Another good episode, minus the comic relief.
Charlie, Jessica and Elisabeth were definitely the emotional centers of the show today. very good work by all of them, particularly Jessica (Jana). A nice touch to give her and Daniel a moment of civility. The pool scene with Dana and Marlene fell flat, in my view.
Leonie was wearing too much eye makeup for the benefit of her crying scene. It worked for Jessica, but not for Leonie.
Clarisa's muted reaction was bizarre. I'll admit part of me wanted Tanja to be the one to break the news to Timo/Leonie. That would have been classic!
I liked Andi's scene but think he'll have stronger emotional outbursts as we move forward. Not spoilers, btw, just a guess.
It would be nice to see Chris and Olli have a scene about Arno, particularly Chris since Arno's house was historically the meeting place/shelter for wayward teens/young people. My history may be wrong here, but he probably had a bunch of scenes over at the old Brandner house with Lisa/Coco and the other younger group in his first year on the show.

Do you think he really chose the time to die? I thought it was coming and he just didn't do anything to stop it. It's not like he gave himself a heart attack, but I think he welcomed it as opposed ot having to go through a long slow one. I think he did. "Forever a little boy" is roughly what he said when he was swimming. He wanted to go out doing something fun, something he enjoyed, and I believe something he knew would take him due to the physical strain on his weak heart. That's why he had Charlie write all the letters. He settled all his affairs and left at a time of his choosing.

I knew it was coming but it still brought tears to my eyes. I guess he must have had a heart attack while swimming. And I guess that was his Mom waiting for him. I will miss him also. Very sad Sad. Absolutely. Cried when it happened. The flashbacks were a killer. Yes, that was his mother. Nice to allow Konrad and Gabrielle to share his climactic scene on the show. It was Konrad's choice to retire from the show after all these years. It was a strong story because they didn't drag it out. (unlike so many others on this show) It was also good because he (Arno) chose the day and the manner in which he'd die, still in control of himself and aware of what he was doing. While the way he died was unexpected up until a week or two ago when he started having the chest pains, it was dramatic and IMHO, a strong end to his long run on the show. Here's a link for the full ep on Mediathek. The final scene takes up that last 6 or 7 minutes, with Chrolli immediately before. mediathek.daserste.de/sendungen_a-z/439104_verbotene-liebe/11687662_folge-4139-der-letzte-gang

Apologies that the chapters have been slow to be published lately. Work got super-crazy. I start a new position at work in a week and I've had a lot of responsibilities there for most of the last month. Hoping things settle down soon. Here's a little something for you. The dust continues to settle from all the recent crises in our friends' lives. What's going to happen to all of our friends at NoLimits? Is decaf the answer to settle them all down? Enjoy! This one is in two parts! Read them both! Continued thanks to all of my loyal friends and readers! Are there any new surprises in store? Thanks for reading and thank you for the nice comments! Two chapters instead than one? SOOOO GOOOOD! btw, are you changing your target? I'm curious about how you will manage a couple of things, if my suspects are rights I like to keep my readers guessing. Wait and see. Yes, a two-part chapter. I couldn't do everything that needed to get done in 3000 words, it seems.

Zam: Great to have you back! Obviously you enjoyed your vacations in Germany. I hope the memories will help you to survive all craziness at work. Thank you! I appreciate that. Still alive, just busy as hell. And yes, Köln was awesome! Loved my time over there meeting with some old friends and new ones! Great to see Jo and Tom Chroust. again in person. Got to meet a few of the other actors from the show. I had a chance to speak with Renee, Dirk, Nicole -- for about 5 seconds, Florian, Till, and Lutz. They were all very nice and patient with my bad German. Hope you like the new chapters!

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and just wanted to say hi. Really love all the Chrolli fanfics, so thanks for some great stories. There are some fantastic writers here, and your fics are so much better than some of the guff that actually get published! I've written a few short fics of my own and am wrestling with a couple of others at the moment. Thanks again and I look forward to reading more lovely Chrolli fanfic! A belated welcome to the boards and I hope to find some time for reading your story and all the others I haven't had a chance to read in a while!

A quick note. Apologies for delays in posting the last chapter of Two Nightclubs. Life has gotten in the way since my AWESOME vacation in Köln. The next chapter is being a pain in the butt, otherwise. I'm having to fact-check a lot of what my brain puts on the page. It's not good enough to publish ... yet. soon. I promise.
Cheers!

Many apologies for not posting the new chapter this last weekend. Many last minute things for my trip got in the way. (and there's still some stuff in the new chapter I'm not 100% satisfied with)
If any of you will be in Koln this weekend, I hope to see & meet you!
Tschüss!

Nothing spoilery apart from the fact the boys are in suits (without the jackets) and Jana & Renee are both in black and it looks like Renee has something that could be a veil in her hair. My first thought was funeral.

Thank you, Zam! Sincerly, I started to read your FF with a lot of doubts; too long, too complicated, too crossover. Now, I can't stop and I would have a new chapter each day! no, THANK YOU! I know it's a really long and complicated story. For what I needed to do with it and make it believable (and interesting to me), it needed to be what it is today. I have a lot of respect and really appreciate everyone who's stuck with it all this time. THANK YOU! PS - There's no way you'd get a chapter of this story out of me every day. Sometimes I can barely manage to get a chapter finished by the time I'm supposed to publish. I'd lose (what's left of) my mind!

Whoa you posted early. You know when I read the identity of the financier in your previous chapter, I tried to think of why. I remembered that Olli found that button and gave it to Louisa. But at the same time I thought that couldn't be the reason. How wrong I was. The Baron was truly insane. I guess you are nearing the end of the story. I have truly enjoyed each and every chapter- waiting anxiously almost every Friday for the next one. It has been great. Can't wait to see what your next story will put the boys into. Thanx!!! Thanks ncecho! We're nearing the end. There's a fair bit to wrap up. I hope I have a couple surprises still up my sleeve.

After hours and hours of story time (weeks and weeks of our time, it seems) in the hangar, it's time to go somewhere else. Therefore... Meanwhile, in another sub-plot. ;D Enjoy! CHAPTER NINETY-THREE - PERPETUAL ANTICIPATIONwww.nl-fiction.com/viewstory.php?sid=609&chapter=106Many thanks to my constant readers for sticking with the story up to now. Now that most of the big secrets have been revealed, it's time we take all those stray threads of sub-plots throughout this epic and begin weaving them into the nearly-completed tapestry! Thanks for all the great comments and kind words as well! I hope you all enjoy the rest!

Really?? Have it been two weeks already!? Seriously it has been dragging by. Last weekend- I missed your story so much. So two weeks have gone- this is the weekend. So bring it on! Admittedly who the financier is is driving me crazy and I am very excited about reading the next chapter and hopefully the financier will be revealed Believe it or not, it has already been two weeks! I agree it's dragged by (just when I'm at work...ugh!)
