I'm always happy to see new gay content, particularly from a country that is not known for its gay-friendliness. The main actors are very cute, especially Marlon Schuck, and it's great that they are willing to portray gay intimacy with believable passion without fearing some deranged bigots coming after them. (Thomas Gehlen's Instagram seems to indicate he's gay, but not sure about Marlon.)
But I'm confused about this story: It's supposed to be inspired by the Ancient Greek myth of Phaedra and Hippolytus, the wife and son of the famous Greek hero-king and founder of Athens, Theseus. The main characters even bear the same names. But the myth was about Hippolytus taking a vow of chastity and spurning his stepmother's advances, leading her to falsely accuse him of rape before killing herself, and his furious father cursing him to death.
They could've chosen any of a number of male characters from Greek legend who indulged in same-sex relations - but Hippolytus was famously abstinent. And in any case, he never indulged his stepmother in her lust for him - which is the crux of the whole story. So having Ippolito sex up Fedra in episode 2 - while very welcome, if only for the view of Marlon's butt - renders null and void any connection to the original myth after which the show is named?

Yikes! What a dark ending. I wonder if they will continue this storyline.

I was disappointed that they didn't continue Fedra. The 'new' short seems to have been filmed even earlier - Marlon Schuck looks younger. On a related note, those who find Marlon attractive should check out the uncensored version of Fedra posted on the studio's Facebook account (around the 12-min mark): www.facebook.com/HellasFilmes/videos/595463717671424/You're welcome.

Hellas probably had some old footage from a previous project and decided during the quarantine to clean it up into a short film. I was just surprised to see them show up in my subscriptions earlier in the week with a premiere link. And yes the uncensored version was a delightful surprise

Part 2 unfortunately will not air until Dec. 15th. The theme of the short is bullying.
