Brandner Bathroom, not seen before to my knowledge (thanks to greeny from AJ Forum for catching it): (not seen before in this context meaning: since Ollian came into existance)

So, Lola...that means that the bathroom was already built, but hasn't been used in a while? Cuz I would hate to think that the show is actually investing $ in building new sets for the boring Brandners.

I'm pretty sure I have never seen it and therefore I think it's probably new. That said, the Brandners have been with the show since the first episode and they have had many teenagers through the years. So I'm sure they had bathrooms at one point even if I can't think of any at the moment.

I'm actually mourning the Ollian bathroom terribly! They could've at least changed the tiles during their remodeling! Now everytime I see Nathalie or Matthias in it, I'll think of all the great flatshare moments.

Interesting. So they left the background, the toilet appears to have been moved, but the wooden beams have been painted white. The tub is still in the same place but received some wooden panelling.

This bathroom is so small and overcrowded , I would get there claustrophobia. I cannot present myself to spend there a romantic evening in twos in the bath.

So I'm sure they had bathrooms at one point even if I can't think of any at the moment. I don't think they ever had one (at least not during the teenanger storylines but maybe at the beginning when Arno still had his first wife) It's a little sad that a romantic Ollian bath isn't the highest possibility if they changed the bathroom It looks like they don't want to give Nathalie a room and the bathroom is her place to be alone and think. I don't want to know who or better which rooms have to suffer for Lydia and Sebastian living in a luxus apartment (maybe it's the penthouse, that would make sense for a luxus apartment)

It must be terribly inconvenient to drive across town to get the occasional magic plaster.

Right? And then all the trouble that goes into moving/rearranging/redecorating the shared room, each time a different group wants to use it. I mean seriously...where does the rubber ducky stay when all that shit is going down?

The Ollian apt looks like it does from when Gregor was there. At least almost as it did in the vids that are beginning to show up these days courtesy of Greeny. Vids ca. 2005.

Here is a newsbit video on the castle that they are using as the Lahnstein castle. In real life it is called Ehreshoven rather than Königsbrunn. And you can get a real look what real life countesses and Prinzesses look like in contemporary Germany

After being unsure for quite awhile, I've decided that I am really enjoying the new NoLimits. I have been rewatching some of the older clips, and in comparison the old NoLimits felt really blank. The new set, while "glamorous", I suppose, still feels somehow really warm and homey. So, all in all, I like it. : ) A lot!

It's kinda grown on me too The old NL felt like a studio set and was all a bit basic - the new NL seems to have a lot more depth to it and actually feels like it's a bar.

I wonder, why nobody ever actually considered to search for the building at Google earth so here we go: It's exact coordinates are: 51°13'22.48"N 6°46'13.26"E with south in the picture facing up And yes, I know, the flat share couldn't possibly be fitted into this, but why not dream a little? Things are often way bigger on the inside than they seem from the outside, aren't they?

And you can get a real look what real life countesses and Prinzesses look like in contemporary Germany Thanks! That was really interesting. Especially when the ladies were in the shot of the helicopter landing and needed to be moved. A few of them are actually watching VL and knew who Gregor was. You could recognize the rooms they filmed Wilhelm in. The other locations would look really well on film, too. But VL seems to film there constantly, in the driveway, the park etc. and that must be quite taxing for the 80-year old princesses. I wonder if they watched the filming of the pool party back then.

Lola, that was fun to watch! Those ladies were very lively for their age. I don't know if I got it right: do they live there "kostenlos"? Does that mean that the princesses, duchesses and countesses don't pay a dime to live at the palace? Uau. They know Gregor, I wander what they'd say about Ollian... Sundew, welcome! That's great! Don't mind the silly question but... how do you know that?

I just thought it was amusing because there were discussions (especially in the German forums too) about princesses and the like. So generally, most German princesses are like the two here in the clip, very old and usually very poor and living on a day job like teacher. Konstenlos, yes, they invite fellow aristocratic ladies who are sort of in the same situation as them to live with them. Aristocratic old lady flatshare

@ Davian Well, sometimes they show an image of the upper building with the camera facing down the street where you can see the big Vodafone-building with the colorful facade. i just looked that up on google earth and tilted my camera until the scene looked like the shots from VL, and there we are
