There is no excuse for Christian's behavior at the party. He should be ashamed of himself. And please spare me the bottle of hard booze to drown sorrows created by your own dispickable behavior.
Good that Olli stepped out of the flat and didn't listen to Christian's sorry ass apology. Good that Rebecca said what an embarrassment and shameful display with the way he conducted himself the night before.
You had to feel for Olli has he looked over at the female his boyfriend had been rubbing up against for all to see. The look of sadness and fear on Olli's face was a heart breaker.
I thought Jo was terrific in today's episode. He captured the essence of despair and disappointment in a broken relationship quite perfectly.

^ pretty sure it was just a bottle of water to sober up. If the directors wanted it to be alcohol they'd show him taking shots or some such thing to make it look more desperate/pathetic. and yeah, gasp, rebecca actually did something that made sense. will wonders never cease?

I'm amazed at myself! Christian's reckless behavior prompted me to feel sorry for Becca...

Christian totally used Rebecca and she still didn't get it. She asked him why he did it and mentioned David first and how it would have looked to him, but only when she mentioned Olli did Christian really react. She talked about him kissing her in front of all the people, but you know she would have loved him kissing her in private. She was upset that he was about to leave to go to Olli and not stay there with her. She still refuses to understand that Olli is Christian's life. He's obsessed with him, jealous of him and sometimes mistreats him, but lastly he loves Olli deeply. Christian really thought that kissing Rebecca and dancing suggestively with that girl was justified. It was all to teach Olli a lesson, to hurt him like he'd been hurt. Who does that? He's a nut, but he's Olli's nut.

I wouldn't say that Christian mistreats Olli. I think this is the first time that I've ever seen him doing something that I would characterize as mistreating him. He definitely does stupid things sometimes, but until this whole thing with Rob, they were probably the most well adjusted couple on the show. I'm more than a little annoyed that the writers made Christian do something so ridiculous, but then again, the writers have been slowly killing Olli's character for months, so I guess it's Christian's turn. I know that he's been kind of possessive lately but, honestly, I can't blame him for that. Rob has been provoking him for months and Olli never calls Rob out on it or on him constantly hitting on him. He just tells Christian not to be jealous and continues to let Rob hit on him. I know he turns him down over and over, but he's never very stern about it, which lets Rob think it's ok to keep doing it.
I don't know. I just want Olli to find out that Rob's a drug dealer so they can talk everything out and move past this storyline, which is something I really think is going to happen. If they meant for this to be something that would break them up, they would've made Rob a more sympathetic character.

I would not call that a character killing. We had seen them in a few situations and we extrapolated how they would behave in different ones, but it's the writers who say how it goes. So we now found out how Christian behaves when Olli's attention is not 100% on him. And we now know how far Olli is willing to go to follow his suddenly acquired dream. I don't like it, they are turning into those couples who spend their life fighting and who already forgot why they had gotten together in the first place, but I hope they will see what really matters and that it won't be too late.

True. Killing is maybe a bit of an overstatement. I just think they're acting a bit out of character and it's really beginning to annoy me. Actually, what they're doing is taking certain negative character traits that already existed and exaggerating them to a degree that doesn't really fit with how they've been portrayed in the past. I'm just ready for a nice heart to heart and for them to act like sane people again
