I would love for Bilal to return and
get with Lucas. They remind me a
little of Jack and Lorena. Lucas isn't
as minxy as Lorena can be, but he would
be a handful for the serious Bilal. I hope
this happens. They're so sexy and cute
together, even during the angst.

Like someone else has mention. I would love it if Lucas, next love interest would be someone a little older maybe late twenty's and there out and proud and they go after Lucas.

Well, i think Bilal was older than Lucas or at least he seems older than him.
And i hope next guy the story will be different. No more coming out guys for Lucas, there's a lot of ways to create drama for him without repeating the same

So true. Don't writers make good money to come up with good story lines, they don't seem to be doing it having done another coming out story. I think the people who write fanfiction does better then the writers that write for the soaps.

Gay people come out every day. Just like women get pregnant and couples get married. It's part of life. It never ends and every person's coming out story is different.
Edwin and Bilal were completely different guys who were closeted for very different reasons and therefore their storylines were interesting to me. I cared about each of them and wanted to see them make a better life for themselves. So for me those two stories worked.
But Lucas has been part of plenty of storylines that had nothing to do with coming out.
Folks only pay attention to the storylines that involve romance and ignore the ones where romance for Lucas isn't involved.
I think that's find because different people are interested in different things.
But I think there is more to Lucas than him having a boyfriend. Right now he's involved with his sister and Noud and Bing (hopefully) I'm excited for that as well.
Sometimes you are the star of your life, sometimes you are involved in your friends or family's drama. That feels very realistic to me.
I still really hope to see Bilal again because he is such a fully-fleshed character with so many layers and I love his chemistry with Lucas and with Nuran and I'd like to see him become part of the cast again and maybe see him working out his issues (even if he's not dating Lucas).

Lucas is very dynamic character regardless of the story. The great thing about him is how honest he is, and that's probably something he learned from coming-out. Lucas is my favorite on the show because he will always call someone on their bs.

Lucas doubts if Nina is able to make the right choices right now.
The spoiler also indicate that Noud might be coming back. Nina is confronted with something from the past and Laura gets a surprise.

Yes, i know people come out everyday, and i know that Edwin and Bilal were very different, and the storyline (Lucas being punched apart) was very different.
But i think it would be good, if next guy is out of the closet. There are a lot of posible storylines to do, to repeat the same again and again, even when the development is different

Thank God Noud has returned! Yeah, for sure Nina is pregnant. Is there a way it could be Noud's? In the story Noud has been gone two or three months, I guess. Maybe Nina is two or three months pregnant.

I don't think it's likely. Before Noud left they were already having problems, so I don't think they were having a lot of sex.  I think Nina wants Noud back, but being pregnant with Mike's baby will cause conflict between them. Something else: It's likely that Ferry filmed scenes with Guido, Robin and Louis today. He tweeted that he ate a lot of red onions and apologized to them. So in about two months we'll probably see Lucas, Sjoerd, Rikki and Mike in the same scene. If Louis, Guido and Robin are keeping their distance we'll know why. ;D |

Let's see how far along Nina is. If it's physically possible for Noud to be the father, I think that possibility can't be discounted since it would be a good way to resolve the story and reunite Nina and Noud, IMO. Everyone might assume it is Mike's, but later on Nina makes a startling discovery.
Edit: Noud and Nina did have that camping trip shortly before they split. Hmm...

It's definitely possible. We'll have to wait and see. Noud as a father would be really nice, but right now I'm just happy he's finally coming back. Noud as a father would be too adorable for words. He'd be a great father, of course. One of my fantasy story lines is that Noud and Lucas end up raising a child together. Who knows what the future holds...

I went back to the shorties. What happened at the camping trip is that they started to have sex, but suddenly Nina imagined Mike being there in Noud's place. She then pushed Noud away and they did not have sex. Nina wanted to go home.
In the episodes after that Noud catches Nina with Mike. First at home, but Nina comes up with an excuse. After that he walks in on a kiss at De Rozenboom. They break up and a week later Noud goes to Tokyo.

Hmm... I'm still a little suspicious. They didn't have sex in the shorty or perhaps it looked that way, but maybe they did in the full episode. The timing of the camping trip just seems too... ideal. I'm going to launch a full investigation with my soap forensic team. Expect a report in the near future.
