I cried today watching this esp. both Jo/ Olli and Thore/Christian, look good. That scene with Christian picking up those papers and feeling sick made me cry even more, and I love that song that was playing at that time.

I watched that clip two times and did not even notice Chris had no lines. What was I thinking.

Yes, a very annoying puppy. Yes. he comes off as sugary sweet but I just don't like cavities. You're my kind of girl, @sonia. ;D Yes, Rafa is young, he's sweet, he's cute, he's a puppy... hell, he's a smooth-talker and a softy! How could Olli fall for him, when he has stubborn, headstrong, rude, moody, tender, generous, self-sacrificing, passionate and intense Christian in his life? Christian can be so exasperating that he drives Olli up the walls, to the point of wanting to divorce him, but he can also drive him crazy with want and love. How could Rafa ever compete with that? Not to mention, Christian's beautiful blue eyes... and all the rest of the package. I guess Olli doesn't like cavities, either. ;D

It's a damn shame that up to the last minute the two of them just cannot admit that they love each other and want to try agin, they are so darn stubborn that it's not even funny. They both deserve someone to smack them hard upside their heads but nothing seems to help. I really don't know how Olli puts up with Rafael, he is so freaking annoying, Olli needs to learn how to say no, and send that boy packing, why is he holding back when he knows he does not care for Rafael that way. How many times does Olli have to knock him upside his head with the way things are before it settles in, I guess he thinks his magical powers (whatever they are) will win Olli over eventually). Looks like Christian is not feeling well, poor thing, this divorce is really getting to both of them but in different ways. Olli is in big denial. Rafael is truly showing his age if he thinks feeding Olli pasta is going to make everything better and Olli is just going to magically fall in love with him, sorry, I know people think he' sweet and innocent but I just see him as a pain in the behind who needs to step off. See, I kind of understand Rafael and his distraction-pasta . I mean all they have between them is nice food and sex so Rafael has to use either/or because he has nothing else. I don't think he thinks pasta's going to magically fix anything but he naively believes that if he keeps letting Oli use him as a distraction then it'll eventually lead to something more. Plus I'm english and our solution to most things is a cup of tea so I understand where Rafael was coming from with that idea... One question though guys. 'lie on your pocket'? Is that a German phrase that doesn't translate well into English?

Don't know about the phrase, but if the only thing that R has to offer is food and sex, Olli is going to have to kiss his modelling career goodbye, because he's going to be big as a house. I do get what your saying, a lot of people try and fix things with food. You have a booboo? Here have a cookie and you'll feel better. That's probably what the young boys mom did when he felt bad. Besides, Olli seems to like his cooking. It is amazing that all we saw only do in the eppy was eat, dinner, breakfast and lunch. When was the last time we saw that?

Yup he certainly seems to be feeding Oli up. The way to a man's heart is supossed to be through his stomach right? Rafael doesn't have much to offer Oli but it's been established that he can cook. I guess he thinks he can keep doing that until his 'distraction' works on a higher level and Oli falls for him... I know it seems ridiculious but I remember when I was at uni and I got a call saying my grandma had just died. I burst into tears and my flatmate ran straight to the kettle... Thanks for the info Joanna, I should really pay more attention to the video description!

Joanna, I finally had time to look closely at your lovely caps from yesterday and finally got the Doctor Who reference. Once again the props dept. seems to be a bit technologically challenged when it comes to Olli's phone.

that was one heck of an episode!!!! first of i enjoyed, as always, the andy/christian scene...love their friendship. loved all the flashbacks and absolutely loved the boxing scenes. so now we know that : -the future palns that olli was supposedly making with raf where all raf's imagination...funny how olli was looking at chris during the 'future plan' talk!! -steffen was axel's best friend!! the way that christian lay into him in revenge for what they did to olli was epic. but oh my god that last scene with chris lying on the ring half dead gripped me (i'm glad he managed to calll olli before he closed his eyes)....pity we have to wait for monday to see the continuation.

OMG!! What a compelling episode!! When I read the spoilers I was hoping that the match would have some sort of connection with the Axel accident but I didn't believe it myself. What a twist, I absolutely loved it!
By the way from the end of the episode it's pretty clear who Olli really loves ;D

Just totall loved the episode! ;D During the match the desperation in Christian's eyes was solid, he still hasn't overcome the pain to see Olli beaten up because of their love. I totally adored how Olli stormed out of the flatshare at the mere thought of Christian in danger, forgetting everything else (Rafael included) Can't wait to see what happen next, it was a very emotional episode.
On a marginal note how deluded is Rafael talking about living together with a man he's dated for a couple of weeks. He is childish even for his age.

Great eppy. I was kind of disappointed when Chris got in the ring, but he was holding his own until the final opponent and he was so emotional. I agree the flashbacks were amazing. Chris finding out that he oculdn't box and then him remembering what they did to Olli bring him back. When he was going at the guy it was so intense.
Olli leaving R without even bye and running thorugh the streets to stop Chris. Andi couldn't keep up with him. Then him getting there just as Chris collapses. Loved the last scene, Chris seeing Olli there before passing out. It's too bad we have to wait until Monday, but it was quite the Friday cliffhanger, and it's only Thursday.
Thanks Kathy for the clarification of the future plans talk. R is kind of dense. Olli just told him that he wasn't ready for anything serous yet and he obviously didn't pay him any mind.

I think Christian lose control till the point of risking his weak heart thinking about all the pain they inflicted to the man he loves

You mean to tell me that Christian has been holding on to this anger all these years about what happened with olli and he's now letting it out. I feel sorry for anyone who ever get on his badside.

Angry Christian boxing and kiking the hell out of that guy was really sexy! I don't want to be a killjoy, and I really did enjoy this episode very much, but I was a little uncomfortable about this, and here's why: In the original story, Christian and Olli won a moral victory because, under Olivia's prodding, Christian put down the baseball bat and gave an impassioned speech instead; Axel got arrested, not violently beaten. I completely understand why Christian was feeling the way he did, the months of frustration that led to that moment, the anger, and complete hopelessness and love. Part of me was cheering him on, but the part of me that so loves that first boxing storyline was, as I said, made a bit uncomfortable that what was a meaningful moment is now being used as a dramatic plot device. Soapy and par for the course for this storyline, I know, but it did give me pause.
