I am big fan of both Ste and John Paul for a long time and see both characters go threw the relationships But I just feel they are so different they are much better friends. I am sure this want be a very popular statement for most fans but this is how I personally feel.

Oh, Tony, why the hell did you tell JP that Ste still wants him?

Jeez, this show has the attention span of a gnat. They can't seem to remember why characters do what they do from one episode to the next. So John Paul decided to effectively let Ste go and be with Harry because Ste deserved fiery passion. What is it with this show having gay characters fall on their sword (so to speak) and letting their lovers go be with someone else? I guess I'm not too upset over JP and Ste not reuniting - except for the fact that it's not clear what JP will do now. Perhaps he and Lockie can have some fun now that Porsche is gone. JP's story has focused on Ste for so long, he desperately needs something new to do. Perhaps a (relatively stable) love interest. Harry and Ste being together makes no logical sense. I suppose you can't help who you love, though I haven't seen a strong "love" story, just a lot of passion and sex. I get young Harry being infatuated; he doesn't have a lot of experience. But Ste should know better. They're not that different in age (in the grand scheme of things), but yet they're far enough apart that they do have different priorities. Tony may be utterly tactless, but I think he's right to not want his son to be with Ste. At the same time, Harry is kind of fickle, too. I was about to say "if something major happened with Ste what would Harry do", but it just did and we saw. Ste fell off the wagon big time. At this point I think Ste desperately needs to spend time on his own to work on himself, not tied in a relationship. Not going to happen, though.

I don't know. A couple of weeks ago I tried to figure out whether he's still on the show, and as far as I could tell he should be. But I can't find any references to him so I'm not quite sure. I only know of one channel that's still uploading clips from Hollyoaks, but they focus on Ste. Anyway... I hate Pete. It takes a lot for me to despise a character. The actor does a really good job of portraying Pete as an incredibly creepy, sleazy, manipulative asshole. I'm not thrilled with Tony, either. Automatically assuming Ste had something to do with Harry getting arrested. Tony's always been a piece of work; his reaction just reinforces that. At least thinking about entering a couples contest was kind of cute. A nice couple-y moment that we don't get very often these days. I'm not sure they would do very well in that contest.

Diane was visiting Scott. Tony mentioned it this week.
Harry is 18. Still a teenager but not a child. He is also stubborn as a rock. He's not ever going to do something just because someone else tells him to. Tony has no parenting skills which is why he needs to back the F down and stopping going at Harry like a freight train every time Harry does something he doesn't like.
At for Pete, there is actual evidence of his abuse of Cleo and his attempt to take Jade away with him so the people in the village SHOULD be shunning his sleazy behind. I can't even believe he's allowed to be in the village where Cleo lives. That's appalling.
She should be able (based upon the evidence the police have in their possession) to get a restraining order to keep him out of the village.

I cannot stand that Lindsey is just walking around like nothing. She killed Dylan and Pheobe two characters I really liked yet she's just walking around like it's no big deal after everything she's done. She's worse than Silas. She murdered people who trusted her. She tried to murder Freddie and her own damned sister. Ugh. Why are they dragging this out so long?

I stand corrected. Apparently Ste and Harry know each other much better than I thought to be able to win that contest (I disqualify Cam for his cheating ). It was cute how their "team" name on the scoreboard was actually "Starry" . Tony is still a tool. I watched that scene 3 times and I still can't figure out whether Tony sabotaged Harry's chances at Uni or whether he was just delivering bad news. Anyone able to figure that out?

Cool.
No, I haven't seen yesterday's episode yet. I wouldn't mind JP getting back with Lockie, but it doesn't seem like they've been in each other's orbit for a long time.

Last two episodes of Holly Oaks didn't even mentioned Lockey. Concentrated on the new attraction of e head misress falling for John Paul oh no Wonder why they added the quick glimpse of John Paul glancing towards Cameron chasing after Lockey in a van?

Lockie has left the show, but we'll have a new gay in town soon. One thing you have to say for Hollyoaks, they never shy away from having a constant number of LGBT characters on canvas at the same time.

For some reason I keep forgetting how much of a complete and total jackass Tony is. I keep thinking he's harmless, but nope. He just destroyed his relationships with Ste and Harry. What a f'ing tool. I have no sympathy for him, after he realized the gravity of what he did when Harry said he would never forgive him. Harry was right, though. Ste really should have sought legal advice before signing. Oh, there's Scott. So he is still around.

Whoa! I haven't been paying terribly close attention to Hollyoaks lately; it didn't seem like a lot was going on. So I definitely did not see that coming. I actually thought the same thing JP did: that Mrs StClaire was interested in him. The truth is much more interesting. I forget, wasn't JP's father previously described as something of a deadbeat? I forget all those old conversations. I liked seeing JP with his son. It's really a shame they haven't developed JP's relationship with Michael the same way they did with Ste and his kids. Oh, and it's really too bad Jake was using JP. It would have been nice to have him hang around some more. As for Ste ... so he's lying to protect his sister. And now Ste and Harry are both living with the McQueen's for a while? Only on a soap. Somehow I doubt that will end well.

So I wonder if they're really going to put John Paul and Scott in a relationship. I've never been a big fan of Scott, but their conversation felt real. Scott wasn't putting up his usual snarky shield (that's my polite way of putting it), and was a lot more palatable to me. I guess we'll see. Scott has always seemed really superficial or insincere to me but, if the show bothers to round him out, it might work. So long as it's reasonably happy for a while. As for Myra and Sally. Ugh. I'm not seeing a lot of positives there. On the one hand, Myra's demand that Sally stay away felt incredibly unfair to Sally. I'm not totally convinced Myra was solely motivated by concern for JP's feelings. At the same time, Sally ran out so long ago, it's not realistic to expect JP - or Myra - to just accept her back in his life as a parent after all this time. Of course, it will all be revealed eventually and I'm a little curious where they go with it.

Do you think John Paul would accept Sally as his parent? I think it would be interesting to see JP and Diego together even though his character is in love with Myra

Do you think John Paul would accept Sally as his parent? My guess is he would have trouble with it at first. It sounds like he long ago wrote off his father, he moved on. I would like to know exactly what he thinks of his father, how much animosity there would be. Given that it's Hollyoaks I think he would get over it eventually, but I'm not sure how long it would take. It depends on what JP thinks, and whether Sally demonstrates any real desire to be a parent.
