Hi, my name is Ailyne, I feel like i should share this with the world, and so i will. I believe that we are all connected, we are all united, we are people, with the right to feel safe, the right to love, the right to be free. As many of you may know, there are many injustices dealing with the LGBTQ community, and I keep fighting everyday to get rid of all of these injustices, yet, this community is part of a greater one, a bigger one, we are a world full of heart beats that breathe, that think, we are hopes, dreams, power. We are fighting for humanity, so not only should we fight for the rights of our community, but for the rights of humanity...so join me and millions of others who cannot stop...who WILL NOT STOP..because we are connected, and its the most beautiful thing in the world.
Join me April 20, 2012...who said we couldn't change the world?

I have just heard of this campaign and its blowup, and well... Despite my longtime knowledge of and disgust at all things Kony-related, I highly recommend that people get educated about the organization behind this (Invisible Children) and how it spends its donations, as well as about the history of Kony (and the LRA), the involvement of the international community and Kony’s presumed whereabouts before getting involved or giving their money to anything here. There might be more effective avenues. It’s great that more people are getting aware of the man and his many misdeeds, so from that front, awareness due to the campaign is definitely plus. However, beyond that, as it tends to be the case with everything, knowledge is power.

I agree with you completely... i have been active with IC for about 6 years....and while the individual groups in regions do a lot for the cause I am sad to day that only about 30% of donations actually go to the victims...the thing is that there is a big gap between the small groups who go out and support IC and the big franchise that is now Invisible Children....the point is to get educated about the subject...and if this video causes people to question and go out of their way to research than that is more than we have been able to do in 6 years of campaigning.
