Any news about a fourth season or was that it for this show? It did seem like they wrapped all of the story threads neatly unlike in the first 2 seasons. And what about the planned US remake? it will come, but skam likes suprises. no one knows when the fourth season will come or who the main character will be. I think a promo will come out soon, but they might just start airing the show without any promotion at all. Season 3s first clip came as a suprise in the middle of the night at like 1 am i think.

I do wonder if the Romeo and Juliet/death iconography early in the season was always intended as a fakeout or if a more tragic conclusion was scrapped once the showrunner realized how popular Isak and Even were (and how negatively the suicide of a mentally ill gay character would be seen as). I don't think they had planned a romeo and juliet ending. during the hotel marriage talk thing they kind of lured an explanation in with Even telling Isak that he would think it was a romeo and juliet refference but he would later understand that it wasn't romeo and juliet but pretty woman instead, where they save eachother.

The episode is only 20ish minutes long. They did the same last week so i'm not suprised. Last week it showed 20 minutes and we got 30.

People have to understand that this season is about Isak, not Isak and Even. And yeah maybe they are going to lose a few viewers because of it IF we are saying goodbye to Even, but it is better to tell the original story (which I think is freaking amazing so far) and make a few viewers unhappy than change it for views. This show was made because the lack of norwegian series that teenagers can relate to, and... well people doesn't usually find their future wife/husband when they are in high school. Not in my experience atleast. I think they will continue with Even as the loveinterest, but I don't want them to do it if they didn't plan it from the start because the storytelling usually drop in quality when they do that and well this is one of the most realistic/best teenshows out there (IMO).

I checked NRKs site, it says 30 minutes (so minimum 25). That means that there will be another clip today or a very long clip tomorrow But on NRK3 schedule said Skam will be aired at 20.40 - 21.00 tho. Oh I noticed that now too 😔

LOOOOOOL. You got to be fucking kidding me with this shit?! I don't know whether to laugh or cry. Another miserable gay character is just something everyone would LOVE to see! I'm sure young teenagers struggling with their sexualities are just DYING to see sad, pathetic, lonely, depressive gays on tv, because why the hell not! This is SO helpful! PS: When Skam it's good it's FANTASTIC. When Skam is bad, like now, it's fucking TERRIBLE. Wake me up when Evak get back together. I'm not here for this shit. I have't even watched the new clip yet and I don't want to. I have NO interest watching another sad and miserable gay character. WTF is the showrunner thinking? I'm baffled, truly. It is a drama... if the characters were happy all the time it wouldn't really fit the genre. I totally agree though! I want to see some happy people, but the series is suposed to be relatable to teens. How many teenagers are happy all the time?

What time does it air? I mean for example I live in the US and I was just thinking when people will start to post reactions, clips, gifs and so on. I think the full episodes airs 8:30pm or 9:30pm CET so depends where in the US you live, but gifs and reactions usually happens after every clip so its difficult to know when they come.

Both Noora and Eva didn't have a sex scene showed on screen before the last episode so throwing out an accusation of homophobia because Isak and Even haven't had sex on screen when we are on episode 5 is quite harsh. Stop screaming homophobia about everything!! It's okay to have an opinion but seriously...

Incredibly beautiful, tender scene. But... "You can't escape your thoughts. The only way is death." Oh, dear. For me this is confirmation that the story will be going someplace dark. "That's dark," Isak said to Even. Yes it is. And now there's just been too many signs pointing in a dark direction. Take a look at Even's t-shirt. It's Jesus, yes, but dying or dead Jesus. Even, I think, suffers from depression. The world is too painful for him or something. There's always the possibility, of course, that the writers are faking us out. Maybe they want us to worry about a tragic ending, but at the last moment everything works out. A suicide that actually happens is pretty heavy for a show aimed at teens and suicide among gay teens is epidemic. What kind of impact would it have on gay teens watching if Even really kills himself? It seems to me irresponsible to dramatize a successful gay teen suicide, so maybe the story will be that Isak's love saves Even. Let's hope so. I dont think the t-shirt has anything else to do than showing that he is wearing Isaks clothes considering we have already seen that shirt on Isak.

Sana didn't actually say that's what she thinks about homosexuality. She was suggesting that it must be what Isak thinks about homosexuality since he believes in evolution. Sana was basically turning the tables on him. Isak began the conversation by implying that Sana, since she's religious, must think homosexuality is wrong. But Sana showed him that his own belief in "natural science" could just as easily lead to a negative view of homosexuality. In a sly way she was saying that someone's religion doesn't necessary dictate what they think about everything. She didn't state her personal feelings about homosexuality, but she did open the door to the possibility that they could be different than what her religion suggests. She's a very clever girl. That's EXACTLY what she said. She said that because gay people don't produce offspring and gay people have NOT died out and they still exist today, that must mean being gay is EITHER a mental illness OR a choice. Oh and btw I watched the clip several times last night just to be sure I got what she said. Please remember that A LOT can be lost in translation. I know damn well what she said and what she meant because I am Norwegian. There is literally no room for intepretation because she was VERY clear about her stance and that being gay exist today not because it's natural but because gay people are either mentally ill or it's a choice. Well im norwegian too and i agree with hawthorne. She just explained that religion and science have a lot in common.

i have read your opinions, and I agree that there are few gay storylines in norwegian televisiondramas, but you also have to keep in mind that there are just 2-5 norwegian dramas in total each year. And when we come to Skam: if im not wrong i didnt see noora getting any action early in the season either, we are still on episode three, and it would be weird just throwing Isak in bed with someone just so we can have gay sex on tv, its a storyline and i belive we will get there, but further out in the season.

They never revealed That Eskild and Isak was sleeping together just That Isak was the one sleeping in the basement. Noora is in London with William.
I dont think skam will go there with killing one of them, it just doesnt seem like something they would do. We are still just half into episode 2 soooo... alot could happen. I think its way to early to know anything.

The date will be released one week before it airs (im not sure, but last season they released the date the 22nd of February and aired the 29th)
The scandal bit about the trailer lasted for about a week, and I kind of understand why it blew up. all the girls have different representation in skam while nearly all the boys are goodlooking, but the wardrobe scene was obviously about Isaks attraction to boys and well seems like he is attracted to fit handsome boys so...

I know av few of the actors so i might be a bit biased, but my friends and I love this show. Every season they change the main character, and this might be the reason why we dont get to know more about Isak. They might make a season with him som they wont show too much yet.
