I don't post often and haven't watched the show much over these last angst-filled months but come onto this forum to read most days to keep up to date. The last two days have been amazing, with our boys back where they belong... in each others arms. Like everyone else, I confirm my ongoing devotion to Joanna and MM... without you we'd all be lost....

Unpopular opinion alert: I wasn't happy to see Charlie. She's really annoying to me. How dare she say to Oli ' it's all your fault that it came to this', yes, according to her, everything is always Oli's fault . Oh and I didn't read too much into the symbolism of the black swans but thought it was a really dumb and ugly gift (just like the original). I had to mute the hospital scenes. The cheesy emotional music was making me cringe a bit. Also wasn't a massive fan of the weird face hovering scene but the rest was cute. My biggest problem now is that I don't believe we'll see them talking about the issues that lead to their divorce in the first place. I feared as much as soon as I heard about Christian's collapse. Oli would be insensitive to bring the subject up whilst Christian is so ill and I can't see them discussing it at any point in the future either. I know that most people on here aren't bothered about 'the talk' as long as Chrolli are reunited but I personally still want to see them discuss it. Ok so that's the bad stuff out of the way. Now onto things I did like: - The sinister music as Nurse Oli crept in to Christian's room, as if it was going to be someone bad...maybe Rafael had come to pay him a late nigh visit . - Speaking of Rafael, I liked his note and the fact that he didn't turn into a psycho stalker. - Oli's bum in that white nursing uniform. - Oli dressed in a dark green top - Christian's comedy underpants. - Christian telling Oli that his 'husband' wouldn't like him being with one of the nurses. (well at least it wasn't a female nurse ) - Oli deciding it was good idea to suprise Christian in the middle of the night, despite the fact that Christian had just had a heart attack... - Oli tucking Christian in ;D - Helena catching them in the morning. Oli's comedy fall from the bed and Christian's expression were priceless. - 'Who wants a guy with a six pack?' I don't know Oli, lets ask Christian

I think the way they presented the reunion was really touching. And I have not given up hope, that once Christian is better and back home, we will get some serious talks and passionate moments. Thanks Joanna and MercuryMay for your hard work, especially the nuissance of reuploading vids for Germany, but it is appreciated very much.

I loved the funny parts, Christian pouting and playing coy together was cute, the kissing and the tucking in and fussing made me laugh.
Also later when he snuck in and Christian said lucky you werent here earlier my husband wouldnt approve.....lol.
And in the morning saying about Daniel wouldnt approve of his nurses sexually harrassing patients......lol......
and the last part of Ollie taking a nosedive onto the floor and christian patting down the blankets innocently.....nothing going on here......
Can watch that bit over and over.....it just cracks me up. So cute...
The ending of Christian sulking was like a 2 year old not getting a toy he wanted and Ollie scolding him.... the look on Christians face at the end was like "fine but doesnt mean i have to like it"......lol.....its a serious issue but for now they played it up which was very cute.....and awesome acting. You can see the guys have a great rapport and were obviously themselves looking forward to their characters getting back together.

Oli's comedy fall from the bed and Christian's expression were priceless. - 'Who wants a guy with a six pack?' I don't know Oli, lets ask Christian I too loved that line about the six pack; I burst out laughing the minute he said it. The self-referentiality reminded me of when they were thinking of possible names for a baby and riffed on "Jo" and "Thore". ;D ;D And while I am probably fonder of Charlie than you are, I do agree, as I've argued in a post yesterday, that Olli does not need or deserve that burden of guilt. But right now I'll settle for watching the loveliness. Thank you so much Joanna and MM. Edit: Just a minor quibble, and not that I care about the character that much, but has it occurred to anyone to maybe, um, thank Daniel for saving Christian's life? It looked like the other guy helping with the defibrillator was ready to pack it in and Daniel didn't give up and kept going. I know he's a doctor and it's his job, but he wasn't on the job at the time and still kept his cool, and well ... I know a relieved Andi told him "well done" but I still think Christian owes him a thanks, at the very least.

Hi! I've been hooked to this show for over a year and was getting frustrated. I was ready to give up until recently I found these boards. So glad Chrolli is back together; in Charlie's words, FINALLY. There was so much anger between them that I wasn't sure I would see them back together again but the last two episodes took my breath away, especially the last one. This may sound cheesy but love does conquer all.
Edit: I forgot the most important thing! Thanks Joana and May. You guys are amazing!

The thing is they can only put so much on screen. I think Daniel seeing them together and happy is thanks enough. Doctors can be that way.
I think we all had to smile at the 6 pack comment and as far as guilt, I don't think that Olli had any or took Charlie's comment as placing blame. The little joke later after she told him that they belonged together indicated that her comment didn't bother him. I think that Olli is just happy that he has Christian back.

I think the boys are just happy they are together again. The rest will sort itself out later, as they will have to face new problems. BTW, I loved Olli's seriousness in the end, when he tells Christian he's into him. Thank you, Joanna and MM.

Charlie always reminds me of my parents. They used to blame my brother for everything even though it was my fault. Not becoz they don't love him enough, its becoz they think he should be the responsible one. But when it came to making decisions, they would listen to him first. Just like Charlie took Olli's side while making wedding, adopting, or fostering decisions. Because in her mind, his decisions are always well thought. I know I Chrolli are not siblings , but may be in her mind they are like her sons.

Would you tell me, please? Or did you think about all those activity holidays they had together? I'm not sure if that was the continuity blooper but stupid nonetheless. Since when have Chrolli been going on activity holidays together? These are the two guys who didn't even have a honeymoon! The only recent holidays I can remember are Oli's trips to Majorca. Also loled at Oli saying he doesn't mind not late night partying because he hates hangovers. That never stopped him before.... . Although I can see why he would want to stay in now, to fuss over Christian.... Also writers, I love Oli's idea that Chrolli get a dog. I think someone should be thrown out the stupidly overcrowded flatshare and Chrolli's dog can move in instead..... ;D

Boring show, but glad Charlie went to visit Christian and nice to see Olli. Jessica should be ashamed of herself and if looks could kill she'd be dead from the one Olli gave her. Thanks for capturing it Joanna.

I don't think they're going to have a 'passionate' scene for a long time. I think they're going to save that for another climactic SL. Like (SPOILER) the cabin wedding, in front of the log fire, Xmas episodes perhaps? If they haven't gone further yet, they won't until something big happens and Christian's only just starting to recover. I just get the feeling pecks are the most they're going to go for, for a while at least. They're going to eek it out. Milk it. Although we may very well get conversations/a conversation before then, because I guess Christian's illness is a talking point. I don't think it's all going to be rainbows and gumdrops for them until they do have a bit of a chat. The reunion was too quick and much too simple. Though I bet any decisions they do come to are a bit Christian-sided. that's why I'm sad to see Rafael go, he put the focus on Olli for once. He brought a different dynamic out in a relationship involving Olli. Although I don't think Olli was comfortable being the adored, pedestalled one. He obviously prefers the masochistic nuturing role. As for these last few episodes, I found them a little boring truth be told. I wonder if I was the only one? I thought they lacked a coherent structure in terms of Olli's characterization - but Christian's familiar as his assertive, sardonic stablehand self. But putting him in the old boxing ring set just reminded me that he was very different in the beginning of this story. It was very distracting and so out of the blue, I can't give it credence as a stable foundation for their second go at things. I'd have preferred a slow coming together rather than the brief one we got. And, as I said, I think there will be tensions surrounding their relationship still. Mainly to do with Christian's illness. Much like the impotency 'SL' perhaps. Just my views.

- -Another thing, guys, you've been kissing each other for 4 years now, surely you can aim your kisses better! ;D Not from that angle, dh and I had the same mis-aim when I snuggled up to him in the hospital bed. And yeah, there were PLENTY of times I nearly took the same fall as Olli! Even though the circumstances were weird, the conversation between Olli and Frau Reid ... she actually said the right things to Olli - basically, yes it sucks, but you get through it. I think the repetitive self-pity-party is real too, Christian thought he had it all under control, then lost EVERYTHING, and now things are looking better (Olli's back ) the sports things come back to slap him in the face. I thought the adventure vacation comment was more of a "I thought we could this thing together, but now we can't." It's one more thing Christian 'lost' with the no sports restriction. Thanks Joanna & MM!!

A few have said they think the issues between them the writers have forgotten about, I would be surprised if that was the case, they seem to be doing it in priority order.
When a relationship goes wrong its normal to get angry and embittered, it takes time to build up trust and faith again, but they didnt and it nearly cost Christian his life. Thats a huge shell shock for both of them right now.
Their priorities are to be honest and be grateful that Christian is still alive and dont take each of the granted. Next will be the shock and realisation of Christians health and the actual impact to their lives and trying to make those adjustments.
Its not until the serious things are put to rest that the normal day to day, things will set you off and arise again....its then when you get the true test of a relationship, knowing when to put them to rest or be honest and deal with it at face value stop lashing out...
I suspect the writers have more instore, it just will be over a period of time, they cant rip each other in arguements anymore cause Christian cant stress out, which will force Ollie to find other ways to resolve the past.

I agree with you on everything you said, especially the part I bolded at the end about how Olli will have to find another way to resolve the past without stressing out Christian because of his heart. I can't wait to see what happens next after they get married again in the Cabin
