It seemed odd that a thread was created for Aaron and Jackson, but no-ones done one for Aaron and Robert. So here goes........ It would be great if we could use it to post our thoughts on their turbulent relationship, their characters and our views on their SL... Hope some of you will be interested  |

I'm glad you created a thread for them. I don't think Aaron will get any jail time and I hope they let us see all three of them getting their new home together. I'm just a big fan of Rebron and I hate when they're not on, but I know the show isn't all about them. I would love for it to be. I can come here and talk about my favorite couple anytime.

Hello, I'm new to the board and new to the fandom. I saw all the episodes during a week long marathon. I have to say that this couple is like a dangerous ride. I really like them but I feel like I might be the only fan of this couple that feels like they shouldn't get married right now. I think the show shot itself in the foot with publicizing Robron's wedding because they new the story they were telling and bringing in a potential threat to the relationship would turn a lot of the fans off and they didn't want to lose them. I feel the whole Aaron going to prison is the shows way of breaking Robron up without actually doing it. I wonder what storylines they are going to have for Robert and Aaron while they are apart?

I'm missing my favorite couple I have to watch videos and music videos to get my fix. Robert and Aaron love each other, but I think they both need therapy, especially Aaron because he has more than trust issues going on. I am surprised that they're getting married so soon. I thought they would drag it out longer, but I'm happy for them.

Their relation could benefit for the both of them: not only Liv has 2 different but awesome dad figures but for Robert, it'll be better if he spends more time with her than with Bex. I really see (like the rest of us) Robert as a father. He suits him very well. |

I knew the character names for a while but it's only 2 months ago that I really took the time to watch their storylines carefully from the beginning until now. And I felt under their charm like everyone.
I have just this "observations" (sorry if they seem stupid lol):
- I love Danny with a beard but also love him without like he was when he came back on the show.
- they are perfect together but it miss a little something like I don't know fight verbally and make up under the rain, or kissing in the shower or something if you know what I mean. If they were a straight couple, the producers won't hesitate to put more sexy scenes but a gay couple in a soap TV show, it's like we don't want to shock the people or whathever and it's the same for the american ones! So ridiculous. I don't ask a erotic scene like in QAF but still ...
- we know that Aaron lost his virginity to Vic because he didn't want to accept his homosexuality (or something) but have you ever wondered if our duo met at that time how it would be? Explosive I know but still ... lol But yes I know they weren't ready for each other yet.
- someone said on YouTube that the Dingle and the Sungden clans are like the Romeo & Juliet families lol but I can't keep myself wondering what went to the mind of the producers when they decided to put these 2 together as a couple: the bad boy from the Sungden family and the trouble one from the Dingles! Pure explosion! lol

mars1030...I'm glad someone else thinks like me. I like to see some more bed scenes and kissing and being a real gay couple. When they were having the affair they were making out more than they are now. I want them to act more like a couple not best friends. Like you said, they don't have to make the scenes so sexual. How come it's okay for the straight couple to go that far and not the gay couples.

I would love to see a music video (or a normal video lol) retracing all their storyline because people seems to forget that they first meet like 20 years ago or something and it's seemed - if I understand correctly - that already at that time being around Aaron (who was like 12 years old or something) even if they only played a game (not together I know) already "calmed" Robert ...

I recall seeing a clip where (after his return to Emmerdale) Robert notices Aaron passing by the group Robert was in. Can't recall if it was in the Pub or somewhere else.
