Nobody can replace Max nor Bernat. If this Juli guy is somewhat having a similar nature to Max, I hope the writers and producers of the show will do some improvements for his role. I have witnessed a different kind of gay love story that is awesome, superb, wonderful and inspiring from this show through Max and Iago. I hope then that the show would at least deliver another kind of gay love story that could break the stereotyping of gay relationship. I have seen that in Max and Iago's relationship, but unfortunately, it hadn't lasted longer than what I desired and expected. I understand though, as the actors who portrayed those characters wanted to grow and be recognized as promising actors. Dynamism is definitely a thing that many wanted to experience for the growth of their careers.
If I can only request, I would like that Juli, if he ever turned out gay in the soap would provide inspiration to many viewers, not just in Catalonia but in various parts of the world via the Internet.

Very well put. Truly no one could replace either of these actors. As far as Juli goes, I seriously doubt they would add being gay to his character, I think they are going to concentrate on him being bullied, at school and at home. I really feel for the kid. I'm sure this story line will have a tragic ending. It wouldn't be the first time the show kills off a young actor. Hoping I'm wrong and things will work out. Juli seems very keen on the dark haired girl from school. Of course this is a soap opera so no one will ever be happy or drama free for long. Here's a couple more pix of Juli.      |

This is one hard story line for me to watch. I hate seeing bullies bullying other children. It really hurts to see a parent abusing their child. I have really strong views on this subject!!!

Well, Patricia (Juli's mother) didn't talk about join the Military. She didn't know Juli was been bulled until he said her that he run with his stepfather, Orpinell, not to enjoy sports, not to like to girls: only because he is bulled and Orpinell is teaching him to fight against bullers and for this purpose, Orpinell trains him doing sports, but Juli is unhappy because his mother teached him to be respecfull with the others, a good studiant, clever, sensitive. But Patricia thinks this is the reason why he is being bulled. So she thinks she has falled like mother to protect her son. Because he's physically weak. And that perhaps Orpinell is wright about this matter.
Orpinell discovered Juli's bulling time before Patricia (because he harassed women like Remei?).
The bullers, Jofre and Alex, are very bad students and with very bad behavior. They missed classes, toke money from their parents, etc.
By now, Juli is frightened because Jofre and Alex shot a clip of him telling he's in love with Lluna, the girls he likes, and they forced him to take money from their parents.
Another question: the reasons why Orpinell forces Juli to run and do sports are not only to prepare him to fight against bullers. It's also a way to free his rage, for ex., when Gerard flits with Patricia.

Juli's mom has a tendency to touch his cheek. Nearly every scene and sometimes multiple times. At least it's not the pinch Max always seemed to get, both face and the other one!  |

ALERT! ALERT! ALERT!
TODAY'S EPISODI IS A VERY IMPORTANT ONE!.
We have known Jofre's father, a very busy widower who is always travelling (for work) that can't take for his son. Fidel talked with him because Jofre has a knife, and doesn't want Alex to be Jofre's friend. But both boys find the way to talk with each other: Juli's cellular!
Alex was thown up from his school for missing classes (and also Jofre), and Sara (Alex's stepmother) talked with Patricia because Juli is a good student, so, Juli has to teach Alex, and he is frightened because the video his bullers shoted, so he doen't say nothing about what's happening.
Juli, todays episody, try to fight against Jofre, but he can't! And Jofre has his knife. So he forces Juli to take money and watches from his parents' store. But when he's doing so, the alarm bell rings, and Juli explain his parents that someone has robbed the store. AND THIS IS THE ROBBERY IAGO WILL BE ACCUSED.
So, we could see Iago discovering Juli's suffering when he's trying to know the truth about the robbery.

Today's episode, Juli said his parents that two people with crash helmets threatened him with a gun. This is the same way that happened the robbery Patricia suffered in the first episode of this season, in the jewelry she had before.
We know (episode 1643) that this first (and real) robbery was done by Walter, one of Gerard's men. Walter beated Patricia's head with the gun. And for this reason, and because Gerard likes Patricia a lot, Gerard threatened Walter with a gun.
Now she is shocked, and Juli's false robbery remembers her what happened her. In today's episode, Gerard gives Orpinell a gun not registered, to defend himself, his family and the store from the robbers.
With the police asking about this strange robbery (Juli only toke two cheap watches!), his bullers wont force him to take money from his parents. And Juli breaks Alex's cellular phone with the clip they shoted him, because Alex toke to Juli the Lluna's drawing Juli made, so Juli discovered Alex's secret: he also likes Lluna. But Jofre has another copy of the clip!

Day after the "robbery".  Juli gives the watches he took to Alex.  In return Alex deletes the video of Juli.  A tender moment between the bullies. Actually Jofre has just told Alex that he still has the Juli video on his phone.  |
