I hate the way the new spoilers are written now. The descriptions used to hint at the three major plot points, but now they only summarise one plot point for each episode, making it hard to speculate on what may happen, and also to know when to tune in. I wanted to check if there was anything about Sage (anything hinting at a M/M storyline), but all I got were these one sentence descriptions (that really don't hint at much) about Viliami, Monique, Harry, etc. Obviously the actual episodes have about two or three plot points, not just one (descriptions like 'Marty has a rough day' give us basically nothing), so even if there is a new M/M storyline being hinted at in the next week or two, we won't know about it because each description only lists one plot point from each episode (which are not related to Sage). Yeah I find it incredibly frustrating too. Either their marketing department has become terribly short-staffed/lazy or they think limiting info will force people to tune in more often in the hopes that their favourites make an appearance.

The marketing used to be much better! Years ago (I think this stopped around 10 years ago), the Shortland Street TVNZ website would release monthly spoilers, which would be one long page discussing the storylines people should expect over the upcoming month. They deleted that section, but kept the sneak peak section (where the episode descriptions used to be). Recently, though, they've deleted the sneak peak section too! So now there's basically nothing except for these short episode descriptions and occasional press. I don't even think TV Guide releases more in-depth spoilers anymore!
