Excellent idea Loahlove!! For me the first favourite moment is the First Kiss  I was following Max & Enric (not liking how they developed the story at all, I absolutely hated the open couple) and then after all the anger and the rage, just out of the blue Iago kissed Max... I was like "whaaaaaaaaat?!!!! Wait a moment!" and I fell immediately and absolutely in love with this new pairing XDD |

I agree, Maya. The first kiss was awesome! Along with the kiss, I loved how Iago winked at Max before walking away. Max's reaction to the kiss. . .was priceless! I also loved the following episode where Beni, Enric and Max are eating and Beni mentions Max leaving the birthday party. Enric even mentioned to Max that he would have left the party with him. Max said no. I thought the scene showed Max wanting to be alone to sort out is feelings regarding the kiss. I also noticed in that scene, Max and Iago couldn't take their off each other. Also, Max couldn't get out of there fast enough! He's running away from his feelings for Iago. Sorry, but i never cared for Max and Enric. The first time I saw Max and Iago on screen I thought they would make a good couple. |

I'm partial to the first kiss me too, but my favourite moment is when Max & Iago officially become a couple, to be more accurate, the moment in the park when Iago asks Max to be with him and he leaves him to think about it, barely touching his lips with his thumb... that moment was stronger than a kiss for me |

I was going through some old Max and Iago clips and translations. It was one of their earlier scenes. Max is telling Clara about the trouble they (Max and Enric) are having in finding an apartment. They found the perfect one, but once the landlord found out they were gay they were denied the apartment. Iago comes out of the bathroom with only a towel wrapped around his waist!  and offers his opinion. Iago would have lied and told the landlord what he wanted to hear. . .the landlord assumed Max and Enric were brothers. Iago told Max he should have let the landlord believe they were brothers. Max told him no and that he was not going to lie about his relationship. Iago's comeback was, you have had an apartment and a place to live. After everything that has happened between him and Max, I don't think Iago would react the same way. He is proud to be with Max and that Max truly loves and believes in him. I don't think he would deny his love for Max, even if the ends justify the means (ie Iago's old ways). |

Well, we couldn't deny it, Iago has a past of lying and stealing and surviving the best he could, but I think being together with Max helped him to come clear and stand for what he really wants, it's enough to see the first times of them as a couple when Iago would have liked to keep it quiet and secret and then the argument he had with his boss at the warehouse because he didn't accept to be treated mockingly for being gay and with Max |

The first kiss is definitely in the running for Favorite moment - Iago's smug "oh, I know what all this hostility is <b>really</b> about" expression. But there's also the moment in 1464 when Max slugs the pretend mugger, and Iago realizes he's not just a pretty boy. I think that's the moment Iago decides Max is worth bothering about.

I often wondered why Iago set Max up to mugged. I think Iago thought he could be "max's hero" and save him from the thug. Iago didn't count on Max defending himself. Yes, I thought Iago started to see Max in a new light. Nice memory. |

Yep, that's another good moment and I could add also the one after Iago caught Enric with another guy and went immediately to tell Max, wanting to know why Max couldn't be with him again if he has an open relationship with Enric. |

That was another favourite of mine! Iago has such a mischievous and knowing look in his eyes when he said to Max that the one-time with another guy rule was rubbish... I think I'll go freshen up my memories tonight XD

My favorite Max/Iago moment was the episode after Iago and Max became a couple. Max wanted to take their relationship public, but Iago didn't want anyone to know and wanted to stay out of Sergi's way. Max made an excuse for his boyfriend not being at dinner, then Iago showed up, kissed him and declared that he was there to have dinner with his boyfriend. I could not stop smiling at Max's startled face. It was such a sweet moment. Full of love and courage on Iago's part.

Simone - oh yeah, that's a good one. I think it's that same episode where Iago goes right up to Sergi and says "I think you're looking for me" - that made me shiver. There he is, putting his words into actions and *showing* Max that he can change - that's another great moment.

Yes, it's the same episode, the same scene, just after affirming his love for Max publicly.
Another favourite moment of mine is one of the prison scene, when they were seated in front of each other and even if the prison guard told not to touch they kept their hands near on the table to be able to brush their little fingers against each other.

That's another of my favourite moment too!! Well, I honestly like almost all the prison scenes, so full of angst and love and the fact they couldn't touch and struggle to restrain themselves not to do it, leave me breathless just like the hot stares they exchanged after the first kiss, like they couldn't wait to jump each others bones XD.

Shoviana: I loved Max/Iago's first kiss. It seemed to set the ground work for their love story!
Yes, I noticed Max's blush. I also noticed how Iago left him beathless. And, the wink Iago gave him as he walked away was priceless!

I love their first kiss, Max is just ranting at Iago. How he can't stand him, how he wish he would just leave. And then Iago plants this passionate kiss on Max, that I do believe he returns. And then Iago just leaves Max with this great open mouth shocked face.
They have a fight about Iago's past as a thief. And Iago has stormed out and is wallowing at the cafe. Max just comes in and doesn't say anything he just gives him this deep loving kiss and says lets go home.
When Iago gets out of prison and he thanks Max for being there for him. And Max says something along the lines of you can thank me as much as you want. They have these great kisses that are just full with such happiness and love.

I also observed that Max reciprocated the kiss then appeared shock after the lip-lock. Now that's priceless!!! :DIt is even more when Iago winked at Max while Max remained astounded . |

I mean he gets RED . Bernat has a very pale white skin that I could not notice him blushing from the many encounters he had with Iago. Perhaps, I will have to re-watch all the videos of Max and Iago so I can count the number of Max's blushes. HEHEHEH ;D |
