I must be having a senior's moment this morning, because I'm not sure what you mean here. I've already explained that, Aussie! Just scroll up the page a bit.

Or, Olli: Why don't you use the other way to stop me talking? Ivan! You and I are competing tonight for the "naughtiest boy" award on the forum! ;D

Thank you, I read that comment quickly, and it didn't sink in. I think Christian was ready this whole episode, wasn't he! ;D

Thore scares me with that face.... You're right, that face reminds me a bit of Jack Nicholson's in Shining...

Random note: Oli sure likes the fish-shirt - no matter what you guys think of it;) (I must confess, I'm quite fond of "the fish" myself).

Ivan, you're spoiling us! Clip, gorgeous screencaps AND gifs? Thank you very, very much!! Just to be a bit nitpicky: 1.) The extras were particularly unconvincing today Did you really notice the extras? Aldebaran: You've changed your signature too? ;D Nice! I really had to laugh at the part where Miriam says: 'I need a man.' And Gregor (all hot in his tight short baby blue shirt): 'Baby, here I am.' ;D "Come on, I'm ready"!! ;D First that one, then the scene on the couch. I really have to rethink about some "dynamics" between the guys... Yeah, it does make you think... It's been a question a lot of us have speculated about. Well, the couch scene still hasn't changed my mind about that. Thore scares me with that face.... You're right, that face reminds me a bit of Jack Nicholson's in Shining... Nooooooooo! Thore looks way better than Jack Nicholson. Even when he pulls a scary face.

I've a question about the translation: Does the color pink signify gay in the US or should I rather use rainbow colored?

Cutest episode ever. I love those moments where they just look to be having so much fun. I was little confused as to why Christian wasn't bashing Axle's head in until I remember he had been to prison twice, so a third time probably wouldn't be a good idea. (Don't know if there's a "three strikes" rule in Germany.) I don't know... I'm not infering too much about the positions in the horseplay to other types of play...

No, there's no "three strikes rule" in Germany, but he's still on probation which means he would have to go back to jail if he commits a felony.

How much longer on his probation, do we know? If it were my boyfriend and I knew they guy who did it, I don't think I'd be so cool and collected... And I'm usually a very level-headed guy. But enough on that... more couch scenes!

How dare you come back into No Limits after being expressly thrown out by tight-t-shirt wearing Gregor Mann....I mean, Lordy, what is your problem?!!!....oh yeah, I forgot, you're a baton-weilding loon ...Never-mind..!!

Sheepie, I don't care for the homophobia story line either, but as long as it brings the two of them so close together, I can live with it. It's preferable to these stupid love triangles that soaps seem to be so fond of.
Anyway, here's today's episode with English subtitles:

No thanks for me today. I was busy moving my mother into a new house, so Nanna had to make do without my massive talents today. ;D Thanks so much Ivan for the clip and Caps. The Crazyfaced Chris smothering Olli is my favorite. ;D Nanna, great job on the subs! Sorry. I should have told my mother to piss off! ;D Loved Consti, Carla, and above all Gregor and his Nipples of Plenty today. Axel really is such a toad. Chris and Olli were A. Dorable . Thanks again!

Nanna, thanks so much! And I loved the smothered face subs (mmgrh, grgh, hefgh)!! ;D tikhon, no kidding. Those nipples should come with a warning. And I still love Consti too, even though he just walked by an entire wall of windows and then was surprised he was interrupting something.

Thank you Nanna!!Ok...the charges were dropped...lack of evidence...I guess I can weirdly understand that...I mean one person's word over another....but do Restraining Orders exist in Germany??...Why would Olli not have taken out one immediately after the beating? Then at least they could get Axel on violation of something...add harrassment...etc... I get men handle danger differently then women...but firstly, Gregor as the proprietor waited too long to kick Axel out the first time...and then he just waltzes in a second time? If he doesn't then we can't move the story...I get that...but goodness! I wonder with ALL the muscles between Gregor/Christian/Olli...does no one have a defensive move they can pull out of the bag on Axel...Just a few episodes ago..Olli twisted Christian around in the kitchen and sort of handcuffed his arm behind his back....in loving playfulness....but guess what guys....this is a defensive move.....Let's try it the next time Axel attempts to enter YOUR[/I] space running off at the mouth!!! No one has to go to jail for removing rubbish...no matter how harshly! Throw his butt out on the street...embarrass the heck out of him so he stops feeling so free to roam where he is NOT wanted!! I am so heated over this ...I mean.. why didn't Gregor make a Whipped Cream pie or something??....just to have handy to SMASH in Axel's face.....it appears Axel is going to give them many opportunities with his taunting and gloating before he is able to leave them alone. Besides...these feelings ....my joy in the previous post still stands :-)

Sorry to be joining the party late. I've been elsewhere gushing about Matthew Mitcham. ;D
Now then, can I ask how this is plausible? Olli was physically injured by Axel. How can there be a "lack of evidence"?!
Also, at least in the U.S., there's a general legal principle about being allowed to face one's accusers. is this not the case in Germany? because it's odd that Olli didn't go to the pre-trial.
I'm sorry but this all just seems very implausible to me. Then again I live in the most lawyer-infested country on Earth.
Setting aside what is clearly mandatory melodrama, no matter how unlikely, I liked all the cuteness in the story. Christian smothering Olli with the pillow was so far beyond adorable I don't even have a word for it. I guess he's finally found a way to silence Olli's tendency to ramble. Oh, but I adore it when Christian is playful.
Gregor was heroic today (and in a great t-shirt, even better). I love him too.
Thanks Ivan, Nanna and Tihkon!

Psionycx, where have you been gushing about Matthew? I can't get enough of him at the moment! He didn't appear to be amongst the other Gold Medal Aussie Olympians being welcomed home this morning. I sat through almost two hours of broadcasting, but didn't see him once. Regarding the charges being dropped. It seems very odd that there wasn't any DNA evidence on the smashed glass, or even that Olli didn't scratch Axel and get DNA under his fingernails, or anything else AT ALL. But this is a soap, and perhaps those sorts of things just get swept up under the carpet for the sake of dramatic continuity. ETA: I forgot to thank Nanna for the sub-titles! Great work to get them out so quickly, Nanna. I, too, loved the muffled sub-titles coming out from underneath the cushion. ;D

Didn't Miriam call Gregor away to get a new keg? I'm really on expert with those things, but would they really bother? All I hear in articles and real life law enforcement is about how CSI type of shows raise completely unrealistic expectations and that DNA and the like is only used in a fraction of all cases. And that shows like CSI have actually had a negative effect on the justice system because now jurors expect to get as much and as detailed evidence as they see on CSI when the vast majority of cases doesn't have that. Of course, I just come off the experience of a friend where they sat in the park for a barbecue and a bunch of neo nazis sat on the spot they had reserved. Then the guys roughed up one of their group and my friend's group called the police. After 20 minutes the police called them back and asked whether they should still bother to come. When they said yes it was one hour in till the police finally came 1 hour late. And then they said that even though they could file it as a complaint, despite the fact that the whole group volunteered to act as witnesses they couldn't charge the guy (despite the fact that there were numerous complaints against him/he was a "known" guy) because there wasn't enough evidence of injury.

After watching the subbed version (Thanks Nanna!!) I found the couch scene all the more adorable. I thought it was cute before and Christian funny, but wit the dialogue it's all that much better. And I loved the way that Nanna subbed the pillow muffled line. I also rather like Carla coming in here. I was wondering how that would come off when I saw the spoilers for this, but I like her interaction with the boys. I hope that it isn't just a device for this particular story, but might also be an ongoing, if infrequent, connection. About the charges being dropped against Axel, I suspect that while there is ample evidence that Olli was injured and that the injuries might clearly indicate an attack rather than an accident, there is probably relatively little evidence beyond Olli's statement that Axel is the perpetrator. The bar was already filled with customers when the police left the next day. Any physical evidence would have been swept away, destroyed, or rendered useless. You would think that Olli's testimony would way rather strongly at least in terms of leading to a trial. On the other hand, if the prosecutors don't think there is much chance for a conviction because of a lack of physical evidence, does using those resources really make sense? Probably not in the broader scheme of things.

This is why, back when it happened, I was flabbergasted that they didn't call the police to the hospital, or hell, call medics to No Limits along with the police. Don't Germans know how to handle these situations? You need to watch more American legal dramas!
But even so, I don't understand how they could do the pre-trial without Olli there. It makes no sense to me. Technically he is the prosecution's case.
Back to AfterElton to gush some more!
