Finished watching. They flip the usual script for a detective drama by having the main character spend most of his time trying to cover up a crime, rather than solving it. It's an interesting dynamic. Great to see a queer protagonist treated identically to how a straight protagonist on a similar show would be. Often queer characters have some kind of plot point or story element hinging on their queerness. Does anybody knows if there's going to be a season 2? I agree with you 100%, kellerbrady . All the plot twists ! I hope there will be a season 2 but I haven't heard anything about it yet.

I think it's fairly clear that romance is going to blossom again between Kevin and Moose. And soon. Maybe Midge figures out there's a connection between them and plays matchmaker or perhaps Midge is going to get hurt by Moose when his true feelings for Kevin get exposed. There are still 10 episodes left in this very long 2nd season - plenty of time to do something interesting with Kevin and Moose. I really hope Kevin and Moose get "back together". I like the actors and the characters together and I don't think the show needs anymore characters tbh. It doesn't even know what to do with the great characters it already has..

Yeah, you might be right, Ryan probably cheated on Michael. I still think Ryan cares about him though, he has shown it with his actions after it happened. He wanted to talk to Michael and he accepted to sleep with those guys for Michael's sake, even though he is done sleeping around. All he wants is Michael. I think Michael is protecting his feelings by not letting Ryan in again. He refuses to talk to him because he's afraid of getting hurt again, I get it. It's easier to take drugs and sleep around than to confront your own feelings. He needs to let himself be vulnerable again though, he needs to open up to Ryan and at least have a conversation with him. He doesn't have to accept an apology, but he should at least hear him out. Totally agree with you. They need to talk. Michael gets hurt so hes afraid of getting hurt again. He closes his heart. Im glad that im not the only one who want them get back together Michael seems like such a tortured soul.. all that has happened with his parents in the past - I think maybe Michael's been giving people a second chance before and has been let down and that's why he's afraid to believe what Ryan is saying? I could imagine it would be like that when you've grown up with parents who have a drinking problem.. I really hope Michael and Ryan get back together because Ryan really seems to care and he did learn ASL - a lot better than Danny I might add.

I was only able to watch the first 2 episodes but I wanna see more ! Does anyone know where it's possible to watch all of the episodes? You could wait until all episodes have aired and then get the 7 day free trial of Sundance Now. That's what I'm probably going to do. IMDB says there are 6 episodes. www.sundancenow.com/this-close/series/3902433Yeah... It's not available in my region..

I think the show premiered on November 2nd 2017 in Norway and it'll be available in my country on Netflix from March 6th but I'm not sure about when it'll premiere in other countries.. Which country are you from? Ah, sorry. I'm from Denmark, so a lot of you are probably from other countries. But great to hear it'll be available other places on March 6th as well, anthonyl

I think the show premiered on November 2nd 2017 in Norway and it'll be available in my country on Netflix from March 6th but I'm not sure about when it'll premiere in other countries..

They’ll get married again with Sonny and real Will. If Paul ends up getting crushed again it will be his own fault for getting involved with amnesia Will knowing quite the story. Can’t stand Paul and want Will, sonny and their daughter to be a family again. I know Will and Sonny will get back together eventually - both the actors and Ron have said as much. I just don't know what kind of drama they would bring to that storyline.. a couple living happily ever after in a soap? That doesn't happen unless the couple leave the soap together. I think Paul tries to fight getting involved with Will any way he can but you can't help who you fall in love with. Honestly, I just think it's bad writing if Will get his memories back and then gets back together with Sonny immediately - that's not soapy drama. The 'love triangle storyline' will also get tired eventually (or is it already... ). I just hope the writers know what they're doing or they could write themselves into a corner with these three.. Totally agree. Just hope the show gets renewed....no notice yet. I hope so too - Chandler just got back and now it's actually interesting to watch again ! BIB - I totally agree. I kinda like the dynamic that is starting to begin with Paul and Will. It makes total sense to me that Amnesiac Will would be attracted to Paul. Will and Sonny's relationship was always one that came out of friendship and from the help that Sonny gave him when Will first came out. Will doesn't remember any of that so why would he go back to someone that he wasn't initially attracted to in the first place? As far as Will getting his memories back, I think that will happen once Paul realises he has feelings for Will and has decided he wants to pursue a relationship with him. This will create a situation where new Will has developed feelings for someone else yet now he remembers the old Will's feelings for Sonny. He will then have a decision to make which if done right could make fairly interesting viewing. So now Will is the one who has to choose between who he want to be with? Why is Paul never the one who has first choice? If that happens, I hope Will chooses Paul (because no one would think he would) or Paul just says "fuck all of you" and goes live a happy life with someone else who appreciates him. He's such a good person and he doesn't deserve to be second best.

I see a lot of people talking about wanting wilson to be endgame (in a soap, really? ) - but I'm really curious to see where they're going with Paul, Will and Sonny's storylines.. and does anyone know when Will (Chandler) was first supposed to be written out of Days again? I like Paul and Will together and I kind of don't want Sonny and Will back together again (I don't like Sonny at the moment and him and Will would just be boring at this point) but I'm not really sure where the writers are taking their storylines. When Will gets his memories back, it would be too easy to put him together with Sonny again (and what a shitty thing to do to Paul, if they end up in a relationship). And because Will sticks around, what would happen to Sonny and Will if they did get together again? Are they going to get married again and then what...? They don't seem to have a lot in common anymore..

"Eddie Lane lives in Upstate New York with his wife Sarah and their two children, Hawk and Summer. They are all members of the Meyerist Movement, which combines aspects of New Age philosophy, shamanism, Scientology, Christian mysticism and Utopianism with a few elements from the Shakers, Sufism, Tibetan Buddhism and Freemasonry ritual. Eddie returns from Peru, where he had undergone a spiritual retreat designed to advance him further up Meyerism's spiritual ladder. Unbeknownst to his family, while in Peru, Eddie experienced a revelation which causes him to question his faith in Meyerism. Meanwhile, Cal Roberts, a friend of Sarah's and one of Meyerism's top leaders, is looking to expand their influence and deal with the imminent death of their founder, Doctor Stephen Meyer." So this is Hawk - and Caleb. Hawk did have a 'kinda girlfriend' at one point, so I'm not sure if Hawk is gay or bi and I think he's trying to figure that out at the moment.

There's a new show from CBC called Crawford: Here's a description of the show: The world of Crawford is a familiar yet unusual one. When raccoons invade the world’s most functioning dysfunctional family’s home, they help breathe life and new meaning into the odd behaviours of the family. Jill Hennessy plays Cynthia (aka Mom), an award-winning cereal executive struggling to deal with the stress of juggling work with the needs of her husband, Owen, and her lover. John Carroll Lynch is cast as Owen, family patriarch and former police chief, who is unable to use his voice due to a medical condition and communicates via his smartphone. Kyle Mac is Don, “temporarily” crashing at his parents’ after being dropped by his music label. Much to his surprise, he soon finds his calling as a raccoon whisperer. Older sister Wendy, played by Alice Moran, and younger brother Brian, played by Daniel Davis Yang, aren’t too surprised by Don’s return and welcome him back—sort of—they have issues of their own. It’s weird, but in Crawford weird is the new normal.Don is the middle child of the family and he had a relationship with Manny before he moved away to pursue a career in music. Manny

'Deep Water' premiered yesterday and is an Australian 4 part mini-series (next episodes airs today). There will also be a documentary which premieres October 16th. Summary from imdb: When the mutilated corpse of a young man is found in a beachfront apartment in Bondi, Tori Lustigman and Nick Manning are assigned the case. Is this brutal murder a domestic, a robbery gone wrong, or a gay hate crime? As other ritualistic murders occur, they discover the killer is using THRUSTR to procure his victims. Any local using that app is now at risk and it's a race against the clock to catch the serial killer before he strikes again. With mounting evidence to suggest the perpetrator has killed before, Tori and Nick start digging through old investigations. The discovery is shocking.
In the 80s and 90s they uncover up to 80 possible murders of gay men in NSW - unexplained deaths, 'suicides' and disappearances. Many of these killings were linked to gay bashings by youth gangs, a blood sport that went largely unpunished. As they meet more victims from the uninvestigated past crimes, they become convinced that the current killer is somehow connected. In reopening the cold cases the detectives reveal the hidden truth about the past murders and uncover critical evidence leading to the serial killer. In doing so they finally give closure to the victims' families by bringing the killers, both past and present, to justice.

Looks like there might be (at least) one gay character in the new show 'Conviction'. Manny Montana (from Graceland) plays Franklin 'Frankie' Cruz a former convict who now works for Hayley Atwell's character, Hayes Morrison, investigating cases where people may have been wrongly convicted. In the end of last nights episode (the series premiere) Frankie was visiting, what looks to be, his boyfriend who's still in prison. Ian Paola (from Orange is the new black) is playing Rey Armas - Frankies boyfriend. I couldn't really find anything on this storyline but I hope to see more of it in the next couple of episodes. Daniel Franzese is also a part of this new series and he plays the brother to Hayley Atwell's character.

In this article from today: www.nrk.no/kultur/nesten-70.000-dansker-ser-pa-_skam_-1.13150113 (in Norwegian), they say the premiere date will be this autumn/fall but they don't have a date set yet. They also talk about how 70,000 Danish people are watching Skam through the Norwegian websites. Many of them have begun watching after a big Danish newspaper wrote about the series. Shit.. I should read the newspaper more often
