Considering the script was already written by Severo, and the show itself is based loosely on Severo's life, how much rewrite would they have to do to remove his "fingerprints" from the show?

The sequel to #GayaSaPelikula without the problematic screenwriter is happening.
According to the producer, the shooting was supposed to already have started, but delayed because the new lockdown.

Glad to see that the show is going on. Really sucks that the old writer was involved in something like this and I'm glad they got him out. Still, I'm worried that the quality of the story might not be as good as the first season especially since they are having to redo it from the ground up. This is my favorite BL and I hope they can maintain the high standard the first season displayed.

There is also the fact that the first season was heavily based on the old writer's own personal history. Anything that happens in S2 would be something completely new, so I would have been wary of it even if it was written by the old writer
