Reality tv:
Massive Moves, an episode in season 2 featured a gay couple who wanted to move their houseboat to Vancouver.
Love It or List It Vancouver. Can't remember which episode but they have featured several episodes with lesbian couples and at least one with gay men.

London Irish (2013 series): Episode 2 "Wee Frankie and the Funeral" (Full Episode available on Youtube]
One of the four co-leads Conor (Kerr Logan) can't remember what he did in a drunken haze the previous night - it turns out he got intimate with his sister's boyfriend, James (played by Josh O'Connor, star of God's Own Country). This is James's only appearance in the series, which itself only lasted six episodes. Conor's sexuality is never addressed beyond this episode; he even marries a woman in a subsequent episode and his best friend Packy (who knew about Conor and James) never brings it up. (Coincidentally, Packy is played by Peter Campion, who has his own gay pedigree: he went on to play one of the gay "kissing cousins" on the EastEnders spin-off, Redwater.)

Harrow (2018 crime series from Australia) Episode 8 focuses on an openly gay high school rower Rhys (Earl John Paea) who is found dead. Among the suspects is his teammate Sean (Joe Klocek, whose performance has been praised). While Rhys and Sean only appear in this episode, the series has a regular gay character in Simon - a second gay role for Remy Hii, who like Klocek is an alum of Neighbours, where he played Hudson, boyfriend to Chris Pappas.

I'm not sure where else to put this because it seems more speculative than anything else, but Digital Spy had an article about LGBT+ shows to look out for in 2019, which included The Umbrella Academy (premiering 15 Feb on Netflix). The article only makes reference to Ellen Page (an out actress) being part of the cast but as far as I can tell, her character in the original comic is not gay, but Robert Sheehan's character Klaus is termed as "ambiguously gay". I hope they are going to flesh that out rather than make Ellen's character lesbian just because the actress is. www.digitalspy.com/tv/a25946658/9-lgbtq-tv-shows-to-get-excited-about-in-2019/If Klaus on The Umbrella Academy doesn't pan out, only 2 of the 9 shows noted in the DS article ( Good Trouble and Now Apocalypse) will feature gay/bi men as main characters. All the other shows' same-sex romances are lesbian. [The article did not mention The Perfectionists, the Pretty Little Liars spin-off which is expected to premiere in the spring and just wrapped production on its 10-episode first season. The books on which it's based does not feature a gay main character but Freeform pushed for one of the main girls to be replaced with a gay boy.]

No Good Nick on Netflix - the son of the family (played by Kalama Epstein - Jude's troublemaking boyfriend on The Fosters) comes out towards the end of the second season (episodes 8 and 9). He has a love interest played by Gus Kamp, with whom he shares a brief kiss in episode 2.

I thought about whether White Lines (which premiered on Netflix today) deserved its own thread, but the gay storyline was so marginal that giving it its own thread would be pointless.
David (Laurence Fox as an adult, Jonny Green as a youth) is revealed to have had feelings for Axel (Tom Rhys Harries) that weren't reciprocated before Axel's murder, and in the final episode a flashback shows David having sex with (highlight to read spoilers) Oriol (Paul More as a young man, Juan Diego Botto as an adult), who doesn't remember anything that happened that night and has a twisted, Oedipal relationship with his mother. Both characters continue to interact 20 years later but David never brings it up; presumably finding it more than a little iffy that Oriol was black-out high on drugs David fed him at the time of their encounter.
Of course, neither of the characters end up in a happy gay relationship. But hey - (highlight to read a spoiler about the ending)Axel's cold-blooded, remorseless killer does though!

Repost of clips from the episode "Lost Boys" from Jack and Bobby:
This one was a sad one-off. The show did have gay representation in the form of Jack and Bobby's Uncle Jimmy (played by Tom Cavanagh) in a couple episodes as well.
Clips courtesy of Shane.

There is a very minor gay presence in the new Netflix superhero series Jupiter's Legacy, which is adapted from the comics of the same name. I don't want to spoil anything but the character appears towards the end of the season (in episode 7). The gay part is implied more than anything (there are a couple of moments which are queer-coded) but we know he is gay from the comics. If the show is renewed for a second season then there will be more development on that front and his sexuality will become more overt.

In a popular slovak TV show, they had one episode where they dealt with gay storyline (which is unusual given it's Slovakia). You can watch the episode here with english subs: ok.ru/video/2053278206534Forgot to add: the show's called Pán Profesor

The CW show "Nancy Drew" which is about a crime-solving teenager of the same name is introducing a new character on the show - Tom Swift. From what I remember of the books, Tom Swift was a wealthy teenager who had a strong background in science and engineering (they were a little more sci-fi than the Nancy Drew books - which my parents and grandparents introduced me to when I was a kid). The new Tom Swift is going to be a bit different from the 1950's era books - which is explained here: tvline.com/2021/05/12/nancy-drew-tom-swift-changes-explained-tian-richards-interview/I think he is only showing up for the one episode in the current season (hence why I posted here instead of doing a separate thread) - and the CW is using it as a Pilot episode to decide whether to do a spin-off series focused on Tom Swift or not. If it does become an actual show - then I guess we have a separate thread then.

There was a gay romance between Panto (Christopher Russell) and Silas (Lee Majdoub), two supporting characters introduced in the second/final season of Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency. It was fairly brief given that they were apart for most of the season.
On a related note, the title character was sexually ambiguous and played by out actor Samuel Barnett.
