blake your spec is cracking me up. I can easily see Will being drawn to Sonny, he does have natural charisma. Plus, he is so confident and at home with his sexuality. That is part of the reason I believe Will will fall for Sonny first. I would seriously love it if Sonny was on Will's mind while he was sleeping with Gabi. I would be surprised if that happened. They slowed down the storyline, so I don't think we will be seeing much movement until Sept/Oct time frame. I think they will just become friends in the mean time. |

I am inclined to think that Will might start to feel something special after so much fun with Sonny. Then he d...dd.dddd...do it with Gabi (  ) and he gets disappointed and of course lies to her. But eventually I hope to see: William and Jackson sitting in a tree: K-I-S-S- I-N-G. ...right Dusky? ;D ;D ;D |

Yeah, I saw that too. Sonny is a very touchy-feely kinda guy, isn't he? He does realize Chad is his mortal enemy, especially with the Kiriakis/DiMera feud reignited by their cousin Brady? (Seriously, this is twisted! Brady is Chad's half-cousin, and he's Sonny's second cousin. And simultaneously Will's cousin, too! I don't know what the exact degree of kinship is, but Will's great-great-aunt Colleen was Brady's grandmother.)

Guys I hate to say this but I think Corday cut tWill from this story. In his interview with SOD, he says two weeks worth of episodes have to be re-written and 'a change of course' was needed. Any thoughts?

Yay, some WilSon interaction tomorrow.
Recap from DaysCafe:
At the pub, lovebirds Will and Gabi enter. Sonny is seated at a table and asks if they smoothed things over with T. Not exactly. Sonny invites Gabi to go to the baseball game with him, as he still has an extra ticket, now that T will not be attending. Gabi suggests he take Will and gets to work. She just knows how much Will loves baseball! Will reminds her there was that poetry festival thing at Salem U. Gabi insists he should go anyway and have a good time. Will grins. Looks like they are going to a ball game! Sonny smiles, too. He happily suggests next time they get three tickets to get Gabi into baseball as well. Will laughs that would be impossible. When Sonny steps away, T approaches and warns Will that Sonny just wants to go with a guy! Will sticks up for Sonny and accuses T of insinuating he was a pervert. He though T was better than that. One more snide comment about Sonny and they will take this outside! T bitterly retorts he can go have fun with Sonny and storms off. Sonny has come back and observes. Sonny tells Will he does not want him to lose friends because of him. Will is not worried about it. Sonny suggests T might be jealous of the fact that his girlfriend is so gorgeous. Will's eyes flicker.
Kinsey approaches working Gabi and admits she is down about Sonny being gay. Gabi updates her on T's bad behavior and Will's reaction. Kinsey teases about how Will must be in bed, then gasps Gabi has still not slept with him! Will kisses Gabi and impulsively announces he wants them to be alone tonight. They happily walk off. Kinsey smiles and ventures outside, where moody T stands alone. She impulsively kisses him.
Will and Gabi go up to her room and start kissing on the bed. Caroline knocks on the door and asks them both to help downstairs, as they are swamped at the pub! T has taken Kinsey to an extravagant hotel room. She opens the door to go get some ice and sees Chloe and her "date" giving her money, as he provocatively mutters this will be worth her while ...

The spoiler sounds kinda meh to me.  It seems Will jumped on Gabi out of pressure.  So Sonny and Will just made plans to go to the baseball game... the baseball game probably will be in another episode. |

Was there ever ANY doubt Will was going to feel pressured into sleeping with Gabi, gd? I'm also amused at Sonny saying T is just jealous because Gabi is so gorgeous and Will's expression after it. And how cute was it that Will was going to come to blows with T about messing with Sonny. |

I am wondering if Will actually heard Gabi/Kinsey talk... we'll find out anyway. I really liked the video, Will looked a bit nervous. I agree he did look alittle bit nervous, but I thought the way they smiled at each other was cute. And I can really start to picture them as a couple. |

Saw the show and the scenes, imo, between Will and Sonny were so much better than the clip and what was recapped.
Will and Sonny's friendship is starting off really well and I loved their conversation and how much Sonny clearly adores Gabi. The look on Will's face when he said she was gorgeous and admired her shape was hilarious.
Sonny telling Will he was gay not blind was too cute. And Sonny talked more about Gabi then Will did which imo was very telling and showed Will isn't really that into Gabi like a boyfriend should be.
It's also going to be all kinds of interesting when the story starts to gain momentum and Will develops feelings for Sonny. And they are going to feel so badly about Gabi and hurting her with the truth.
Just from Will's reaction today he is going to be with Gabi sexually because it's expected moreso than him really wanting to be.

Deidre Hall (Marlena Evans) she did a intreview with soaps.com she talks about Marlena and Johns return.I will post it and she talks about Will I will post the part for those who don't want to read the whole thing.I think this will put people's mind at ease. I'm a bit confused by that quote. She says Marlena's been in touch with Salem happenings through her grandson Will, and that will turn into a wonderful storyline. The two parts of the sentence don't exactly match up. Why is it "wonderful" that Will has kept her up to date with what's going on in Salem? So she must mean his coming-out. I hope. It's promising because it seems they must already be filming those scenes.

No justinate, I don't think she means the coming out story since Will doesn't realize yet that he is gay.
She means that when Marlena and John come back to town it's not like she will have to be told what has been going on since she left town, that she and Will have been keeping in close contact and she is up to date.

Well... I saw today's episode...I watched everything except the end parts starting with Kinsey kissing T and then Gabi and Will at home being interrupted.... I thought... "hey dusky,, if you can,,, why not keep down to a bare minimum the amount of straight couple kissing you are forced to watch?" Soo.. I passed!

I've put the link for the day-ahead recap from DaysCafe in the Spoilers thread (since we are not supposed to copy), but here's the gist of it:
Sonny informs his parents that he is staying in Salem for the summer and going to sublet an apartment (I don't know why he can't stay with them, but maybe he needs a place of his own to seduce Will without interruptions). He also tells them he's getting a job - at the District Attorney's office! Justin is not pleased, until Sonny says he is infiltrating the D.A.'s office to keep an eye on him for the Kiriakis clan. Looks like Sonny isn't all sweetness and light after all!
Friday Aug. 5th - Chad and Sonny team up to find EJ and Brady before anything bad happens.

I'm loving that Sonny is infiltrating the DA's office because the DA is not an honest man, and has been known to mess over families for the hell of it. So Sonny doing this is going to be good.
As for him getting his own place, I believe that Sonny is like 20 years old and who can blame him for wanting to live alone and for having privacy. Because like I said for all we know he could end up dating someone else before they hook him and Will up, since you know...he believes Will is straight with a girlfriend.
I also can't wait for the Chad and Sonny scenes to see whether or not they have met, since he is dating Abby and has probably heard all about Sonny from her.

I wonder if this going to be the next Dimera and Kiriakis feud but with young clan.Sonny vs Chad while Will is caught in the midde between his bestie friend or lover.

Sonny and Chad being at odds, so not gonna happen.
The only way I could them not getting along is if Chad did something to Sonny, which I highly doubt since Chad is nothing like his father and is in love with Abby.
Brady and EJ have never really gotten along and have done equally bad stuff to each other in the past and most of it was always over some woman. Don't see that being a problem for Chad and Sonny.
