So much hype about Teddy being gay and being relationship with other guy.Alot fans invested into seeing Teddy storyline. To get rid of Teddy really sucks alot .They should bring Ian back so they both can leave together.90210 has made the worse decision i see the show getting canned soon.

I think it will be good for Trevor and I think he had a good run with the storyline. Continuing to play Teddy post graduation just didn't make sense to me. I'm glad they did the story and that Trevor and his acting partner boyfriends got to be part of it. It's 90210 cannon now. They can always add another already out gay character later if the show continues.

I'm a little deflated by the news, but I have a feeling I'll get over it.

Eh. He was barely there, anyway, so I didn't think they took Teddy seriously. There was a lot that they missed (or didn't develop), but what was presented wasn't bad ... until Ian left . Oh, well. C'est la vie.

Teddy was one of very few bright spots on this show, when they bothered to give him a story. It's safe to say I won't be tuning in beyond his last episode next season.

Rubbish!! No wonder they fast forwarded his storyline. Disgusted with how they actually handle a potentially good storyline.

Kyle was very smart when he left the show. He probably know that the time devoted to the much hyped gay storyline will be that short, and he decided to not lose his time. It's a pity for Trevor, because he is nice to watch, and he deserve something better. At least we know that Freddy is not out of job.
This is the same story again and again and again, a show decided to tell a gay storyline, they announced hoping some publicity, then the gay storyline has almost no time, and after the coming out and the relationship they dropped because they are unable to tell a gay storyline.

God this makes me so mad! This week has been horrible for my LGBT shows! First, Fer dies on FOQ, then Jackson dies on Emmerdale, then Lionel dies on United States of Tera, Roman and Deniz break up, and NOW they are getting rid of Teddy and Marco!?!!!? WTH is wrong with these people! Soon there'll be no shows left to watch!

It's just sad that is 2011 and gay characters in America television really haven't advance that far. Little screen time, little depth, little story telling, little if any romance, and then most vanish. It makes me want to just give up on most American television.
I wonder if Ian had still been around, would Teddy had been kept on the show or would he had still been written off.
I wonder with Teddy being gone, who will take his place on the main board?

I really doubt. Maybe the relationship between Teddy and Ian would be better developed because they spend more time on ian than in Marco, but i just think writers of this show are not very good, because they were out of ideas really fast. In my opinion they did this storyline only for publicity in the old fashion "look at us we are doing a gay storyline", but the proper storyline never had screen time, and then out of the blue they drop the character. Kyle was smart enough to see that coming. A lot of american shows seems to like the attention a gay storyline brings but then they are not brave enough to tell a proper gay storyline, and in this case there's no excuse because CW main viewers are not exactly living in the bible belt

True most CW main viewers are pretty open minded on what they watch.

Well, not quite yet. We've still got five episodes or so with Trevor/Teddy in them next season. I am really bummed that they cut him from the show. Definitely won't be watching once he leaves. Maybe Trev could get back on DAYS and we can see him react to his cousin Will dating a strangely familiar dark-haired cutie.

90210 is really bad on a good day and now how they are handling the Teddy storyline is only making their suckitude even worse

Is there anyone besides Donovan who is coming back in a reduced capacity? Olsen: No, Teddy is the only one who won't be in every episode. The story line of Teddy being gay was handled so well last year, it was so much of a non-stereotype, that it was really important to us to keep writing for that character. They are seriously suck a joke!!!

I find it insulting that they made Teddy gay and just handle it so badly last year. But then to have him vanish from screens because "they did such a good job" is just bull.

Also, I'm confused about how they're going to get Teddy to the point of getting married to someone with so little screen time. I guess we'll find out.

The way they are handling the entire Teddy storyline is unbelievable... I know they want to remove his character, but there had to be much better way of doing it... The least they could do is have Teddy meet his future husband on the first episode of the season and have drop crumbs of them dating during the last few episode so it is more believable...
I rather they have just made his knee better so he go off in the sunset on a pro tennis career...

I am a little behind on the world of 90210. Did Teddy and Marco break up?
