For me it was Sturm der Liebe (Boris and Tobias). It's wonderful to watch them.
Also midway through People of Valley (Iolo's storylines) and Emmerdale (Robron).

Sturm der Liebe (Boris and Tobias) was great I agree but I don't know if will it be the same in future.
Grey's Anatomy (Levi & Nico) is still new but I like how it's going.
Malhação: Vidas Brasileiras (Michael & Santiago) is really cute I love them.
Couldn't find time to catch up to Emmerdale (Aaron & Robert) and Unter Uns (Easy & Ringo) but I love them too.

Of the current crop
Sturm der Liebe Boris and Tobias from bonafide soaps.
But Skam Italia for Martin and Nicolo as best done - though a short form series rather than a soap.
Second up on soaps are Paul and Fidel from 100 Días Para Enamorarse
All time faves would be Roman and Deniz in Alles Was Zählt
And Fer and David,
Also Christian and Oli and the Dutch GTST's Lucas

It shows how bad a year it's been that I really had to wrack my brains to think of winning candidates. Most of them just scrape through because they're the best of a bad lot.
Best Daily Serial - Neighbours (Aaron and David were well-integrated into the canvas, had the first same-sex wedding on Aussie TV, and even a joint nude scene)
Best Primetime Drama - Hit the Floor (no other show has come close to portraying gay sexuality as boldly as they did; I'm really going to miss Jude now that it's cancelled)
Best Webseries - Turnt (remarkably good LGBT representation)
Best Remake - Skam Italia (they had a winning formula and managed to hold on to it)
Best Foreign Language Programme - What the Duck (a couple of years ago I'd never expect a Thai drama to win this spot but here they are: building a drama around not one but two gay couples and allowing them to be sexually active onscreen deserves kudos)
And conversely:
Worst Daily Serial - EastEnders (Home & Away's pathetic attempt at a coming-out storyline would've won except EE had ZERO representation)
Worst Primetime Drama - Shameless (what a shabby ending to a gay storyline that held so much potential in its early seasons)
Worst Foreign Language Programme - Rownd a Rownd (the gay character just exists...on the sidelines...without any love life)
Worst Remake - Les Innocents (a waste of two attractive, talented actors in a remake that minimalized its gay content, in stark contrast to the US remake)
There are a few shows that looks promising (Grey's Anatomy, Mi marido tiene mas familia, Salatut elämät, GTST, Elite, House of Flowers) but we won't know for sure until the new season begins.
