Oh, I didn't realise we were doing Ethan clips, or else I would have linked to that clip too.
I have to admit I haven't really gelled with Ethan yet. He's too self-important by far and very egregious in his attitude and behaviour. I hope they soften his character soon.

Wow, Digital Spy really have got that 'let's take a small quote and turn it into a clickbait article' down to a tee! They've also whitewashed the past slightly. Aaron wasn't actually the original choice for the young-gay-male storyline the show was planning around that time. That honour went to Daz (Andy Sugden's younger half-brother) who was another teenage character with anger issues, but when the actor Luke Tittensor was called into the producer's office he said he didn't want to do it and the storyline was put on hold. It resurfaced again a year(ish) later with Aaron being announced as the new choice. His own storyline - getting the then schoolgirl Victoria pregnant - was jettisoned and thank goodness for that! I guess the quote Digital Spy have built their article around probably happened around the time the gay story was being re-mooted at a later scriptwriters meeting. In the end it was quite a fortuitous decision that Luke Tittensor refused it as he got involved in a fracas outside a nightclub some months later and was eventually convicted of Grievous Bodily Harm. Emmerdale didn't waste any time in sacking him from the show after that which would have scuppered the gay storyline barely before it got started if he had previously accepted it. |

Did Luke dissapeared of the picture.
I see a lot of videos about Ethan who is a new character. Anyway, they seem to have a lot of gays but nothing substantial to do with them
