Goshy Lenny's face is just beautiful regardless of his mood or expression. So full of emotion.
Lenny is so tightly wound poor thing. That age when you care so much about what your peers thing of you. Just breaks my heart to see him so easily goaded by that jerk of a "friend" of his.
Hope Carsten can talk him down. before he goes all macho on Andy.

I get where she is coming from. She wants to start a career and needs to talk to the guy. And it wasn't like she was flirting with him or anything out of place. She just wanted that he listens to her demo song. And Lenny seemed more upset about that what his so called friend was thinking than by anything Emily did. So I really kind of felt for her. But of course ... that doesn't mean that I don't want Lenny and Carsten together. It means that I think that Emily and Lenny aren't right for each other and that maybe she could do better by a guy that really loves and cares her. I even believe that Lenny cares for her, but he doesn't seem to love her. He and Emily came together after his friends told him what a great girl she is. And it seems like he uses her to kind of impress them. So I think reasons for Lenny to be with Carsten are there - oh yes they are, but non of them is on Emily (accept for maybe the one that she's a girl ). |

Definitely
Lenny is very affected by his friends teasing (that one is really a throwback macho arse, seriously)
The constantly needing to reinforce your "manhood" thing is such a huge part of the boxing and fighting world.
Though usually people who fight as a vocation are reluctant to get into fights when they aren't in the "ring" (even street fighting has rules) so it's surprising to me that Lenny can be so quick to swing.

Just a little scene with Carsten.  The rest is about the Emily/Lenny relationship, which will be important as well in the later storyline. So I thought it's good to upload the scenes since Friday's episode also ended with a cliffhanger. And we find out a little bit more about Emily and Lenny. God I just wanted to throttle all of Lenny's friends and maybe give him a little shaking. I know it's hard for Lenny given what's he's been through and his wanting approval so bad but it's hard to watch (which I guess is what makes it a good show) It's hard to resist peer pressure at that age but those guys he hangs with are serious losers, the kind that could get someone killed by egging him on to do stupid things.  I am disappointed in Carsten as well (though I guess he's also just caught up in the moment of the "mob" mentality) Guh! If I was Emily, I would have cussed him for 3 days straight (even if I did love him and he's so cute!) |

These two are really losers. The other two and Carsten are just saying some stupid things in the wrong moment. ;D In yesterday's episode, the relationship drama between Lenny and Emily continued. Carsten said some things too, but was once again in the backburner. This also should be the last clip before episode 4300 on August 11. Looks like I'm having a little vacation, before the story really starts off. The reason why I like this episode and it's good stuff is because you see how Lenny really is without his friends and when he is with them. With the boys you really see that he is putting on an act, while he's very sweet when he is alone with Emily. And when I look at Carsten, I have the feeling that he wishes that Lenny and Emily would break up already. Otherwise I can't really find an excuse for him these days. Besides that he is looking cute. ;D |

I really like Emily here. She doesn't take any guff and she's not a pushover.
I just hope Lenny's "Friends" don't get him into serious trouble.
He's way to dependent upon impressing them and he really needs to have his own opinions about things.
So far Carsten, I'm not really feeling him but I could be convinced. I'm waiting to see more depth from him or some other kind of way of behaving other than just "follow the gang macho stuff"

I like Canny, sounds like Candy a bit.
I am glad quite totally on Carsten and Lenny. I think it will be hot and dramatic. I can't wait, yay.
About Carsten, i think Felix Isenbügel shift his voice in front of the guys well. So, if he isn't a bad actor (what I simply not think) so Carsten simulate his whole behaviour. Of course it's the question why, but I'm trusting for a good story.
Sounds a bit chaotic, but i hope it's understandebale.

In last night's episode, Lenny speaks with his father about his relationship to a prostitue and is happy, when Emily gets to be a part of a new formed girl band. Seems like a good day for Lenny, when his friends discover the secret about the relationship of Lenny's father. The translation will be later on today. Just have some couple of things to do, before I can sit down and do it. BTW, Carsten's part should grow in the next few episodes. Here we don't see that much of him - just with the boys. But this episode/story leads up to more scenes with him. |
