Ugh. I really hate watching people (even fictional characters) self destruct.  I was a little surprised they didn't show Elias' reaction after Katariina said that she thinks Ida has anorexia. |

Ouch. So Lari wants to go to Ottawa and Elias wants to go to Rome. And Lari stays as close to the closet as he can. I wonder how long Elias will really be willing to put up with that.
Am I the only one who thinks that Ida isn't really following the therapy?

I'm with Lari this time. He didn't know that Elias wants to go to Rome and if I were him I'd choose Ottawa as well. Weekend with a bf is a nice thing but this hockey camp may be the most important thing in his life.
About Ida - it was pretty clear even in the previous part - sha was still counting calories.

Part of me wonders whether Elias is testing Lari, but maybe it's more likely that he's being naive. At the same time, Lari's just not thinking about what this might mean for Elias (and him). Of course Elias is going to start wondering about the future. But Lari's just not ready to be out. And if he ends up going to Ottawa professionally, Elias won't be able to go and be with him. Not any time soon, anyway.

Damn, Lari. You basically told Elias to his face that an ice hockey career means more to you than he does. How tactful. Just what everyone wants to hear from their boyfriend/girlfriend.  I'm also glad Elias stood his ground. He'll be hurt for a while, but he'll get over it in time. I just hope he doesn't just run back to Lari without Lari doing a lot to make up to him. If they're going to get back together, I think Lari needs to do most of the work to prove it's what he really wants. I'd really like to see how Lari reacts to this. I'm not sure whether they'll show him dealing with it on his own, though. I wonder what he'll decide.  |

lari and elias are good together, but elias will always be second best to lari, until he finally admits to himself and others that he is gay and loves elias, and puts him first for once

As much as I disagree with forcing someone out who isn't ready, Lari's coming out is overdue. Whether this will allow Lari to be with Elias openly will depend on his teammates. I suspect they'll probably play this for the drama, so I'm not expecting either guy to be happy any time soon. At least Lari was honest with Elias. Though I didn't hear an apology for having said the hurtful things he did.  And one guess who would be compelled enough to put up those photos. I wonder how long it'll be until the truth is revealed. |

Oh, Lari. Even though he's often a jerk , I still feel for him. He thinks his life's plan is slipping away from him. Plus he's being forced out of the closet publicly when he's not ready, confronting what he's been avoiding for a while now. |
