Chandler tweeted a pic of him and his dad when he was a baby wishing him a happy birthday. Man. The resemblance between Chandler today and his dad back then is uncanny! If I had just seen the pic and not seen the tweet I would have thought it was Chandler holding a baby. |

Congrats to Chandler and shame on Days.
I think Btrian's problem was that his reel included Chad, who was in the same category and looked good in that reel too. So I think he lost done votes because of that. I think next year will be his to lose.

It's a shame that winners are picked just from a few scenes submitted rather than the body of work that they did all year long. In this case, Chandler probably would not even get a pre-nom as WilSon spent the majority of 2013 hiding in plain sight. I've been looking but I cannot seems to find an article regarding NATAS apologizing to Chandler for the clip mishap. They really need to do so, if they haven't already. The fact that he is no longer on daytime means squat. |

The thing is, all Chandler needs is a thirty second
scene with any drama or "meat" to it and he will
outshine any actor on any soap. I've always felt
that he should be a film actor playing complex roles,
because he's that talented. He can convey so much while
saying so little. There are few actors, in any medium, IMO
that are as brilliant as Chandler.

The thing is, all Chandler needs is a thirty second scene with any drama or "meat" to it and he will outshine any actor on any soap. I've always felt that he should be a film actor playing complex roles, because he's that talented. He can convey so much while saying so little. There are few actors, in any medium, IMO that are as brilliant as Chandler. I totally agree. |

Chandler also has the ability to sometimes take substandard material and still make interesting scenes out of them. Freddie can too, but not as effectively. Our current Will cannot do this. |

It's curious but i think the mistake in the reel (intentioned or not) show how good Chandler is, he reacted really well, showing humour.

It's hard to say, but in the interview he did with his local paper after his win, he did say that he hopes to do movies or a prime time show. So we will see. He's young, he's probably not in a rush. |

Chandler will appear on the 10th episode of the NBC show Bad Judge. 5 shows have aired so it will be a little while. I also read the show has been cancelled but all 13 episodes will air so Chandler's will air.
So glad he's working again.

Former DAYS Star Chandler Massey To Appear On Sitcom BAD JUDGE On January 1st!
While NBC’s sitcom series Bad Judge starring Kate Walsh was cancelled, even though recently the ratings improved, the network is airing the next episode on January 1st beginning at 9PMET/PT! In it, Daytime Emmy winner and former Days of our Lives star Chandler Massey (Ex-Will Horton) will appear in the role of Derek on an episode entitled “The Fixer”.
In the official Bad Judge episode description: Rebecca (Kate Walsh) helps her friend Michelle (guest star Angela Kinsey) get over her divorce, but soon realizes not everyone enjoys her making judgments on their decisions. Meanwhile, Tom (John Ducey) and Ted ard (Tone Bell) join forces to convince a witness to testify. Hernandez (Miguel Sandoval) has to endure a sexual harassment course with Judy (guest star Amy Rhodes). Ryan Hansen also stars. Guest starring Chandler Massey and Francesca P. Roberts.
