No Ziley but Adam and Fiona.
You can watch full episodes on TeenNick. I'm glad someone else mentioned Adam! I'm just getting into degrassi and I first watched because of Riley and Zane.. and then I found Adam and fell in love with him and his story! The first episode was great... even if riley and zane weren't in it! I'm looking forward to fridays episode!

Thanks guys I've watched Adam's storyline and Adam and Fiona's storyline. This is some of the best portrayal of an LGBT person I have EVER seen. I cannot recommend it enough! It is so well done. Sh*t, it moved me to tears! So many great moments.. so real. It's almost perfect, the writing, the acting. And I love Adam's brother, Drew. The way he accepts Adam. WOW! And I loved how he was protecting him for the bullies. I think this storyline is done MUCH better than the god awful Zane/Riley storyline! I wish Canada could adopt me ;( I hate being gay here, and Canada seems so accepting of everyone! I read that a transgendered rights bill passed the house of commons, soon going to the senate in Ottawa.. Canada must be the most accepting country in the world. And I'm, stuck here, in the bible belt of Norway

Overtherainbow.... Did you watch the first episode of the new season? There is a lot of Adam and Fiona drama in it! [Spoilerish] I love how adam is so hopelessely in love, but I wish Fiona didn't feel the need to drink. I'm glad Adam finally realized that and got her help. It sux though that it looks like fiona is going to be a lesbian. Which makes sense why she was attracted to Adam in the first place but I wish they would just end up together.

I live in the suburbs and most people are accepting but there are still people that are homophobic especially since the place i live in most the people like me have a south Asian background so there is a bit of intolerance due to that. But in city it is more accepted

But I'd still prefer to live there, even if there was a few bigots there. Because it can't be much worse than here This is basically USA's midwest. Extremely conservative and Christian. I love this city really, it's just that it's too conservative, I would have liked it more if it was a bit more liberal. BTW.. at least you have gay, lesbian and transgendered people on tv. I think that shows a lot about how liberal a country is.. we have NEVER had a gay character on a Norwegian tv show or soap opera, NEVER. A bunch of lesbians through history, sure. But a gay guy? Nah.. Norway is too conservative for that, but lesbian storylines seem to be ok.. typical.

It sux though that it looks like fiona is going to be a lesbian. Which makes sense why she was attracted to Adam in the first place but I wish they would just end up together. My rant (highlight to read): Well.. that pretty much sucks Then I guess something can't happen between them? Because Adam is a guy. He was born in a woman's body, but he's still a guy! Ugh.. I really liked them together. Sucks that they are making her a lesbian. I think it's a cop out. Adam kinda looks like a boy. It wouldn't be so far fetched if she fell for him, as a straight chick. Many straight people date transgender people. It's really not that weird. Sorry for my rant, I'm just kinda disappointed by this. I think Adam deserved some happiness, and now he'll just be sad and probably start cutting again I think the best part about the Adam storyline though is his relationship with his brother. I haven't watched the whole show, but I heard Drew was kinda an a**hole to everyone. And that I find weird, because he is so accepting and protective of his brother. He even defended Adam from the bullies! He seems like the best brother in the world. He really cares for Adam, and loves him, no matter what gender he is! Oh, and did I mention that he's hot as well? ;D I also like Adam's friends, Eli and Claire. They were so accepting, they didn't even hesitate when Adam told them he was transgendered. It was no big deal. I have to admit... I shed some tears watching this storyline. It was very powerful and very emotional and a very real portrayal of transgederedness I think. I'm not a TG person myself, so I don't know. But it seems real, it's bealievable. And I like the fact that they are portraying BOTH sides of it, the accepting friends and brother, the bullies and the mom who loves him and accepts him, but at the same time is sad about losing her daughter. Which is also totally understandable. Like I said, a great, great storyline! Very recommended. They have all done a great job thus far, acting and writing has been top notch. And like I said, I think it's better than the Ziley storyline.

Im not trying to offend you if thats what you took it as but i was merely mentioning canada isnt the perfect place its made to be. I mean its better than many other countries but we have homophobia alot in small towns too, especially in farming areas where it is like the us, thats all i wanted to point out

I'm just saying that even the worst of Canada would still be better than the best of Norway. The bible belt of Norway is like USA's midwest, it's bad. Most people are closed-minded bigots. Anyway, this storyline is REALLY good. Everyone should be demanded to watch it in order to raise transgender awareness. It should be mandatory to watch in school!

It's actually better than the Riley/Zane storyline. I enjoyed seeing Adam fall for Fiona. And his brother, Drew, is like THE best brother in the world. He loves Adam, not matter what gender he is. He is also very protective of him. And he has no issues whatsoever about him being transgender. And yeah, it also helps that Drew is HOT, and I mean HOT. He looks like Taylor Lautner. I felt like such a perv when i found out he's only like 16 in real life though.. ffs, I feel so old lol. And I actually think Adam is kinda cute too, yes, the transgender guy. I'm not alone though, many straight females on youtube thinks the same. And I would definitely date someone like Adam in real life!

haha... Lets hear it for the Straight Females! I totally get what you are saying...I like how Adam doesn't need to be strong or be physically male to get the best girl in school.

haha... Lets hear it for the Straight Females! I totally get what you are saying...I like how Adam doesn't need to be strong or be physically male to get the best girl in school. Exactly! He is just sooo sweet and so cute and so good hearted. I love the guy. I'm like in love with him! He's the best.. I hope he finds love soon, because he deserves it. Any girl would be lucky to get someone like Adam in their life. Just sucks that Fiona doesn't seem to be that girl, because I think they were cute together and had LOTS of chemistry. Oh well.. she doesn't deserve him anyway if she can't see what a great guy he is.. Yes, I understand it's more complicated than that with Fiona, but I won't give too much away, because it's kinda spoilerish.. Anyway, Adam and Fiona is like the most popular couple on the show! It sucks the writers are breaking them up. And btw.. who would have thought.. the best liked character on Degrassi is a FTM transgender. It really wasn't as controversial as the writers thought it would be I guess it's much due to the fact that the writers have basically done everything right when it comes to this storyline. Also, Adam is the most likeable guy out of all the guy at Degrassi, most of them are jerks, but Adam is different

Your English doesn't suck. I understood perfectly well everything you said, so don't worry about it Be prepared to cry a bit watching the storyline though... It's so powerful and emotional. It just hits you deep. Adam has so many great, scratch that, AMAZING scenes.. I cried a lot watching those. It was some incredible acting and writing. It was just amazing from everyone involved in this storyline. I have no words.. just that you should go and see it! You won't be disappointed. And that scene with his mom in the car, the one at tne end of part 5 I think it is.. that scene was just too much, I broke down in tears. I really fealt for Adam and what he was going trhough.. OK, I'm gonna stop now.. lol. I could be talking about this forever. I just love this storyline soo much! On the other hand.. I can't wait to see the Riley/Zane storyline from the episode airing on friday. It should be good ;D

It's not the only two minutes that we've seen Riley & Zane together. They haven't got the a-plot but ce b-plot.

Degrassi was great last night Riley and Zane and their adorable hair cuts. They looked so good and I just love the way they communicate with each other now. That art show thing could have been nuts. I really hope Anya and Zane can get Riley through this thing with his parents without Riley self destructing Every single Degrassi TNG episode ever is now available on Itunes www.Itunes.com/Degrassi
