Repost from the GD Today's epi aka The first party Olli and Robert threw together Thehe, the review featured THE hug and Christian's stare/glare ;D Scene 1: castle Justus closes the daily staff meeting. David and Christian are talking about their weekend plans. Why doesn't David go for Justus' niece, Jessica... David changes the subject and tells Christian that he is lucky he has Bis morogen mittag frei. Ausschlafen. Dvid would give his left arm to be attending that event. Christian is telling David that of course, Olli knows and is fine that Christian won't be attending the party. Scene 2: No Limits Olli is carrying tables and decorating for the party. He talks about Christian to Miriam. Olli thinks it would be cool if Christian celebrated with them, but if it's all too posh for him, then that's fine, too. Miriam still needs to think of something to wear for the special customers. Olli says why, she always looks fab! Miriam calls him a darling. But cool makeup and an eye-catching hairstyle is still due. Rob's on the phone, being slightly irriated about something needing to work out and that they can't end up dry. Olli watches Rob wistfully and remarks to Miriam that Rob won't forget that evening, guaranteed. Miriam too thinks the party will be the doozie. They go on with their work. Thank you Lugia for your transcript of the 1Live preview Scene 3: Castle Lydia is trying to calm Rebecca down, who wanted to leave ages ago! She doesn't wanna miss a minute of that party. The highlight of the season. Lydia spots Christian and asks him for help. swith to NL Olli assures Rob, that he needn't panic as he has everything under control. "As long as that applies to your boyfriend as well" switch back The girls are trying to convince Christian to go. And show Olli some support! switch to NL Olli is defending Christian when Rob makes all kinds of nasty jokes about stable-boys and how they are not ready for walking through the high society. Christian does know how to behave! Olli is really pissed! But of course, in the end Rob was just kidding! Go tell that someone who believes you! Oh wait, Olli doesAn apparently famous tv star enters. Miriam and some other girl are excited. Scene 4: No Limits Olli is handing out drinks. Charlie can't get passed the bouncers. She tries to get them to fetch Olli, but to no avail. Christian saves her by stating she is with him. Charlie receives a smooch from Christian who declares that she is his girlfriend. And they know him, right?! Olli is really happy to them both there! They tell him about the mishap (that she wasn't on the guest list). Oopsily. Olli thought everyone knows her. He offers them drinks. Scene 5: No Limits Christian and Olli are having fun and enjoying their time together amongst the party crowd (When love takes over, YEEESSSS!!!). Scene 6: No Limits Charlie wants to leave the party for some controlling duties and tells them to at least have fun till the wee hours of the morning. Alone at last, Olli asks Christian if he isn't suffering too much among all those royals. Nah, he is fine. Reading some book on horses upstairs totally would not have been as enjoyable. Olli gently teases him for drinking only soft drinks. Putting his arms around Olli's shoulders he orders two Mojitos. That comes to an abrupt stop as soon as Christian spots some shady business taking place in the background. Scene 7: No Limtis Christian has an eye on Olli who is still oblivious and enjoys the party and the shady guys, trying to figure out what is going on. Rebecca approaches him and asks him if he isn't glad that he decided to come. He isn't listening to her. Suddenly he jumps up. Did she see that? But Rebecca has no clue what he is talking about. He approaches some guy and tells him that the No Limit is clean! They won't tolerate dealing inside it! Robert and Oliver see the riot and rush over to check. What is going on???

Thanks Sonnenschein!
It was good to see Olli stand up for Christian.
Is it just me, or has Tristan been given the most obvious, boring plotline since Rebecca's shirt-washing plot?
It's just so obvious.

It's just so obvious. Totally. And not only is it boring, but how over-the-top was Tristan's running scene? It was pretty bad acting IMO. On another note, Chrolli were great today! Thanks Sonnenschein and Joanna!

Seriously, I am starting to consider Jens Hartwig to be comic relief at this point, his mad scramble away from Jessica, his near Christian - like levels of jealousy (that aren't nearly as effective as when Thore does it) his hysterical yelling, to me it's kind of like they made an amalgam of all the questionable traits of a lot of characters. Olli's fashion sense, Christian's jealousy, Andi's (former) horn-dogginess. I remember being so excited when he first came on the scene, but now Tristan is just a miserable wreck!

Just about to start my caps...but just to give a quick 'shout out' to today's director, Christian Singh. I thought his handling of those party scenes was really excellent. He gave a real 'life' to them. Right, caps....

The thing is that with Feiler's wish to make SLs last forever we get bored as well as for actors. But for some of them they also made wrong choises. all of this eye candy thing is currently boring me, because I can tell you how many good soap actors you have in Germany. Sylvain

It would be funny if the writers were trying to be satirical. As it is, it is sad. And poor Jens Hartwig! I know he may have overacted today, but he seems to be a good actor generally. How could anyone handle this script? I was glad that I could scroll through the scenes when I watched on the computer. They were embarrasing. In contrast, silly little moments like David and Christian interacting while Christian polishes his boots are interesting because they are character driven. (Okay, today's interaction was not the best I have seen, but generally Christian, David and Justus have good chemistry -- I just like to watch them do everyday things together. I will miss Andreas and Christian because of their chemistry.)

He looked so natural, so "alive" he looked like... Thore! They all really seemed to be having fun. Thank you for all your work. Du bist ein schatz!

Thanks Sonnenschein! It was good to see Olli stand up for Christian. That was great and he didn't fall for Roberts "It's a joke" either. (Would Christian just overhear moment likes this and everything would be easier). What was horrible embarrassing again was Rebeccas "and maybe you like it and when not you can go" (the hope in her voice definitely saying "Maybe You like being with ME on the party"). But only Lydias reason "Olli needs it" made him thinking even though I hate he didn't think about this himself for once. It makes them look so weak in front of others and after Ollis step in his direction it's a good sign (since Ollis party is something like his own horse test) It also seems like they want to force this into one storyline more. First David and Christian talking about girls for David and then about Olli and Rebeccas failing to get to Christian twice.

We say Wärmflasche = Warmingbottle if I would translate the words from german to english. I loved Christians look too, that's what he's really good at I think, throwing this looks full of love.

Thank you Mona! Unfortunately, my Wärmflasche has been my only companion during the (not so) cold winter nights... ;D Strawberryking: Wärmefläschchen? ;D So cute. I love that german peolple always use diminutives as we do. I normally call it Quentinho (something like "Little hot") because that's what my baby nephew calls it.
