Yikes. For some reason, I didn’t make much of it when I first heard of this play. I just feel like there was bad karma surrounding this production from the start, to be honest. A lot seems to have been handled poorly, from the very top, and that often tends to reflect on the final product. I think this was in wrong hands to begin with, so I’m not terribly surprised.
Some fans are probably disappointed (and I hope those concerned get refunded), but I feel like it’s best not to drag this production on, and Jake might be better off away from it. That’s just my take.
I just hope everyone involved will be able to move on to bigger and better things.

I feel so badly for him. I had planned to see the show in the next few weeks (discount tickets, yay!) only to read the news here about the scandal behind the scenes. Too bad for Jake. He still has "Stuffer" and other things going on, so that's good news.
The show seemed doomed from the begining, a lot of problems even before they start it. It's a pity, and i feel bad for Jake, but at least Stuffer is doing great. Maybe he is right, and going to the netherlands is a good idea, he will meet Van and the other cast members and have a good time, and then he will think in his future with more optimism
On April 16th and 17th Jake Silbermann will come to Amsterdam to promote his own film STUFFER. During this unique and intimate gathering you will get the opportunity to see the movie, see footage from behind the scenes, ask questions to Jake, buy the DVD and other STUFFER merchandise and meet Jake in person (and get an autograph and take a picture with him)!
Location: Cinema De Uitkijk. Prinsengracht 452, Amsterdam.
Date: April 16th at 10.30am and April 17th at 10.30am (doors open at 10am)
Ticket: 35 euro (everything mentioned above is included in the price, except the DVD and other STUFFER merchandise)

Jake is #65 in 2011 AfterElton Top 100 list of Hottest Men.
I'm also not taking it as a personal slight on what I think or feel, if someone doesn't share my pov. Not everyone's going to think, or believe in the same way I do. I don't see that as a negative reflection on me as a person. I don't feel put off by coming on here and posting my thoughts, because someone doesn't share them. These varying povs are based (or should be based) on the storyline.
