But they did kiss today! I saw it with my own eyes. I don't know why I turned it on today, I haven't watched it since the embarrassing foray into New York and the departure of the plot devise Ameera. With that information all I can say is: We was robbed!! On the other hand, today was really quite a treat, wasn't it?

Has someone still doubts about Christian-Tiger? ;D BWAH! Oh, man, I love this picture. I'm almost afraid to watch the clips now, because I think the context may take away from the sheer hilarity. Right, synapticmisfire, if we talk about tigers, you must have your say for sure! ;D

I'd given up, too, Roddieb. So I can't blame you. My sentiments exactly. Now back to being on topic...

Nuke kissed today? Crap! Now I have to watch the clip today instead of waiting till later... Roddieb, those 'cartoons' are hilarious!!! ;D Really funny... Keep them coming I would say. And Aldebaran, please don't tell me you've started reading MPREG! Poor Christian! Btw, Olli has been in my avatar for more than a week; quite long by my standards... ;D

*died and gone to heaven* Thank you so much Ivan for all those amazing screen-caps. I've been right-clicking/saving all over the place. I don't think I've seen Christian and Olli look so smitten before. Have you all seen the Hungry Eyes vid at YouTube? Talk about Hungry Eyes here! And I love the extras you've added roddieb and restenergy. ;D A big thank you in advance also to Nanna. A daunting task to sub-title this lot. You're a champ!

I'm uploading the part with Olli, Christian and Olivia right now. So it should be up in a bit more than an hour. Now I'll start on the Gregor part but I won't be able to translate it all. So expect it when you see it. And there's another episode tomorrow …
Anyway it was a fun episode and totally worth it.
I hope the way I edited the episode won't be too confusing.

Yes, thank you so much - and thank you very much Ivan IV for uploading the clips of course! It's the most entertaining English lessons I've been having for ages (and the only ones obviously )

Right, synapticmisfire, if we talk about tigers, you must have your say for sure! ;D Oh, naturally - if avatars are to be believed, I am the only actual tiger in here. (Of course, if avatars are to be believed, Jo Weil is posting under 47 different aliases, all talking about how attractive Jo Weil is...actually, that would be kinda awesome...) I briefly considered using that cap of Christian as a new avatar, but I feel really bad abandoning Hobbes, so I'm going to sleep on it first. Blasted work in the morning - I'm really tempted to stay up all night just to watch the clips, but I know I should probably go to bed, like, nowish. But seriously, thank you for all your efforts Nanna! You're a goddess!

Here's the first part of today's episode with English subs:
I'd like to thank Tihkon even more than usually because today I didn't take the time to check my spelling so that I could work faster. So he really had a lot to do today!

Thanks to our three Ollian's Angels for all their hard work!
I think that the Eskimo "kiss" was really, really cute! All the more so because it was done in the middle of No Limits. You know Christian loves Olli based on this. None of this Nuke thing where they only kiss in private, and even then only when Noah is feeling guilty about their non-existent love life.
Christian wasn't going to be able to keep it secret for long anyway. He's just too in love and enthusiastic about the fact not to show it off. Olli looks so happy about this too. I'm just a little disappointed that we never got to see Charlie's reaction, or Miriam's.

Olivia is scum. She only gets by because her family is usually willing to eventually forgive her offenses. But when all is said and done she is extremely untrustworthy and I think that Christian's dislike of her is justified.

Thank you IvanIV, Tihkon, AND Nanna. It's late enough in the evening for me to have seen the 3rd Clip where Christian/Olli and Olivia have been edited so that it appears to be a singular episode for them...and I really loved that! Very Good Episode! I so get why people go to, and like Olli, can't resist confiding in Christian when they have problems. He is so honest, clear and direct...Good friend and I am glad Olli told him some of what was going on, just to unburden himself a little. Christian's strength enboldened (and enboldens) him I believe. Even if in the past Judith has spoken all over him and seemed to not listen to him...she always goes back for more....because she knows what he is saying is true and good advice. Great screencaps of Olli---what a beautiful face. Great screencaps of Gregor---what a beautiful face and body--yum! Christian's pics get a "good"...I never minded the highlights--it's the blunt razor the stylist seems to be using on his hair that is giving me fits---and I will prepare myself for everyone who will say they don't mind his hair-cut, but can someone get this Mann away from the Hair Cuttery and get him to a real Barber?! Really good confrontations between Olli and Olivia..they were both so good at the ending!!

Ivan, Nanna & Tihkon, you're spoiling us with all the Ollian goodness! Thank you soooo much for the videos, screen shots, and subtitles!
I think I'm overdosing on Ollian cuteness today! Their affection for each other simply leaps off the screen. Once again I first watched the unsubbed clips and marveled at their chemistry with each other. We got examples of their mutual love and concern during lighthearted conversations as well as during a more serious discussion.
Is it any wonder we love these guys so much? **sigh**

If we didn't have this we'd be screaming at the YouTube clips of Nuke and their ongoing quest to prove on TV that college-age celibacy is possible! Olli and Christian have been "together" less time but have already graduated to an adult relationship (and I don't just mean sex).
The scene in the flatshare was really good. There's a sense that Olli doesn't want to keep secrets from Christian and also needs his support the same way Olli himself so often supports Christian. These two really do come across as a couple that care about each other. Standing together by the Pillar of Love and talking like that was very intimate.
Christian knows that Olli is protective of Olivia, but I think he delivered his comments in exactly the correct tone so as not to make them seem like he hates her (even though he pretty much does). It must irk Christian to see someone as loyal and honest as Olli feeling obligated to someone as disloyal and dishonest as Olivia.
Olivia is really digging herself into a hole here. Olli is her one real friend and now she's threatening his boyfriend. Way to alienate your main ally Olivia!

I think Olli is right: Olivia must believe, on some level, that he's easily fooled or cajoled. Frankly, I don't see how he could ever feel anything good about her from here on out. Yes, it's a dream-come-true to suddenly have all that money; but what does it say about a person who would take money that is tainted by the kidnapping of your own niece?
Olivia is starting to seem like a borderline sociopath. That's scary. She's moving from 'funny villainess' to something much darker.
As for O & C: I loved the way both of them looked today. Christian, especially, looks much better without the massive facial hair. I could've wished for more intimacy between them, but I can deal with the cute closeness they showed today. I can see that the actors very much enjoy these roles.

I think Olivia is mistaking Olli's love for a weakness, he was always forgiving, so he will survive this as well. But now he's not alone and her actions do not go just against him.

I think Olivia assumes that anybody is stupid unless it's proven to her otherwise. You know what they say in German "Von sich selbst auf andere schließen"

Psionycx, you've hit the preverbal nail on the head again, I think. I had liked the scene were Olli confides in Christian. It was wonderful, sweet, and, as you said, intimate. But your comments opened my eyes to exactly why. It did show that they do really care for one another, and that they really do support one another. It isn't just Olli supporting Christian and Christian adoring him back. It really very much is a mutual relationship. I never thought it was one sided, but this scene shows us very nicely that it is certainly not. And it shows that Christian has really as good an insight into his partner, as Olli seems to have about Christian. Very caring. Very nice. Very well done.
Olivia is getting really vicious. Just when a few weeks ago, I was thinking that she has her flaws and she does her scheming thing. She's selfish for the post part, but she isn't entirely bad. She does have a good quality or two (or at least partially or potentially good) but then she does this. And she so hideously lashes out at the one person from whom she's going to get some support, even when she's made these terrible mistakes. She is really and very seriously putting that support and friendship in jeopardy.
Lastly, the flirting and flirtatious making fun of at No Limits was really very adorable. Such fun to watch. And it looks like not only are they portraying Olli and Christian as having a good deal of fun, but that the actors are having fun with that aspect of the role, too.

I think Olivia assumes that anybody is stupid unless it's proven to her otherwise. Yet, she should be well aware that Olli isn't stupid, but she's certainly playing him as if he is. Is this because she's just in such a desperate place? Is she that stupid to really think she could pull this over on Olli (I tend to think not, actually)? Is it something else? Or, to pull back a level, is this just problematic writing or writings going a bit too soapy for complete coherence?

I think Olivia considers any human emotion a liability/a weakness (again, I think that came really out when Olivia was trying to teach Lisa the "proper" way to seduce Fabian and oust Judith; conveniently forgetting that that mostly backfired and Lisa ended up not getting Fabian and left town). Basically, it's fun to hang out when everything is good, but when there is a struggle it's everybody for themselves. If Olli doesn't turn her in because he cares for her? It's weakness! If Olli lets himself be blackmailed because he loves Christian so much? It's weakness! If Lars falls for Olivia's setup and cheats on Nathalie with Kitty? It's weakness! It's not Olivia's fault that he can't keep it in his pants. (of course in Olivia's world if he hadn't slept with Kitty she probably would have considered that being whipped/weakness too. Guess in Olivia's world it's less that Lars would step out on Nathalie but that he would fall for such a scheme/let himself be caught cheating that makes him weak and therefore, in her mind, doesn't make her morally responsible. After all it's not her fault in her mind if people fall for her schemes or let her walk all over them. I tend to think if Olli wants her to respect him, he needs to give her a good spanking ) IMO that doesn't mean that she doesn't have any feelings (particularly when times are good), but most of the time she does try to suppress them and they are an inconvenience in her world view (see: Andi vs. her scheme to syphon money from Ansgar). Also, she is squeamish about certain things, which isn't really the same thing as having morals. (for example, she could have tried harder to get Ansgar to marry her or make her his mistress, but I think the thought of having to have sex with Ansgar for a prolonged period of time grossed her out. She was similar grossed out when she thought Ansgar was suggesting that she sleep with her uncle Lars and she clearly didn't like the idea of Tanja setting Sarah up to overdose on bad cocaine) Of course the irony is that even if Olivia separates the world into weaklings and sharks, it's not like she actually likes her fellow sharks. Ansgar and Tanja have shown repeatedly that they can one-up her and IMO she still hates them and considers them evil. Rather than having some sort of fellow villain respect and admiration for them. Anyway, I think Olli and Christian are dead right in their convo that to handle Olivia you have to show strenght and show her that she can't get through with this kind of stuff with them. I also don't think that Olivia is necessarily acting out of character other than she is being particularly dumb lately ;D Plus, I think she needs to learn that sometimes lying down and begging for mercy from people like Olli and Lars is just her best strategy as opposed to trying to play her solo schemes again and again as they just drag her deeper.
