He was in a scene with Vic today. It ended with Sonny telling Victor that he was gay. The reaction to it will be tomorrow.

Canada airs the episode one day earlier than the US for some weird reason.. SPOILER (highlight to read): Victor reacts well according to a Canadian viewer. He was surprised but supportive. He just says that life will be more difficult for Sonny etc.

Hey Pru i think its happening today i am seeing it Sonny just left breakfast with parents.His going to go talk to Victor. Will and his friends all think Sonny is straight and that he likes women.I too wonder what their reaction will be when they find out the truth. Me too, cathy...especially Kinsey's reaction. Cuz she was NOT lying when she said Sonny was SEX on a STICK! He just gets more adorable the more I see him onscreen. |

The actor who plays Victor is ancient... I'm guessing he's been on since the soap's earliest days! I think the actor has been on Days since the mid-80s. And he has mellowed bigtime because if it was Justin, Sonny's father, telling him he was GAY, Victor would have erupted and had an entirely different reaction. |

It sounds like Tad is going to have a homophobic reaction to Sonny being gay. I bet Sonny is just being friendly when Tad thinks he is hitting on him. And maybe Tad is going to get all uptight as well over that photo he had taken with Sonny. I wouldn't be surprised if Kinsey has a bad reaction, since she has been so hot for Sonny. And Gabi might subconsciously start viewing Sonny as a threat. So the beginning of Sonny and Will's relationship could be that Will refuses to go along with his peer group and instead treats Sonny normally.

I think Tad will more than likely have homophobic reaction to what he perceives is Sonny hitting on him.
But I think that Sonny will set him straight and tell him he is not his type and if Tad inquires further Sonny will reveal that he is gay.
And then the rest of the teen scene will find out.

Sonny is very warm, expressive, and touchy feely as well and I think he will probably touch Tad on the shoulder or something and he will take it the wrong way, and see it as Sonny hitting on him. |

I just posted the recap of the Sonny/T scenes on Monday in the Spoilers thread. T is freaking out, but it's evident that it's all in his mind. Amusingly, it looks like T is the one to initiate physical contact both times, and now he thinks Sonny's hitting on him. T, I suspect Sonny would be more justified in thinking YOU are hitting on him! Unfortunately, the scene seems to end on a sour note with T vowing to make Sonny pay for "tricking" him. WTH?

I guess Tad thinks Sonny should have warned him he's gay before he let them take a photo together. Silly homophobic overreaction. I wonder if it will be a long term thing with Tad? Sounds like Kinsey will be accepting. I'm curious if we'll see any evidence that Gabi senses danger when she finds out about Sonny.

I bet that it's quickly resolved. Sonny will probably defuse the situation by telling Tad that he isn't Sonny's type. Tad will probably take offense and say 'why wouldn't you be interested in me!?" I can already hear Kinsey mocking T for not being able to attract anybody, including gay men. And everybody will have a good laugh and friendships will blossom.

I really hope they're not trying to pair up T with Sonny down the road, that would be such a disappointment. I've gotten used to the idea of Will & Sonny by now. Hmm.. maybe this is just Days way of misleading us, throwing us off? Days did after all say "Freddie Smith will not play who you think he will", everyone guessed Sonny, and they were right! They were also right about the gay port. I still hope that Will & Sonny will be the end game.
On another note.. at this point I'm just glad Sonny is getting some screen time, as the only say in Salem (at least for now). The T thing was bound to happen. T is just a party guy, obsessed with girls. No wonder he has a problem with Sonny being gay. Him overreacting is very realistic, it's just a typical T reaction! I expected Kinsey to be sad at first, but then really wanting to be friends. Girls like Kinsey always end up as the hag.

That it was all in Tad's head. His character is that of a moron anyway and knowing Sonny's personality he is not the type of guy to hit on straight men. Plus, Tad is so not his type and I can picture Sonny telling him so as well.

I really don't think you have anything to worry about between Sonny and Tad the actor that plays Tad (Brendan Coughlin) is a recurring cast member which means he shows up once in a blue moon. |

Please, no worries on Sonny EVA being with Tad.
One, he is not gay.
Two, he is a moron and not Sonny's type.
Three, he is recurring .
Read the recap and it doesn't surprise me at all it was all in his head. And I'm not shocked he made that leap because he cared too much about what his others friends who texted him were saying about the innocent picture of him and Sonny just because Sonny is gay.
I can't wait for Sonny to set him straight and also let him know just because a guy is gay doesn't mean they want you.

Tad is such idiot.His the one that wanted to take the pic with Sonny.Sonny wasn't flirting with him.Sonny being a nice person inviting him to game as friends.But how Tad said Sonny lied his going to pay for it that's going overboard.He better not hurt Sonny.Abigail knows Sonny is gay she cool about it.Kinsey seems cool with it too.
Hell no Tad/Sonny hooking in the future not happening.Tad is recurring on the show we see him once in while.I bet they will be friends.

Tad hurting Sonny is a joke.
I bet he knows how to hold his own in that arena as well.
As for Tad and his Sonny tricked him bs, he is just pissed off that his skewed and preconceived notions of what a gay guy is suppose to look and act like didn't pan out.

The spoiler doesn't give anything away. We don't know the set up or why Victor gets in somebody's ass and I want to know what the 411 is. I'm pretty sure it probably has to do with T's dumbass. And I really doubt Sonny is going to need Victor's help, even though I will enjoy Victor getting riled up.
