This is going to be completely off topic but when I was driving to my sister's there was a truck beside me and on his back window was a sticker of a bear who was rainbow coloured. When I pulled up beside him he was this giant man with a very bushy beard and when I smiled at him he winked. I have no idea why that popped into my head but it did and I wanted to share that and also ask is the rainbow flag used in Germany as well? I don't think that is a "gay" sticker. It sounds like a "Grateful Dead" sticker. Did it look like this? Also, Yes. The Rainbow flag is a world symbol and used in Germany.

Ivan,I'm sorry this comes in a public message board (and I hope this thread doesn't turn into all comments about you,) but I wanted to say that I for one am HUGELY grateful that you're continuing to post. I didn't see your announcement until 12pm (my local time) and I was in tears. Truly. I always look forward to your videos during my afternoon. They're a bright spot that has gotten me through many a crappy days. Then, just as I was writing you a personal note, I was going to include the suggestion to disable comments. And here you are with that same thought and I couldn't be happier. I am sorry that people spoil you. I'm sorry that it's less fun. (Especially because I know what's coming up and if I had learned them and didn't want to I'd be pissed too.) But I'm thankful that you're continuing. You're a major player in this community, you Paul, Nanna, Shirley...Jo Thore... etc. And without you this community wouldn't feel complete any more. It would be missing a huge family member, that I have come to love. I know I don't post on here very often. But even when I'm not logged in, you've always made me smile. You're willingness to email me back on youtube and various other things have been a huge reason why I've migrated (how ever much in secret) to this community. There are always a few bad apples in any bunch and in the youtube bunch, it's those that like to spoil. I'm sorry for that. But I am happy that I can call you and the people on this board friends...and thankful for the joy it brings me to get to know each of you whom I've gotten to know (you know who you are). Now, in the future. I'm happy to help "bring to justice" any of the spoilers whom you deem necessary. Oh...and HOW CUTE WAS IT THAT THEY PLAYED SNOW PATROL TODAY?

You need xvid codec to see the video. Or divx. I am going to upload the clip with that part muted, I do not have time to look for a safe song I hope I still be faster than Nanna ;D The HQ has the song tho right? Thanks Ivan... you're awesome. AWESOME!

I am busy working Just got a Liebesbrief from YT that the video I have just uploaded has copyrighted part so if you can't play it you will have to download the original HQ file Ivan posted his message while I was writing mine. So I was right that the song wouldn't work. At least they now tell you immediately that there's a problem with a song. It's so frustrating when there are a lot of comments for a video and then you have to delete it. But I'll make a video with Lucky available for download. I'm soooo sorry you have to do extra work. Just let me know where I can send my thank you gift. You know... one of these days they're going to broadcast them online right??

I'm afraid today's video will take a bit longer. There wasn't a lot of dialogue but they used Lucky by Jason Mraz during the musical montage and as Mraz's label Atlantic Records belongs to WMG, I'm afraid I'll have to replace this song before I upload. WMG videos regularly get muted or are not available for viewing in all countries. This has happend now several times to me in the past (most notably with Breathe Me). It's very unfortunate because I love the song. Now I'll have to find a good replacement. I'm so fed up with WMG!!!! Is it too much trouble to post the original song as the HQ video? I love that song! I bet it's really cute. God you guys are amazing.

You could try something else, copy the link of the video I will post into keepvid.com and try to download it from YT. It worked for me for a few blocked videos ;D This won't work for me until I get home. Keepvid and file sharing sites are blocked at my work. Photobucket is blocked... hell... flickr. is blocked.

Crap. Now I won't be able to see it until I get home. Will you be able keep the HQ download available for the next 6 hours? :/

First: Thank you to Ivan, Nanna and Paul. Your talents are much appreciated. When did this travesty occur? The tomato frame is missing!!! Third: This was a good episode. I liked. And all comments about Christians outfit are spot on. It was such a hot mess.

Here are the new photos on Thore's talent agency page. I like this one least. The airbrushing is obvious and makes him look artificial. It's not so much airbrushed as it is heavily over developed with Adobe's LightRoom. (It's a dark room for digital photography) I've seen great photos become greater with LightRoom, but I agree with you on this.

So the new spoilers sound good but the thing with Miriam... I wish it would be someone else. I'm still looking forward because it's so obvious they love each other and the kiss is a dunken mistake. It's just ewww, that he kisses her, I mean why? And the thing with Christian missing him sounds so great, so lovely. Thank God, Olli will know about this one day later. And awww, Christian is mad at himself and he's afraid to "break" Ollis heart with this. Good thing Olli understands it somehow. But I'd fire Miriam, really Did I MISS something? Christian Kisses Miriam? Olli is okay with it? WHAT? ! Explain! ETA! just saw new posts were posted in the other thread.

Scheiße!...you spelled scheiße wrong! I believe the ß can in fact be ss and be correct. A native would have to explain this better, but I believe there have been "official spelling changes" in recent years and both ss and ß are acceptable. ...........now if a kind person could direct me to a crazy way to add umlauts without a Mac? This is actually really easy to do. It's called unicode. (Google it) There are two ways to do this on a PC (I have no idea how to do this on a mac) In Word you can "insert symbol" and there are all the accented vowels and umlaut vowels. Or... you can memorize some key unicodes. To do unicode you hold down the ALT key and type in a combo of numbers on your number pad (if you have a laptop you might have to hold down the FN key first and then the ALT). the numbers for ß are 0223 ; ü is 0252; ö is 0246; Those are the ones I use over and over again so those are the ones I have memorized. If you need other characters, in Word it will show you the unicode number (at the bottom of the character chart) or you can simply google for a unicode chart or look on wikipedia. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Basic_modern_Latin_alphabet is a good source. The links below have the German, Dutch and French Alphabets too. (under each it should give you unicodes for each specific letter.) Also @ Flippa, I believe since we are in the "General Thread" we don't have to stay "on topic"

I know on Degrassi: TNG the denim jacket that the character of Marco wears actually belonged to the girlfriend of the actor's brother so sometimes they let them wear their own clothes, I know as an extra I've worn my own clothes a couple of times. Jo and Thore rock! Yes! Jo and Thore ROCK... (cuz this is going to be off topic again!) As an extra, yes you'd wear your own. Usually the production will ask you to bring four or five outfits and they'll pick from that -- the caveat being period productions. I don't watch Degrassi but even then they would purchase or make a double (from scratch) - especially if the article of clothing was central to the character's look and warn across many episodes. If the script called for the actor to roll around in the mud in once scene and then they filmed a scene where he/she needed to be clean the next... it's easier to throw on a clean pair than to schedule shooting around washing clothes.

On the subject of who the clothes belong to... Food for thought: In America, it is often the practice of wardrobe departments to lend out clothing to cast members for things that relate to their job; example: photo shoots, promotional appearances, etc. It is very likely the jacket belongs to the VL staff. It is very rare for a wardrobe department to use items of clothing from the actor's personal collection...and if they do they will usually purchase a double. One of the reasons they'd purchase a double is so that there is no confusion as to who owns the item and who is responsible for damage. In the event that the actor ripped a shirt or stained it; ect. Often, after a season is complete or after a show/movie wraps the actor might have the opportunity to purchase or take home clothing from the set - but generally speaking they belong to the production. This leather jacket looks suspiciously like the one Christian wore in a scene few days ago. Lugia hit the nail on the head in her episode review, when she wrote that it seems to be rather Thore's than Christian's thing ;D Tsehe. I think it's indeed the one, complete with the white shirt underneath. There should be a lobby for stubble on Olli and letting him chose the wardrobe for the character. Thanks for sharing the pics! I read about this event in the paper and remembered that they were scheduled to attend. (Maybe of note that winner Mark Medlock told Oliver Pocher to stop making gay jokes already, instead of answering his interview questions after receiving the award on stage. ;D)
