Hiya everone, I can't help but notice the amazing chemistry between Will and EJ. I was wondering, what to do you make of them? Is there a possiblity down the road something may develop?

I think the Will/EJ relationship is about to be over. Ratings are in the toilet so whatever they have been trying to sell for the past few months is turning away viewers and EJ/Will has been one heavily featured dynamic. I find their relationship disgusting and repulsive. Not to mention it's insulting to show this crap when a real gay romance that should be taking place isn't all to show some borderline porn dialogue between a gay character and a straight character that is never going to happen.
I don't see it happening any way IMO. James Scott seems to have alluded that he's not very confident the new writers are continuing the Will/EJ dynamic. Also James made it clear about EJ's sexual orientation and how he will be sharing more screen time with Allison than he ever has in the past few years. Sounds like it's back to EJ/Sami and possibly Rafe thrown into the mix of a triangle while most likely Lucas suffers the fate of the past and is sent away. Sad how Lucas comes back and instead of seeing him in his own son's story we see Will shoved with his replacement father, EJ.
I don't even doubt Will being backburnered a bit while Sonny's story gets focus coming up next month. We may see role reversal coming up between him and Sonny.

No, No! Keep this thread open. EJ and Will have the best chemistry of any two people on the show. A little debauchery and dive into the wild side can definitely make DOOL interesting !

So WillNSonny I guess a Will/Sami/EJ triangle wouldn't interest you then? haha  Seriously though I'm not at all interested in watching Will/EJ anymore and given this show is seemingly to shit-scared to push Sonny & Will beyond a friendly hug I'm 101% certain NOTHING will ever happen between the two of them, which I'm grateful for because I don't like the current Will/EJ 'relationship' given everything EJ has done to hurt Will and his family in the past so anything sexual added to it would be all kinds of wrong and disgusting IMO. |

I don't really understand what people mean by "chemistry" between Will and EJ. I don't see ANY sexual tension in their scenes together. Even if there was, I wouldn't be into it at all. Not only is EJ a smarmy, manipulative psycho whose blackmailing Will, he is also his ex-stepfather and father to Will's brother and sister. Uh, creepy much? EJ is also clearly heterosexual, and I doubt he'd go for a 19-year-old even if it was a girl. Even if there was potential for them to get together, I find it all very shallow. I think it seems like people just want to see them make out rather than tell a meaningful love story, like what could possibly occur with Will and Sonny. The two are closer in age, don't have that incompatible orientation problem, and Sonny's a very stable person unlike EJ. Some may consider that boring, but I find EJ more boring than Sonny. His antics are so old and tired, as is this lame blackmail plot. I have no interest in watching them continue to throw each other under the bus in order to use each other for their own personal gain. It's so stupid. |

I'm just wondering if this is this something the majority of viewers want to see or if it is just a vocal minority. I say No to it becuase its kinda gross, he is the father of Wills brother and sister and well he has had sex with his mother obviously which is kinda a turn off if nothing else. Oh and I agree totally with you about EJ isabella, he is popular with the viewers and I have no idea why, he is so overplayed and beyond boring and has been doing almost the exact same things over and over again for years now and viewers seem to still love it. Weird. |

In my opinion (and many others think the same, taking into consideration the comments left on YouTube :  they have chemistry, but it's a very inappropriate one because it shouldn't be there at all: EJ is much older than Will, 100% str8 ( so far  ), and he is his former step-father and the father of his brothers. Like it or not, EJ is one of the most popular characters of this soap; I guess the idea of this " interaction" is give William more prominence. But this association is getting weirder by the minute: it's very hard to believe a man like EJ would do/share his dirty business with a confused gay teenager  I have no doubt DOOL is playing with a portion of its audience. They surely know about the inappropriate chemistry between these two characters...But given the fact this is an American daytime soap, nothing will ever happen between EJ and Will, so I'd rather they stop this masturbatory nonsense They should prioritize instead the incredibly delayed Wilson relationship. It's more than time!!  |
