This BL from Why Not Media ('Light On Me') in collaboration with Kenaz ('Blueming', 'The Director Who Buys Me Dinner') is based on the manhwa 'Weather Forecast Love' written by Gwendolyn and illustrated by Samyoung. It retained that name throughout production but has now been retitled to 'A Breeze of Love' for its premiere pre-release (see below). It stars rookie actors Shin Jung-Yu and Woo Ji-Han as the central couple Ban Dong-wook and Lee Do-hyun with support from Lee Seo-Bin and Kim Hyeon-Jae.
Synopsis: "Ban Dong-wook is always sensitive and picky due to suffering from chronic insomnia, which usually gets worse with the bad weather. However, he manages to sleep peacefully for the first time in his life when he happens to rest next to Lee Do-hyun. Hanging out together from then on, the two of them build a rapport leading Do-hyun to develop a crush on his new friend. He tries to confess his feelings, but things don't go well and their budding relationship ends due to a misunderstanding between them. Five years later on campus, Dong-wook and Do-hyun meet again at a basketball game and secretly hope to reconnect their broken ties, but how is it possible to proceed when the happy moments are gone? For Do-hyun in particular, he is afraid to find out what is about to come and whether his lingering hopes may be dashed forever. Just like the weather forecast, their love is so unpredictable."

There is no trailer currently available on YouTube, so here's a link to the trailer on iQIYI if it is available to you: iQIYI Preview
The series has eight episodes (one source says nine), and will actually get a so-called 'pre-release' in 21 countries under the title 'Breeze of Love' starting on Friday 10th November via the iQIYI platform. The standard release schedule (which will cover countries not included in the iQIYI deal) is still being co-ordinated. There is apparently a possibility the name may revert back to 'Weather Forecast Love' in some of those territories due to copywrite restrictions!
