So just because the new May 22nd spoiler would seem to mean there's more of the stretch of dragging out the love storyline, I want to believe more now that the spoiler for the 16th is a climax of sorts. That Lucas is let down only to be made really excited from some move by Menno, but right after what ever it is, there's immediate repercussions or he just gets scared and runs and cut off contact with Lucas.
And the rest of the spoilers for the 16th sound climactic I think as well, I just wonder what it is that makes Lucas so happy for him to end up so disappointed. Maybe Menno surprises him and admits some feelings, that he would like to be with him and won't let the case stand in the way, but I'm hoping for at least a kiss as well.

It sounds like the problem is that they don't agree on the way to interact. Menno probably still wants to keep a professional distance. Perhaps their romance can't really start in earnest until the Aysen situation is resolved.

On tomorrow's episode Lorena gives Lucas some bad advice. In the preview for Wednesday we see what it is... Lucas is in Menno's bed. "Surprise!" But it looks like it's not Menno who enters the room. I think it's Aysen... (Lorena couldn't help but tell Aysen that Lucas has told Menno everything). But anyway... I'm not used to this kind of nudity on the show.   |

;D ;D ;D Oh Lucas. But I guess maybe he can be all but strategically blocked if it's only comedic nudity. I want to say 'let's hope they'll push the limits like this for Luno's first time', but they won't  And now I'm just worried what Aysen's doing going into Menno's bedroom, if it's her. But Lucas looks like he's excited at whoever he's seeing as it's who's expected, so I don't know. Maybe she's not expecting him (or anyone ) to be there, to snoop or steal or alter something incriminating or to throw off the scent, but for Lucas to be there and catch her, that would end the story faster. It must be Menno. |

I'm not complaining, but I'm surprised to see this amount of nudity on GTST. Perhaps it is important to the plot that Lucas is nude. I'm not happy that Lucas is planning to surprise Menno because it could jeopardize the case against Aysen and Aysen must be brought down. It's essential to our survival as a species! No surprise that this childish, dumb move was all Lorena's idea.  |

If it's Aysen though, how's she going to get out of Lucas telling Menno and Menno taking her down for it?
But who else could it be?
On another note, Lucas and Menno need to be naked together ASAP. Or at least some gratuitous shirtlessness or something from Menno.

And Mark, when does the season end exactly? How many more weeks do they have to bring the Aysen story to its conclusion and bring Luno to a climax (pun intended)? And I'm thinking that as soon as the Aysen case is done, Menno and Lucas wouldn't have gotten far enough into a relationship for Menno not to move on with his work I think that would be the way to go with the story though. It would leave Lucas in an interesting place to try and deal with how he feels. I think he'd try and pretend like he got what he wanted from Menno (presuming they have sex before the end of the season) and not want to be tied down, but at some point he'd give into his heartbreak. It leaves the question of how strong their feelings are for each other over the summer, and then it'd give them something really happy and satisfying to do with by reuniting them because Menno learned how much he wants to be with Lucas after having left him, and they have him transfer to Meerdijk and be in the cast.  |

Just seen the shortie!!! I still don't know what Aysen was doing there, if she knew what Lucas was doing or if she just wanted to talk to Menno, but it looked like she got a pic of Lucas in Menno's bed to use as leverage Sneaky cow. But we do get a nice shot of Lucas butt, and boy is Menno pissed, but then later it looks like Lucas confronts him about knowing Menno's attracted to him, and Menno's gives in Nice. |

As long as I live, I will always remember the moment when I found out that Aysen will still be on GTST next season. It's a moment of profound tragedy frozen in time. Somehow I will try to pick up the pieces and go on with my life, but probably I will soon spiral down into drug addiction and wind up living on the streets. But wait! Perhaps the cast photo doesn't mean that much. Edwin, Danny and Jack were all part of their final season's cast photo, but they left during the season. Maybe Aysen will make a similar mid-season departure. But it could be that I am just in the denial phase of my mourning... |

I'm almost afraid to say that this is also the day Ruud DIDN'T become the hottest hunk in the Netherlands. ;D Louis Talpe (Mike) was the winner. Ruud did end up in the top 3:  In other Ruud news: This summer Ruud will star in a romantic comedy called Toscaanse Bruiloft ( Tuscany Wedding). Other familiar faces in the cast are Jan Kooijman (ex-Danny) and Lieke van Lexmond (ex-Charlie). |
