Well it's kinda amplified by the fact that we know that there is no way that she's actually leaving.

If Lydia's leaving is not worth a comment then Thore's funny faces are. He's upstaging everybody he's on screen with ;D

I think it's funny how he is always eating. Ha.... Do you think that's a "christian" thing or a "Thore" thing. I don't see Jo doing that. LOL!
What a doll baby. LOL

This pic reminds me of those clips you get on YT with kittens sitting on a bed and simultaneously following someones finger around the room ;D Gregor looks like the little boy sitting at the end of the table ;D

Sebastian's hair is much better these days. He looked like a dust mop a few months ago.
Olli looks so cute reclining against Christian. I love seeing the two of them relaxing together like that. It's very nice seeing that kind of casual intimacy.
Lydia's so not leaving. It just doesn't have much weight because you just know she's going to make up with Sebastian.
Thanks for sharing Ivan!

So yeah, no way that she is leaving. Kinda like the whole "the presence of A help B to pass some sort of career related hurdle" it's one of the VL romantic traditions that somebody tries to leave town and the other one races after them to stop them (incidentally, that's how Coco and Christian became an official couple).

All 3 together on the couch... I liked: no drama between of them. Oliver leaning on Christian shoulder is so sweet.
Interesting book...
She is not leaving so Sebastian is safe...
Thank you IvanIV for everything and right now for the caps with Sebastian

My goodness, can no one in VL leave for somewhere NOT international or far-flung? There was that guy at the beginning when we first meet Olli who was biking across South America, Coco to Goa, Fabian to Japan... Whatever happened to, like Berlin? Munich? Hell, why not even try, like, Paris? Brussels? Prague?
I guess when VL characters want to leave, they really want to LEAVE.

Germany (and Western Europe in general) have an excellent rail system. If you want to get far away from somebody you generally need to go a long distance.

Thanks for the clip and screencaps, Ivan! Some lovely shots of the boys there.
I can't wait for the sub-titles, because I'm dying to see what they say about Australia! People overseas often have very strange ideas about what it's really like down here. ;D

They talked about how dangerous all these animals are down under so that she wouldn't leave.

Sea snakes, poisonous fish, koala bear liberation armies... I can see a tough sheila like Lydia treking her way through the outback though.

I saw a documentary on the parrots in Australia. What an incredible eye-opener. That said, they didn't mention the killer kangaroos?

Did they mention the spiders? ;D Ugh, stop. One of the main reasons I'm glad I live in Ireland now is that we don't have any spiders bigger than the completely non-poisonous garden ones, and even then they freak the living bejesus out of me. I'd love to go to Australia, but I'd quite honestly have a nervous breakdown if I came within a mile of a decent-sized tarantula. Where's the "fleeing in terror from giant spiders" smiley when you need it? As for this episode - I have to say, much as Lydia has been growing on me recently, she really doesn't gel with the other housemates, does she? I don't know if it's the actors themselves having no chemistry or a lack of interaction (since she's been off being Sebastien's OTL), but both scenes today just seemed so awkward. I mean, they look kinda surprised when she says she's leaving, but there's no "What?! But we love having you here!", there's just "Yeah, can kinda see why. Don't let the door hit your ass on the way out!". Even the hugging scenes were just kinda weird; Olli is the only one who even seemed slightly warm towards her. Or is that just me? Regardless, it's almost nice to see something approaching normality again after the drama of the last few days. And sheepie: This pic reminds me of those clips you get on YT with kittens sitting on a bed and simultaneously following someones finger around the room ;D Bwah! Man, that's dead-on; Thore in particular looks like someone's waving something shiny off-camera to keep his attention.

I only watch these Christian and Olli clips, so they only Lydia I've seen is in these, but does she not like Christian and Olli? Is there some weird thing there? Because those hugs were so sterile. Like, when she hugs Olli, it's like he's got a snake drapped on his shoulders and she's afraid to touch him.
Christian, Olli, and Judith on the couch was very nice. Their roomate/friendship is so believable.

I assumed she hugged Olli that way because she didn't want to hurt him or cause any more pain than necessary. I'm sure he's still tender after the recent brutality scornfully and contemptuously thrust upon Olli's person.
