Although this is only a single episode lasting 26 minutes, I thought it would be better placed here than in the middle of the movie shorts thread where it might quickly get lost amongst all the male orientated titles there. The original name of this production translates to slight variations of 'Love I Can't Choose' (depending which translator is used) but it has been rechristened as 'Even If' for its wider non-domestic release. It's a collaboration between Mayidol University and MediaCom Productions, with the main roles of Cin and May being played by (Benz) Thipsuwan Mahasuwannachai and (Earn) Naruporn Pinyoying. The director is Pichie Thitipat.
Synopsis: "Cin, a new student at a school, quickly becomes friends with May. As they spend more time together, their bond deepens and they eventually confess their love for each other. They become a couple and make their relationship public, but not everyone is supportive. They become targets of bullying and harassment, causing Cin to doubt herself and their relationship. In the midst of it all, May reassures Cin that she will always be the perfect girl, no matter what happens."
