I just watch the video of todays episode and I loved it. I even love it better once I understood what was being said, Because I watched it on line earlier. It's much better with the subs. I found the episode very nice and adorable. I thought Jo and Thore and little Lilly was great. I like to thank MMay for her hard work and dealing with youtube and also to Joanne for her caps and the other stuff that she does.
I don't see what the problem is that some people had with the episode, and I'm on my way to watch it a couple more times. I didn't see anything wrong with the ending either wasn't that what the episode was about. I thought it was cute what they did at the end with the bowls on there head.

MercuryMay, you crazy girl! I just saw that the vid was uploaded 2 hours ago - which means, for you locally, it was 4 AM! Your hard work is so so appreciated, and, I'm giving Youtube the finger on your behalf! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! Joanna, thank you for the thorough caps! I know Mediathek also gives you trouble, and you truck on, regardless, for us. THANK YOU! I may not like the current Chrolli SLs, but, it, in NO WAY, is meant to diminish, nor dismiss, all the efforts you guys put in, in continuing to deliver us [so promptly] all things Chrolli. It's because of you guys, the community, and our shared history of watching together, the story of these two characters, as they progress/regress - which keeps me holding on. And, for this reason, I am so vocal now with my dissatisfaction with the present Chrolli times. I want to continue to share this experience, I don't want it to disappear because it self-destructed due to shoddiness. I may hate the SL, but I love and infinitely appreciate both of your generosity and time. **** Now, on to the episode. It was cute and funny. And....fluffy [but what else is new? ]. I don't mind fluff, but, not as THE only thing being offered. Ha! This reminds me of Goldilocks & The Three Bears - the three porridge bowls, according to size. ;D Big Papa Bear, Mama Medium Papa Bear, and Baby Bear. Charlie is ofc, Goldilocks, who gets the brunt of Big Papa Bear's gruffness .
But, I have a feeling, this Goldilocks will, indeed, be returning to the bears' home. Soon. Too soon, perhaps, for Big Papa Bear's liking.
But, yeah, for all its cuteness, and domestic touch in portraying picture-perfect family life, it's got zero drama. Except for the predictable, Olli jumps before thinking/consulting, and Christian feels shafted, but, finally gives in [hate to be a parrot, but, 'what else is new?' ].
I have a feeling they're setting up all this cute "family life" to make it hit hard for us, viewers, if/when Lilly is forced to leave - tug at the heartstrings of the audience, feel for Chrolli, their times spent with Lilly, etc., so to speak. But, again, predictable. Yawn.
Oh, also! I believe this is the first scene I've seen with Christian and Prince Phillip interacting. THUNDERKAT!, where art thou? And, for that matter, JustAMannsMan!
And, Christian stole Andi from Olli! Andi is Olli's wingman. Duuuuuuudeeeeee!
Btw, it's not this episode in particular that I hated, it's the whole vibe around Chrolli/VL, as a show, for a while now.......which I can't get behind.
VL, give us depth, out of your own accord, or I guarantee you'll still land six feet under.

I found this little bite and I'm apologize ahead of time if it's not in the right place. I'm only mention it because it mention our guys in Forbidden Love and it has to do with there current storyline.
WHICH CAME FIRST — THE CHICKEN OR THE GAY DAD? Last week Out magazine published the results of their Love and Sex Survey and one of the most notable results was the very large generation gap between gay men on the subjects of gay marriage and having children.
While only 51% of those aged 36 to 45 want to get married, 80% of those 18 to 25 want to do so. The gap is even bigger when it comes to having children. While a whopping 70% of those under the age of 25 want little bundles of joy, only 31% of those over 25 are interested in changing diapers. Even though this is Out's first time doing this survey, I'd wager that even ten years ago, the gap wouldn't have been nearly so large.
Coincidentally — or not — this week saw the debut of USA's Fairly Legal, yet another show which includes an out gay man who is a dad. This comes on top of Kevin and Scotty apparently moving ahead with their adoption of Olivia on Brothers & Sisters, while over on Desperate Housewives, Bob and Lee have adopted Liza. Heck, even Christian and Olli on Forbidden Love in Germany are parents now. And, of course, we can't forget Cameron and Mitchell of Modern Family

^ so the chickens wanna be gay dads more than the old hawky roosters. Makes sense. Youth, idealism, still no real identity, picture, of how their life will settle, so they dream of THE PICTURE PERFECT FAMILY, in the FAR AWAY FUTURE. As they get older, get set in their ways more, get more of a realistic outlook on parenting/rasing a family/giving up independence, and more self-reflection about themselves/desire for children, and, such a FUTURE is no longer FAR AWAY, but a current reality, the wistfulness slips and practicality rules. Hence, negative correlation. Thanks, dalphine for the interesting find. And, YAY! Chrolli mention! ;D **** Joanna, you got magic fingers! What a perfect capture! Her eyes and her smile undo me, every time.

I really like this episode, have watched three times and each time found it more amusing. Although I'm not familiar with its context, the scene with Phillip seems, too, to have a humorous cast -- if a darker one.
And I'm really grateful to MercuryMay and Joanna: all of us here benefit so much from your amazing dedication!!

When I watched this episode in Mediathek I didn't think much of it, but after watching it with MM's subs I must say i loved it. It was funny and Christian's fight with Olli wasn't as bad as I had anticipated. Besides, I loved Charlie and Olli being ironic and dismissing all those too uptight mothers. Hurray for Chrolli/charlie lifestyle. I'm sure Lily will be a lot happier. On another note: I loved Andi, today. He always has such good advice! Anyway, i liked Christian, Andi and the prince all speaking in the kitchen as if they were all best friends.
