny's gay. It seems that "Days" will not do the exhausted "coming out" plot device where Will hate Sonny and be horrible to him as a protective device to shield him from his own soon to be discovered gayness.

I am pretty much watching out for this story. Hopefully the story will develop nicely. The gay characters in the TV world are currently getting into a huge mess. And Sonny is such a cute guy. They make a pretty cute couple!  |

Recap for tomorrow, courtesy of DaysCafe:
Gabi is sitting at the pub, on her computer. Working Will gets her a coffee. Enter Sonny. Gabi smiles she has the pictures from the lake. T rushes in and proceeds to blast Sonny for not telling him he was gay! Sonny explains there is no Salem law requiring a person to state their sexual orientation. Will tries to calm his buddy down. T rages on. Gabi comes across the pic and caption that someone added about Will and T being a new romance. T thinks he should have warned him before posing in a shirtless photograph with him. He does not want people thinking he is gay. Sonny snaps that it was not his idea to have his picture taken with him, nor does he wants people to think he is straight! Furthermore, he has no interest in T. T continues to overreact and leers he asked him to a ball game. He calls him perverse and disgusting.
Enter Victor. "No, he's not. You are!" The Greek tycoon drawls the little twerp must be stupid and ignorant, cos no one talks to a Kiriakis that way! He implies T is less on the scale of evolution. Maggie enters and watches, impressed. Sonny suggests T change his thinking. T now walks out alone, slamming the door behind himself. Victor thinks Sonny was nice giving the guy a chance. Sonny thanks him and hugs his great-uncle. Exit Maggie. Victor now notices her ...
Gabi praises Sonny for dealing with T well. He was a jerk. Sonny agrees, but he hopes he will come around. Kinsey arrives, stammers she will grab a coffee and fly, and heads to the bar for her order. Sonny asks Gabi if Kinsey now hates him. Gabi explains it is quite the opposite. Sonny soon approaches Kinsey and assures her he would like to be friends. Kinsey admits it is hard for her to deal with boys who do not want her that way. He smiles if he were straight, she would be the girl for him, the one to bring him to his knees. Kinsey thinks that is sweet and is put at ease. Will now gets off his shift and suggests he and Gabi make for the beach. Outside, she asks Will if it bothers him that Sonny is gay. Will pauses, then confesses that he was disappointed in himself. He adds he was surprised by Sonny's situation, but it should make no difference whether someone is straight or gay. Gabi kisses him and he kisses her back.
Maggie drops by the Kiriakis mansion again and smiles she will have that tea after all, with a side of crow! Victor invites her in and coos she can have anything that her heart desires. She praises him for defending Sonny. He assures her he is not prejudiced, just as he had already said. Maggie wonders if they are taking a step forward or back again. When they are together, it feels like they are standing on the edge of a cliff. The Greek tycoon drawls they both must sense this is the real deal. The redhead impulsively plops down on his lap and they start to kiss ...
[Not pleased by just how homophobic the writers made T.]

OMG! Victor and Maggie are so damn cute together.
And Sonny is just making me love and heart him more with each episode. I loved when he said he didn't want anyone to think he was STRAIGHT! You go Sonny, tell that truth! I knew he would handle T just fine and tell him about about himself.
I also loved the way he handled Kinsey...too sweet. And Will's reaction was interesting. The story is moving along at a good pace.

Okay, recap for tomorrow (source: DaysCafe). All of us distracted by Chandler's chest will find it very hard to follow the plot ;D
Shirtless Will, Gabi, Kinsey, and Sonny are having a picnic down at the beach. The egg salad sandwiches are bad. Sonny offers to get some food at the pub with Kinsey, who can tell him about her singing career plans. They happily walk off together. Gabi steps away to get their towels. T approaches Will and angrily accuses him of taking sides.
At the pub, Kinsey babbles to Sonny about her planned singing and acting career. She asks him about his plans. He is not really sure at the moment. He took a year off college to train and climb mountains, do triathlons. Kinsey is impressed. She admits he is her first gay friend. She does not know anyone else who is gay. Sonny points out she just does not think she knows anyone else who is gay!
At the beach, shirtless Will defends Sonny to T and wishes he would not be such a bigot. T yells he set him up and now they are all hanging out with him. Will defends him as a nice guy. "What is wrong with you!" T now thinks Will considers him horrible. Gabi watches as Will tells his friend to fix this. T yells that Sonny was coming onto him by asking him to a baseball game. Will cannot believe it. T gets a call and steps away. Gabi thinks T is a jerk and now wants nothing more to do with him! T soon comes back and Will warns him the gang will not put up with his attitude. He demands he apologize to Sonny and show him some respect. T calls this messed up and walks away as Sonny arrives. Sonny explains to Will that he did not have to go to bat for him, but Will insists he did.

I cannot wait for tomorrow's show and WORD to Sonny for pointing out to Kinsey she has other other gay friends she just doesn't know it yet.
T is an ASS and I loved Will taking up for Sonny.
I cannot wait for them to grow closer and become good friends. It's gonna make it all the more angsty when Will starts to develop feelings for Sonny.

And I suspect the ones touting that bs are Chill fans, Chad and Will, and they need to get a grip, get a clue, and get into this REALITY! Because Chad is falling in love with Abby, who is both Will and Sonny's cousin on her mother and her father's side. Chad is not gay he never will be gay. The ONLY way he and Will will ever be a couple is in fanfic. Sonny is for Will. Point. Blank. Period. So you need to let go of the fears and be amused, like I am, by their pathetic grasping. |

OK.. I think Sonny is going to end up with T. I don't think it was the original plan. I think Will was supposed to be gay, but Ken Corday changed it because it would be too risky to make Will gay, therefore they went with T instead.
Here is what I wrote in the general discussion thread:
1. I Think it's obvious that T is gay from the way he reacted. I think Ken Corday's clue was "more slowly and carefully," as in them not going with Will after all, because it would mean breaking up a very popular couple, Will and Gabi, and possibly destroying a very important character on Days by turning him gay (from the bigots' view). Besides.. Ken Corday said Will would be INVOLED in the story, and not that it would actually be him that turned out gay.
The post about Camila Banus (Gabi) saying it would be Will.. it could be one of two: 1. she could have listened to the rumors and just went with it at the time, 2. the direction of the story could have changed after she said that, by making T the gay one and not Will
Sonny saying to Kinsey "that you know of" in reply to her knowing just one gay guy.. it was a direct referral to T ending up being gay in the future, and therefore she'll get burned for it too.
Now spoiler talk:
The Kinsey spoiler about her sleeping with T doesn't surprise me at all. T is showing off, trying too hard, to prove that he's not gay.
Then there's the other spoiler for the future about Kinsey "getting a big story before she leaves Days." I'm pretty sure Kinsey will fall for T down the road, only to find out that T is gay and she'll be hurt and blah blah.
